the text comparison module is connected to the output end of the image-text conversion module and is used for comparing the contents of the two text documents before and during the seal converted by the image-text conversion module;
and the output module is used for outputting the comparison result of the text comparison module to the microprocessor.
In the embodiment of the invention, the stamp component comprises a stamp seat, the bottom of the stamp seat is provided with a stamp head, a placing groove is formed in the stamp head and used for providing a containing space for the encryption mechanism, the top of the stamp seat is provided with a reset mechanism, and the upper end of the reset mechanism can slidably penetrate through the inner cylinder and is connected to the inner top wall of the outer cylinder.

The proofreading unit 8 is arranged in the control part 4, and after the approval personnel approve the image, the proofreading unit 8 proofreads the seal content image acquired again by the image acquisition unit 5 and the seal content acquired for the first time, and outputs a proofreading result to the control part 4;
an encryption mechanism 9 provided on the stamp member 3 for performing different operations on the stamp member 3 based on the result output from the control unit 4;
if the output result of the control part 4 is consistent, the encryption mechanism 9 and the seal component 3 synchronously move and are used for setting an encryption mark at the seal position, and if the output result of the control part 4 is inconsistent, the encryption mechanism 9 does not operate and the seal position does not have the encryption mark;
wherein, the encryption mark is in a non-visible state under the conventional environment, and the encryption mark is in a visible state under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp.
Referring to fig. 5, the control portion 4 provided in the embodiment of the present application is disposed on the outer barrel 2, the control portion 4 includes a plastic casing 401, a circuit board 402, and a rechargeable battery 404, wherein the circuit board 402 is disposed inside the plastic casing 401, the image acquisition unit 5, the wireless communication module 6, the locking mechanism 7, the calibration unit 8, and the encryption mechanism 9 are all connected to the circuit board 402 by wires, and the circuit board 402 is disposed with a microprocessor 403, where it is to be noted that the connection between the upper component and the circuit board 402 is plug-type connection, which is convenient for subsequent maintenance.
And the rechargeable battery 404 is arranged inside the plastic shell 401 and connected with the circuit board 402 and used for supplying power to components mounted on the circuit board 402, wherein a charging socket of the rechargeable battery 404 is exposed outside the plastic shell 401 and used for being connected with charging equipment subsequently to charge the rechargeable battery 404.
Further, the image acquisition unit 5 is an image device with a shooting function, and the image device is connected to the circuit board 402 through a wire and a plug, the image acquisition unit 5 has more selectivity, and any component can be used as long as the purpose of shooting the stamping content can be achieved, and a camera is selected here.
The proofreading unit 8 provided by the embodiment of the application comprises an image-text conversion module, a text comparison module and an output module.
Specifically, the image-text conversion module is connected to a third-party software platform through a mobile network, and is used for identifying the stamped content images acquired by the image acquisition unit 5 and converting the image contents into a text format, the third-party software platform is installed on a terminal device of an approval staff and is used for converting the images acquired by the image acquisition unit 5 into text contents, the terminal device is a device with a wireless communication function, specifically, any one of a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer, and generally, a mobile phone is selected more, wherein the third-party software platform is used based on a cloud platform developed by a third party, and at present, some advanced scientific and technological enterprises in China are developed and researched, and specific description is not repeated;
the text comparison module is connected to the output end of the image-text conversion module and used for comparing the contents of two text documents before and during stamping converted by the image-text conversion module, a conventional text comparator is selected as the text comparison module, and the module can compare the two converted texts and can quickly determine whether the front text and the rear text are inconsistent;
and the output module is used for outputting the comparison result of the text comparison module to the microprocessor 403, so that the microprocessor 403 can respond in time according to the comparison result.
Please refer to fig. 2, the stamp component 3 provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a stamp seat 301, a stamp head 302 is disposed at the bottom of the stamp seat 301, and a placing groove is disposed inside the stamp head 302 for providing a receiving space for the encryption mechanism 9, a reset mechanism is disposed at the top of the stamp seat 301, an upper end of the reset mechanism slidably penetrates through the inner cylinder 1 and is connected to an inner top wall of the outer cylinder 2, the placing groove disposed on the stamp head 302 should not affect the seal on the stamp head 302, and the reset mechanism is disposed to enable the whole stamp to recover to the initial state after the stamping is completed.
Specifically, the reset mechanism comprises at least two slide bars, two ends of each slide bar are respectively fixed on the inner tops of the stamp seat 301 and the inner cylinder 1, a reset spring is further arranged on each slide bar, the reset spring is in a compression state in the process of pressing the stamp, and after the stamp is loosened, the reset spring resets to drive the stamp to recover to an initial state.
It should be noted that the specific structure of the stamp head 302 is not limited specifically, and may be a common stamp-pressing part or a stamp-turning part, and for the sake of clarity, the stamp-pressing part is selected here, but this does not mean that the stamp-turning part cannot be applied, and if the stamp head 302 is selected as the stamp-turning part, the stamp-pressing part can be fully applied due to the arrangement of the subsequent pressure supply device 10, and the specific discussion will be described in the subsequent pressure supply device 10, and therefore will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the encryption mechanism 9 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a containing seat 901 with an opening at the lower portion, the containing seat 901 is embedded in the embedded groove, the whole encryption mechanism 9 is firstly integrated into the containing seat 901, so that the whole encryption mechanism is integrally formed into a module, the related parts can be assembled separately, the whole encryption mechanism is integrally installed in the embedded groove after the assembly is completed, the assembly difficulty is reduced, and the whole stamping effect of the stamp is ensured on the premise that the structure of the stamp head 302 is not changed as much as possible in another aspect.
A material seat 902 is arranged at a position below the inner wall of the accommodating seat 901, the end parts at two sides of the material seat 902 are rotatably arranged in the accommodating seat 901 through a rotating shaft, the material seat 902 is kept in a horizontal state in a normal state, oil-absorbing cotton 903 is arranged in the material seat 902, and the invisible stamp-pad ink is absorbed in the oil absorption cotton 903, the inner wall of the containing seat 901 is provided with a clapboard positioned above the material seat 902, the clapboard is provided with a through hole, a clamping cylinder 904 is arranged in the through hole in a sliding way, an anti-counterfeiting print 905 is arranged below the inner wall of the clamping cylinder 904, a piston 906 arranged in the containing seat 901 in a sliding way is arranged at the top end of the clamping cylinder 904, a spring 907 arranged between the piston 906 and the partition plate is sleeved on the surface of the clamping cylinder 904, a pressure supply device 10 is arranged at the top end of the containing seat 901, wherein, when the pressure supply device 10 supplies pressure, the driving piston 906 is pressed downwards, so that the anti-counterfeiting seal 905 extrudes the material seat 902, and when the piston 906 moves downwards to the lowest position, the lower end face of the anti-counterfeiting stamp 905 is flush with the lower end face of the stamp head 302.
Specifically, the material seat 902 is rotatably disposed inside the accommodating seat 901 and normally kept in a horizontal state, and in the stamping process, if the actual stamping content is consistent with the content in the approval process, the pressing device 10 is operated to drive the piston 906 to press down, the piston 906 presses down to drive the clamping cylinder 904 and the anti-counterfeiting print 905 to move down, in the process, the anti-counterfeiting print 905 extrudes the oil absorbing cotton 903 to make the surface of the anti-counterfeiting print 905 stick with invisible stamp ink, in the process of continuing pressing down, the anti-counterfeiting print 905 extrudes the material seat 902 to make the material seat 902 tilt and make the anti-counterfeiting print 905 continuously move down until the anti-counterfeiting print 905 can be synchronously stamped on the stamping position with the stamp head 302 to achieve the anti-counterfeiting purpose, and when the actual stamping content is inconsistent with the content in the approval process, the pressing device 10 does not drive the piston 906 to make the anti-counterfeiting print 905 unable to normally operate and fail to achieve the anti-counterfeiting purpose, and the design is aimed at the present, the approval of the content of the stamp is matched, the legitimate interest of the seal can be guaranteed on the premise that the stamping content is not changed in a disturbing mode, when the stamping content is changed, the seal can be stamped normally, but anti-counterfeiting marks can be lacked, and after the other party stamps, the other party can find the stamping content to have problems in time, so that the seal can be responded timely, the error of personnel of the other party is avoided, in the stamping process, the personnel of the other party can not be surprised, the event that the seal conflicts with the personnel of the other party directly is avoided, during subsequent processing, the comparison result between the approval and the stamping is transferred to the other party, and the seal is processed synchronously, so that the fraudulent use and misuse phenomena can be greatly reduced.
Further, since the shape mark of the inlet may be displayed at the stamp affixing position when the stamp is affixed due to the arrangement of the inlet, a structural configuration of the stamp head 302 will be described herein, and the character portion of the stamp head 302 is selected to be in a convex state, so that the shape mark is not displayed due to the position of the inlet higher than the character portion when the stamp head 302 is affixed.
Furthermore, as for the invisible stamp-pad ink, the products which are circulated on the market at present can be selected, the stamp-pad ink is specially invisible under the normal state and normally appears under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp, the design aims at ensuring that the stamp-pad ink is not easily perceived by people in the stamping process, reducing the possibility of forging contracts, being capable of helping companies to check seal examining and approving personnel and improving the enthusiasm of seal custodians for checking the seal contents, which is a function which most of the seals do not have at present.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the pressure supply device 10 includes an air discharge tube 1001 fixed on the top end of the inner wall of the inner tube 1, a pressurized inflator 1002 is arranged below the air discharge tube 1001, the overall structure of the pressurized inflator 1002 is similar to a balloon inflation structure used in daily life, an electromagnetic valve 1003 is arranged between the pressurized inflator 1002 and the air discharge tube 1001, a corrugated hose 1004 is communicated with the bottom end of the pressurized inflator 1002, a pressure valve 1005 is arranged between the corrugated hose 1004 and the pressurized inflator 1002, the pressure valve 1005 is opened at two sides, that is, the upper side or the lower side can be opened when being pressurized, and the bottom end of the corrugated hose 1004 is communicated with the accommodating seat 901.
Specifically, in the using process, when the actual stamping content is consistent with the content during examination and approval, the electromagnetic valve 1003 is kept in a normal state and is in a closed state, at this time, in the process of pressing the stamp, the pressure-type inflator 1002 is squeezed, at this time, the air pressure inside the pressure-type inflator 1002 is increased, the pressure valve 1005 is pressed open, so that the air flows downwards, the air flows into the accommodating seat 901 through the corrugated hose 1004, the air pressure inside the accommodating seat is increased, the piston 906 is pressed to move downwards, and therefore the subsequent anti-counterfeiting stamp 905 can move downwards normally;
when the actual stamping content is inconsistent with the examination and approval content, the microprocessor 403 controls the electromagnetic valve 1003 to be opened, and at the moment, the air discharging cylinder 1001 and the pressure-type inflator 1002 are in a communicated state, so that after the pressure-type inflator 1002 is extruded, the gas in the pressure-type inflator 1001 can enter the air discharging cylinder 1001 at the first time, and the pressure valve 1005 cannot be pressed open, so that the anti-counterfeiting seal 905 cannot move down normally, and the anti-counterfeiting mark cannot be printed out normally.
Compared with the conventional seal with the anti-counterfeiting mark, the anti-counterfeiting mark of the seal is set to be in a hidden form, and the anti-counterfeiting mark is set according to the verification result of the seal content, so that the anti-theft effect is better.
In addition, regarding the above-mentioned problem of how to realize the operation of the whole device when the stamp head 302 is the flip stamp, firstly, the corrugated hose 1004 has good ductility and deformation capability, and even if the stamp head 302 in the present application is the flip stamp, the deformation capability of the corrugated hose 1004 can still be realized.
Referring to fig. 4, the torsion spring is disposed on the rotating shaft, the torsion spring keeps the material seat 902 in a horizontal state in a normal state, the torsion spring keeps the material seat 902 in a horizontal state, and the torsion spring can reset the material seat 902 after the material seat is pressed and turned over and the pressure is removed.
Referring to fig. 4 again, a feeding hole is formed below the material seat 902, an extrusion valve is disposed inside the feeding hole, the extrusion valve is in a closed state in a normal state, and the extrusion valve is opened when the lower portion of the extrusion valve is pressed, so that the invisible stamp ink can be periodically added into the material seat 902 through the feeding hole, and the specific operations are as follows:
firstly, a pinhole type injector or other pneumatic containers are used, a pinhole is placed in the material supplementing hole, the extrusion valve is pressed open by the pinhole, then the invisible stamp-pad ink is introduced into the material seat 902 through the injector or other equipment, and the operation is simple.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, pictures of stamping contents are acquired twice through the image acquisition unit 5 before stamping and during stamping, shot contents are fed back to an approver through the wireless communication module 6, after the approver audits, the proofreading unit 8 compares the actual stamping contents with the auditing contents, if the comparison result is consistent, the encryption mechanism 9 synchronously operates along with the stamping process in the stamping process, an invisible stamp is synchronously left on the stamp for anti-counterfeiting use, if the comparison result is inconsistent, the encryption mechanism 9 does not operate along with the stamping process, although the stamp can be stamped out, the stamp is lack of, and meanwhile, when the comparison result is inconsistent, the control part 4 feeds back information to the approver through the wireless communication module 6 so as to know that the phenomenon that the stamping contents are inconsistent, and the security of the stamping process is improved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5, an image capturing unit includes a micro camera 200, a rotating mechanism is disposed on an upper side of the micro camera 200, the micro camera 200 is hinged to a control portion 4 through the rotating mechanism, wherein the control portion 4 is provided with a rotating notch 300 adapted to the micro camera 200, the rotating mechanism retracts the micro camera 200 into the control portion 4 in a normal state, and the rotating mechanism rotates the micro camera 200 out of the control portion 4 during a stamping process, so that a lens of the camera is inclined downward.
Specifically, the micro camera 200 is set to be rotatable, and when the stamp is not in use, the micro camera 200 is rotated into the control part 4, and the lens part of the micro camera is not exposed outside, so that the lens is effectively protected, and when the stamp is used, the micro camera 200 is rotated out through the rotating mechanism, so that the micro camera can normally shoot.
Further, the rotating mechanism comprises two connecting shafts rotatably arranged at the upper end of the rotating notch 300, the two connecting shafts are respectively fixed at two sides of the miniature camera 200, torsion springs are also arranged on the connecting shafts, the miniature camera 200 is in a screwing-out state under a loosening state of the torsion springs, a first magnetic block 400 is arranged below one side of the miniature camera 200, a second magnetic block 500 is arranged above the inner wall of the plastic shell 401, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic block 400 and the second magnetic block 500 are opposite, when the miniature camera 200 retracts into the plastic shell 401, the first magnetic block 400 attracts the second magnetic block 500, and the magnetic acting force between the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block is larger than the torsion force of the torsion springs at the moment, so that the miniature camera 200 can normally retract into the plastic shell 401.
Specifically, the second magnetic block 500 is slidably disposed on the inner wall of the plastic housing 401, a corresponding sliding rail is disposed on the inner wall of the plastic housing 401, the upper end of the second magnetic block 500 is connected to the shifting piece 600, and a sliding groove for sliding the shifting piece 600 is disposed on the plastic housing 401. When the micro camera 200 needs to be turned out, the poking piece 600 can be pushed to drive the second magnetic block 500 to move, so that the second magnetic block 500 is not in contact with the first magnetic block 400 any more, the locking releasing effect is achieved, and the micro camera 200 is turned out under the action of the torsion spring for normal shooting and recording.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the seal is not used, the micro camera 200 is rotated into the control part 4, so that the lens part is not exposed outside, the lens is effectively protected, and when the seal is used, the micro camera 200 is screwed out through the rotating mechanism, so that the seal can normally shoot, and the applicability of the whole seal is improved.
