The invention aims to provide a scraper detection jig and steel mesh detection equipment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a scraper detection tool includes: the jig mounting screen frame, the calibration strip which is slidably mounted in the jig mounting screen frame and the mounting strip which is slidably mounted in the jig mounting screen frame are arranged in the jig mounting screen frame;
two ends of the calibration strip are respectively provided with a limiting plane, the limiting planes are tightly contacted with the inner wall of the jig mounting screen frame, and the vertical projections of the calibration strip and the mounting strip are parallel to each other;
the scraper component to be detected is detachably connected with the mounting strip, and the calibration strip is abutted to the blade of the scraper component;
the jig mounting net frame is used for simulating the edge of a steel mesh and is connected with the fixing device of the steel mesh detection equipment in a sliding mode.
Further, the mounting bar both ends are equipped with lifting unit respectively, lifting unit includes:
the linear sliding rail is vertically fixed on the inner wall of the jig mounting screen frame;
the sliding seat is slidably mounted on the linear slide rail and fixedly connected with the mounting strip;
the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the linear slide rail;
the lifting knob penetrates through the mounting seat and is screwed with the mounting bar in a threaded manner;
wherein, the mounting bar can be for tool installation screen frame displacement from top to bottom.
Further, the mounting bar surface is equipped with the spout, slidable mounting has the fixed block on the mounting bar, the fixed block is fixed through the elasticity screw rod that pierces through the spout, the fixed block can be dismantled with scraper component and be connected.
Furthermore, the scraper component comprises a scraper seat and a scraper blade fixed on the scraper seat, a guide screw rod is arranged on one side of the scraper seat opposite to the scraper blade, and a locking nut is arranged at one end of the screw rod;
the fixed block is provided with a limiting groove, and the guide screw is positioned in the limiting groove.
Furthermore, the edge of fixed block is equipped with spacing arch, spacing arch with the mounting bar is interfered and is used for the location of fixed block.
Furthermore, a graduated scale is arranged on the surface of the mounting bar.
Furthermore, the bottom end of the calibration strip is provided with a light guide groove.
A steel mesh detection device comprises the scraper detection jig.
Further, the gantry type visual inspection device further comprises a gantry driving mechanism, a visual inspection assembly and a fixing device;
the fixing device is used for fixing the jig mounting screen frame;
the gantry driving mechanism is positioned above the fixing device;
the visual detection assembly is connected with the gantry driving mechanism, and the gantry driving mechanism is used for driving the visual detection assembly.
Furthermore, a back plate light source is arranged below the fixing device.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the scraper component is fixed on the mounting bar, the calibration bar is abutted against the scraper blade of the scraper component, and the problems of the levelness of the end surface of the scraper blade, the existence of end surface gaps and the like are judged by detecting whether a gap of light leakage exists between the scraper blade and the calibration bar.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a scraper detection jig is characterized by comprising: the jig mounting screen frame 100, the calibration strip 200 slidably mounted in the jig mounting screen frame 100, and the mounting strip 300 slidably mounted in the jig mounting screen frame 100;
the scraper assembly 400 to be detected is detachably connected with the mounting bar 300, and the calibration bar 200 abuts against the blade of the scraper assembly 400;
the jig mounting frame 100 is used for simulating the edge of a steel mesh, and the jig mounting frame 100 is slidably connected with the fixing device 900 of the steel mesh detection device.
Calibration strip 200 passes through clamp plate slidable mounting on tool installation screen frame 100, and calibration strip 200 closely cooperates with the clamp plate, and in order to guarantee the measuring precision, the vertical projection of calibration strip 200 and mounting strip 300 is parallel to each other.
In this embodiment, two ends of the calibration strip 200 are respectively provided with a limiting plane 201. The limiting plane 201 is in close contact with the inner wall of the jig mounting frame 100, and is used for ensuring that the calibration strip 200 is parallel to the mounting strip 300 in the sliding process, and also can be used for judging whether the calibration strip 200 is inclined or not.
The calibration strip 200 is used as a reference for scraper detection, and whether the calibration strip 200 is inclined or not directly influences the accuracy of the detection result.
Fix scraper assembly 400 on mounting bar 300, through calibration bar 200 and scraper assembly 400's scraper blade 401 butt, judge scraper blade 401 terminal surface levelness, whether have the terminal surface breach scheduling problem through detecting whether there is the gap of light leak between scraper blade 401 and the calibration bar 200, detect the convenient scraper to scraper assembly 400 of tool through this scraper and detect, simple structure is reliable, and the cost is lower.
In this embodiment, the calibration strip 200 is made of marble, and the calibration strip 200 made of marble is not easily deformed and is used for ensuring the detection accuracy.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the mounting bar 300 are respectively provided with a lifting assembly 500, and the lifting assembly 500 includes:
a linear slide rail 501 vertically fixed to an inner wall of the jig mounting frame 100;
the sliding seat 502 is slidably mounted on the linear sliding rail 501, and the sliding seat 502 is fixedly connected with the mounting bar 300;
the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the linear slide rail 501;
a lifting knob 503 which penetrates through the mounting seat and is screwed with the mounting bar 300;
the mounting bar 300 can move up and down relative to the jig mounting frame 100.
Considering that the scraper assemblies 400 are different in size and specification, in order to improve the universality of the scraper detection jig, the relative heights of the scraper assemblies 400 and the calibration strip 200 are adjusted through the lifting assembly 500, and the scraper blades 401 are ensured to be abutted against the calibration strip 200.
When the height needs to be adjusted, the lifting knobs 503 at the two ends of the mounting bar 300 are simultaneously twisted to drive the sliding seat 502 to do lifting motion along the linear sliding rail 501.
In this embodiment, the surface of the lifting knob 503 is provided with scales for assisting the lifting adjustment of the two ends. In the scraper detection process, when observing and measuring the end face flatness of the scraper from top to bottom, whether the height of the left end and the right end of the scraper is absolute or not does not affect the measurement result, and what is important is whether the front end and the back end of the left end and the right end of the scraper blade 401 have displacement deviation or not.
In this embodiment, the surface of the mounting bar 300 is provided with a sliding groove, the mounting bar 300 is slidably provided with a fixing block 600, the fixing block 600 is fixed by an elastic screw penetrating through the sliding groove, and the fixing block 600 is detachably connected with the scraper assembly 400. The doctor assembly 400 is fixed by two fixing blocks 600 and is adapted to different specifications of the doctor assembly 400 by adjusting the distance between the two fixing blocks 600 for different specifications of the doctor assembly 400.
In this embodiment, the doctor assembly 400 includes a doctor holder and a doctor blade 401 fixed on the doctor holder, a guide screw 402 is disposed on a side of the doctor holder opposite to the doctor blade 401, and a lock nut 403 is disposed at one end of the guide screw;
the fixing block 600 is provided with a limiting groove 601, and the guide screw 402 is located in the limiting groove 601.
In this embodiment, the limiting groove 601 is L-shaped, and when the doctor assembly 400 is fixed, the distance between the fixing blocks 600 is adjusted, so that the limiting groove 601 is aligned with the guide screw 402, the guide screw 402 is placed in the limiting groove 601, then the doctor assembly 400 is transversely pushed to complete the primary positioning, and finally the locking screw is screwed down to fix the doctor assembly 400.
In this embodiment, the fixing block 600 is provided with a cushion block, the lengths of the guide screws 402 are different for the scraper assemblies 400 with different specifications, and if the length of the guide screw 402 is longer, the fixing effect of the lock nut 403 is not good, and the fixing effect of the lock nut 403 can be ensured by additionally arranging the cushion block.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, a limiting protrusion 602 is disposed at an edge of the fixing block 600, and the limiting protrusion 602 interferes with the mounting bar 300 to position the fixing block 600. Because the fixed block 600 is fixed on the mounting bar 300 in a sliding manner, a small displacement process exists in the fixed block 600 in the front-back direction, which affects the detection result of the scraper. The fixing block 600 is positioned by the aid of the limiting protrusions 602, after the distance between two fixed blocks is adjusted, the limiting protrusions 602 of each fixing block 600 are enabled to be abutted to the mounting strip 300 when the fixing blocks 600 are fixed, and errors are eliminated.
In this embodiment, the surface of the mounting bar 300 is provided with a scale. The distance between the fixing blocks 600 can be conveniently adjusted without an additional measuring tool.
As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the bottom end of the calibration strip 200 is provided with a light guide groove 202. Compared with the calibration strip 200 which is parallel and level in the vertical direction, the illumination angle is larger, and the effect is more obvious when the gap is observed from the upper side.
As shown in fig. 6, a steel mesh detection device includes the above scraper detection jig.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises a gantry driving mechanism 800, a visual inspection assembly 700 and a fixing device 900;
the fixing device 900 is used for fixing the jig mounting screen frame 100;
the gantry driving mechanism 800 is positioned above the fixing device 900;
the visual inspection assembly 700 is connected with a gantry driving mechanism 800, and the gantry driving mechanism 800 is used for driving the visual inspection assembly 700.
The steel mesh measuring machine is mainly used for detecting the size, the area, the deviation, the foreign matters, the burrs, the plugged holes, the multiple holes, the few holes and the tension of the open holes of the steel mesh, and is generally composed of a marble platform, high-precision toughened glass for placing the steel mesh, a movable cross beam, a visual assembly carried on the cross beam and a control host; the steel mesh measuring machine who adopts at present does not take the scraper to detect the function, and the function is comparatively single. Simulating the edge of a steel mesh by the jig mounting frame 100, and fixing the scraper assembly 400 below the visual inspection assembly 700; the gantry driving mechanism 800 includes movement modules in the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions for driving the horizontal and vertical displacements of the vision inspection assembly 700, respectively. The gantry drive mechanism 800 and the vision inspection assembly 700 cooperate to test the doctor assembly 400.
In this embodiment, a back plate light source is disposed below the fixing device 900. The backplate light source shines from bottom to top, and visual inspection subassembly 700 is located the top of scraper subassembly 400 and detects, and if there is the terminal surface not parallel and level or there is the breach scheduling problem in scraper blade 401, the clearance observation effect of light leak is more obvious.
