Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging boxes, and particularly relates to a cigarette packaging box with an automatic push-pull opening function and a using method thereof.
Background
The cigarette hard box package in the prior art mostly adopts the ordinary flip formula, and to the consumer, the mode that conventional hard packet cigarette case opened and closed has not had new meaning, and this kind of packing form lacks fresh sense to a certain extent to be difficult to arouse consumer's attention, probably weakens consumer's purchasing desire. With the continuous development of the economic society and the continuous improvement of the consumption level, the demand of consumers on the substances is diversified, and the existing cigarette package is not more attractive.
At present, most manufacturers mainly focus on improving the product formula, and little research is made on the box type of the cigarette box and the opening mode of the cigarette box. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the cigarette packaging box with the automatic push-pull opening function, which can realize the push-pull and automatic opening functions of a small cigarette box and is beneficial to the extraction and use experience of cigarettes.
The invention provides a cigarette packing box with an automatic push-pull opening function, which comprises an outer shell 1 and an inner box 2;
wherein, interior box 2 is upper end opening, cuboid with bottom, and it includes: the inner box turnover cover comprises a front block 21, a rear block 22, a left side block, a right side block and a bottom block, wherein the height of the front block 21 is greater than that of the rear block 22, and the upper part of the rear block 22 is connected with the inner box turnover cover 3 through an indentation folding line;
the outer casing 1 circumferentially surrounds the inner case 2, and includes: the height of the front wall 11 is smaller than that of the rear wall 12;
the height of the front block 21 is greater than that of the front wall 11 and less than or equal to that of the rear wall 12;
the parts are linked by crease lines;
the upper part of the back wall 12) is provided with a linking part 4 at the linking part with the inner box turnover cover 3.
Preferably, the link member 4 has an upper end bonding region to be bonded to the inner box-flipping cover 3, a lower end bonding region to be bonded to the upper inside of the rear block 22, and an intermediate inner box-flipping cover movable buffer region.
Preferably, the linking member 4 is a rectangular transparent polymer film.
Preferably, an opening 211 is provided at an upper portion of the front block 21.
Preferably, the left side block, the right side block, the left side wall 13), and the right side wall 14) are all trapezoidal.
The trapezoid is a right-angle trapezoid.
Preferably, the opening 211 is a rounded trapezoid, and the upper side length is greater than the lower side length, so that a user can take cigarettes through the opening 211 conveniently.
The material of the transparent linking member 4 is not limited in the present invention, and may be any material that meets the industrial regulations. For example, a transparent tape or the like can be used.
The invention provides a use method of the cigarette packing box with the automatic push-pull opening function in the first aspect,
in an initial state, the inner box flip 3 is buckled at the upper end part of the inner box 2 to seal the inner box 2, and the inner box flip 3 and the upper end part of the inner box 2 are completely accommodated in the shell 1. The bottom of the inner box 2 is exposed through the front wall 11);
when the cigarette is to be taken, the bottom of the inner box 2 is pushed upwards, then the inner box 2 moves upwards in the shell 1, the link component 4 pulls and pulls the inner box flip 3 to open, the automatic flip action is completed, and at the moment, the cigarette can be taken through the opening at the upper end part of the inner box 2 and the opening 211.

The cigarette case structure of the invention does not need to be provided with an elastic mechanism, accidents such as the case clamping of the elastic mechanism and the like can not occur, and the cigarette case structure has simple structure, easy manufacture and low cost.

A cigarette packing box with automatic push-pull opening function comprises an outer shell 1 and an inner box 2;

the height of the front block 21 is greater than the height of the front wall 11 and less than the height of the rear wall 12. The inner box 2 and the inner box turnover cover 3 form a cigarette accommodating cavity.
The upper part of the rear wall 12 is linked with the inner box flip 3 by a linking member 4.
Specifically, the link member 4 has an upper end bonding region, a lower end bonding region and an intermediate inner box flip movable buffer region. The upper end bonding area of the link element 4 is pasted on the area B of the inner box turnover cover 3. The lower end portion of the link element 4 is adhesively bonded to the inner side of said rear wall 12 at the upper end portion a thereof.

The left side block, the right side block, the left side wall 13 and the right side wall 14 are all right-angled trapezoids.
Two sides of the inner box turnover cover 3 are triangular. The inner box turning cover 3 is buckled at an opening at the upper end part of the inner box 2 and is combined into a cuboid with the inner box 2.
The use method of the cigarette packing box comprises the following steps:
in an initial state, the inner box flip 3 is buckled at the upper end of the inner box 2 to close the inner box 2. The inner box flip 3 and the upper end of the inner box 2 are completely accommodated within the outer case 1. The bottom of the inner case 2 is exposed through the front wall 11. The link member 4 is completely attached to the inner box flip 3 and the inner box 2.
