Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
The invention discloses a method for starting a toilet with a replaceable cover in a contact-free manner, which comprises the following steps:
s1: and (4) sensing whether a user exists in the toilet or not, if so, entering a step SA, and otherwise, executing a step S11. Whether a user is in the toilet or not is fed back through the induction of the infrared sensor or the microwave sensor, or whether the user is in the toilet or not is fed back through the back locking switch of the toilet door. The infrared sensor or the microwave sensor is preferably arranged at the lower end position of the front surface of the toilet seat body, so that the wiring is convenient, and the cost is lower.
S11: the seat and toilet lid are closed. When the toilet is not used by people, the seat ring and the toilet lid are automatically closed, so that when a user enters the toilet, the seat ring and the toilet lid are both in a closed state, and a prerequisite condition is provided for judging whether to change the cover or not in the next step. In addition, not all users close the toilet lid after using the toilet, but close the toilet lid after using the toilet, so that the odor source can be eliminated quickly, and the air in the toilet is ensured to be clean.
And SA: and detecting whether a forcing signal is received, if so, entering a step SA1, and otherwise, entering a step S2. The forced signal is sent by inching switch or inductive switch, requires inching switch or inductive switch setting in the back of closestool or the difficult position of being discovered in the bathroom, avoids being bumped by the user mistake, influences the use and experiences. The forcing signal is used for maintenance or cleaning, for example, the toilet cover and the seat are frequently opened and closed during cleaning, and the automatic sleeve changing mode is forcibly exited by the forcing signal in order to avoid waste of the convenient sleeve.
SA1: the number of times of receiving the forcing signal is determined, and if the forcing signal is received only once, the process proceeds to step SA2, and if the forcing signal is received more than once continuously, the process proceeds to step S2.
And SA2: detecting the state information of the seat ring and the toilet cover, if any one of the state information of the seat ring and the toilet cover is changed, executing the step SA2 in a circulating way, and if the state information of the seat ring and the toilet cover exceeds the set time and is not changed, entering the step S2. In order to avoid that the operator forgets to restore the automatic sleeve changing mode after overhauling or cleaning, the judgment mechanism is further arranged.
S2: detecting the state information of the seat ring and the toilet cover, if the state information meets the sleeve changing condition, entering a step S3, and if not, executing the step S2 in a circulating way; the sleeve changing conditions comprise that the toilet cover is in an open state and the seat ring is in a closed state. The state information of the seat ring and the toilet cover is fed back through a level meter or an angle sensor arranged on the seat ring and the toilet cover. Taking the example of arranging the angle sensor on the toilet lid, the angle sensor is arranged on the hinge movable shaft of the toilet lid, when the toilet lid is closed and laid flat, the angle sensor feeds back the current angle as 0 °, and the angle may have a certain deviation, for example, the toilet lid is default to be in the closed state within the range of 5 °, and similarly, when the angle is greater than 85 °, the toilet lid is default to be in the open state, because the user may not use the toilet when the toilet lid is not completely opened.
S3: the convenient cleaning sleeve is replaced once. After the sleeve replacement is finished, a voice prompt is sent, for example, the convenient cleaning sleeve is replaced and the user is relieved to use. When the user is sensed to leave the toilet, a cycle is completed and the step S1 is repeated.
In order to reduce the contact of the skin of a user and ensure that the hands of the user do not contact the toilet bowl in the whole process when the user goes to the toilet, the toilet bowl further comprises a step SB, wherein after the user is sensed to be in the toilet, an instruction is formed according to the feedback of a kick switch or voice or gesture of the user, and the action of the seat ring and the toilet bowl cover is controlled according to the instruction.
The switch is preferably especially suitable for public use, and compared with voice control, interference from the compartment can be avoided. This switch can be touch switch or inductive switch, and the switch setting is in the side lower extreme or the positive lower extreme of closestool to the user's foot is played, avoids the hand contact. In order to adapt to the convenience of switch control and operation, the actions of the switch control seat ring and the toilet cover comprise a mode A and a mode B, wherein the mode A is to sequentially and circularly execute the simultaneous opening of the toilet cover and the seat ring, the closing of the seat ring and the closing of the toilet cover according to switch feedback; in order to adapt to the mode A, in step S2, the sleeve changing condition also comprises the action process of switching the seat ring from the opening state to the closing state. The A mode is more suitable for male toilets or toilets shared by men and women. The mode B is to sequentially and circularly open and close the toilet cover according to the feedback of the switch; the B mode is more suitable for use in a feminine toilet.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
