(1) preparing a first pellet core: weighing the raw materials according to a certain proportion, adding the raw materials into a stirrer, fully stirring and uniformly mixing the raw materials, pouring a proper amount of purified water, continuously stirring the mixture to prepare a soft material, transferring the soft material into an extrusion rounding machine, preparing a fine strip-shaped material by passing through a screen with the aperture of 0.5mm at the speed of 30Hz, putting the material into a turntable, rounding the material at the speed of 15Hz for 10 to 15 minutes, regulating the material to reversely rotate, rounding the material for 5 to 10 minutes, positively rotating the material at the speed of 25Hz, rounding the material at a high speed for 30 minutes, starting a fan to decelerate, and finally drying the material in an oven at the temperature of 40 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain a first pill core;
(2) preparing a second pill core: weighing all the raw materials corresponding to the second pill core in proportion, and the rest steps are the same as the step (1);
(3) coating a first hydrophilic coating by adopting a bottom spraying technology: weighing a proper amount of the first pellet cores in a Glatt fluidized bed, spraying materials by adopting a bottom spraying method, setting the air inlet temperature to be 30-40 ℃, the spray gun atomization pressure to be 0.1-0.3MPa and the air inlet amount to be 50-120m3Spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophilic coating on the surface of the first pellet core at a spraying speed of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the first pellet core is completely coated, stopping spraying the slurry, and directly drying in a Glatt fluidized bed in an air supply manner for 5-10 minutes;
(4) the step of coating the second hydrophilic coating on the second pill core is the same as the step (3);
(5) coating a first hydrophobic coating by adopting a tangential spray technology, weighing a proper amount of the finished product in the step (3) in another Glatt fluidized bed, setting the air inlet temperature to be 35-45 ℃, the spray gun atomization pressure to be 0.2-0.5MPa and the air inlet amount to be 60-150m3Spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophobic coating on the surface of the finished product in the step (3) at a spraying speed of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the finished product in the step (3) is coated with the first hydrophobic coating with a preset specific gravity, stopping spraying, and directly drying in a Glatt fluidized bed for 10-15 minutes in an air blowing manner to obtain the quick-release pellet;
(6) step (4), coating the finished product with a second hydrophobic coating, and preparing the sustained-release pellet in the same step as the step (5);
(7) preparing the quick-release pellets and the sustained-release pellets according to the proportion of 1:3, and packaging to obtain the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage.
The invention combines two spraying technologies of Glatt multifunctional fluidized bed to coat the coating, and utilizes the bottom spraying technology to coat the hydrophilic coating, and the bottom spraying technology has the advantages that: the probability that the pill core contacts the raw material pulp is the same, which is favorable for realizing the uniformity of the hydrophilic coating, and the distance between the spray gun and the pill core is shorter, which is favorable for forming compact hydrophilic coating, and is especially suitable for the coating of the hydrophilic coating; the method is characterized in that a tangential spraying technology is utilized to coat the hydrophobic coating layer, the spray liquid of the tangential spraying technology is added into a hopper through an atomizing nozzle arranged on the wall of the hopper, the spraying direction of the nozzle is consistent with the fluidized state direction of the material, the air flow speed does not need to be changed in key, the amount of the gas entering a material groove can be adjusted, the method is particularly suitable for coating the hydrophobic coating layer, the drying rate is kept at a lower level, and the adhesion among pellets can be effectively prevented; the invention combines two spraying technologies to ensure that the outside of the pill core has a high-quality coating film so as to ensure that the invention has ideal quick-release effect and slow-release effect.
The invention does not adopt the conventional top spraying technology because the spraying direction is opposite to the airflow direction, the coated raw material slurry is evaporated to a certain degree before contacting with the pill core, the uniformity of the formed film is inferior to that of the bottom spraying technology and the tangential spraying technology, and the ideal slow release effect cannot be realized.
Example 2
A solid beverage for improving sleep and caring skin comprises quick-release pellet and sustained-release pellet, wherein the ratio of the quick-release pellet to the sustained-release pellet is 1:4, and the outer diameters of the quick-release pellet and the sustained-release pellet are 1.5 mm. The quick-release pellet and the sustained-release pellet are respectively provided with a pellet core, a hydrophilic coating and a hydrophobic coating from inside to outside.
The quick-release pellet is provided with a first pellet core, a first hydrophilic coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and a first hydrophobic coating (Ettky RL100) from inside to outside, and the weight gain of the first hydrophobic coating is 0.2% of the weight of the first pellet core. The first pill core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 10 parts of theanine, 10 parts of casein peptide, 15 parts of a forming agent (pregelatinized starch), 3 parts of an auxiliary forming agent (mannitol) and 3 parts of a disintegrating agent (low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose).
The sustained-release pellet is provided with a second pellet core, a second hydrophilic coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and a second hydrophobic coating (Ewing RL100) from inside to outside, and the weight gain of the second hydrophobic coating is 1.5% of the weight of the second pellet core. The second pill core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 5 parts of theanine, 8 parts of casein peptide, 10 parts of fish collagen peptide, 10 parts of orange peel enzyme liposome, 10 parts of spina date seed powder, 10 parts of poria cocos powder, 20 parts of a forming agent (pregelatinized starch), 5 parts of an auxiliary forming agent (mannitol) and 5 parts of a disintegrating agent (low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose).
The orange peel ferment liposome comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 parts of orange peel enzyme powder, 35 parts of phospholipid, 8 parts of trehalose, 3 parts of stigmasterol and 3 parts of polyethylene glycol.
The preparation method of the tangerine peel ferment liposome comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol according to a certain proportion, adding the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol are completely dissolved, carrying out vacuum rotary evaporation until the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely evaporated, and forming a lipid envelope on the wall of a container;
(2) weighing the orange peel enzyme powder according to a proportion, slowly adding purified water until the orange peel enzyme powder is just dissolved to prepare orange peel enzyme liquid, pouring the orange peel enzyme liquid into the container in the step (1), and rotationally hydrating for 0.5-1 hour at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, the rotating speed of 60-90rpm and the normal pressure to form liposome suspension;
(3) and (3) ultrasonically treating the liposome suspension by adopting an ice bath probe, wherein the power is 400-500W, stirring until the system is uniform, filtering and sterilizing through a sterile microporous filter membrane, and finally removing the solvent through a freeze drying process to obtain the orange peel ferment liposome.
The preparation method of the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage comprises the following steps:

(4) the step of coating the second hydrophilic coating on the second pill core is the same as the step (3);
(5) coating a first hydrophobic coating by adopting a tangential spray technology, weighing a proper amount of the finished product in the step (3) in another Glatt fluidized bed, setting the air inlet temperature to be 35-45 ℃, the spray gun atomization pressure to be 0.2-0.5MPa and the air inlet amount to be 60-150m3Spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophobic coating on the surface of the finished product in the step (3) at a spraying speed of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the finished product in the step (3) is coated with the first hydrophobic coating with a preset specific gravity, stopping spraying, and directly drying in a Glatt fluidized bed for 10-15 minutes in an air blowing manner to obtain the quick-release pellet;
(6) step (4), coating the finished product with a second hydrophobic coating, and preparing the sustained-release pellet in the same step as the step (5);
(7) preparing the quick-release pellets and the sustained-release pellets according to the proportion of 1:4, and packaging to prepare the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage.
Example 3
A solid beverage for improving sleep and caring skin comprises quick-release pellet and sustained-release pellet, wherein the ratio of the quick-release pellet to the sustained-release pellet is 1:2, and the outer diameters of the quick-release pellet and the sustained-release pellet are 0.5 mm. The quick-release pellet and the sustained-release pellet are respectively provided with a pellet core, a hydrophilic coating and a hydrophobic coating from inside to outside.
The quick-release pellet is provided with a first pellet core, a first hydrophilic coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and a first hydrophobic coating (Ewing RS30D) from inside to outside, and the weight gain of the first hydrophobic coating is 0.05 according to the weight of the first pellet core. The first pill core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3 parts of theanine, 5 parts of casein peptide, 10 parts of a forming agent (powdered sugar), 1 part of an auxiliary forming agent (sorbitol) and 1 part of a disintegrating agent (sodium carboxymethyl starch).
The sustained-release pellet is provided with a second pellet core, a second hydrophilic coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and a second hydrophobic coating (Ewing RS30D) from inside to outside, and the weight gain of the second hydrophobic coating is 0.5% of the weight of the second pellet core. The second pill core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3 parts of theanine, 5 parts of casein peptide, 5 parts of fish collagen peptide, 5 parts of orange peel enzyme liposome, 5 parts of spina date seed powder, 5 parts of poria cocos powder, 15 parts of forming agent (powdered sugar), 2-5 parts of auxiliary forming agent (sorbitol) and 2 parts of disintegrating agent (sodium carboxymethyl starch).
The orange peel ferment liposome comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of orange peel enzyme powder, 25 parts of phospholipid, 4 parts of trehalose, 1 part of stigmasterol and 1 part of polyethylene glycol.
The preparation method of the tangerine peel ferment liposome comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol according to a certain proportion, adding the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol are completely dissolved, carrying out vacuum rotary evaporation until the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely evaporated, and forming a lipid envelope on the wall of a container;
(2) weighing the orange peel enzyme powder according to a proportion, slowly adding purified water until the orange peel enzyme powder is just dissolved to prepare orange peel enzyme liquid, pouring the orange peel enzyme liquid into the container in the step (1), and rotationally hydrating for 0.5-1 hour at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, the rotating speed of 60-90rpm and the normal pressure to form liposome suspension;

The preparation method of the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage comprises the following steps:

(3) coating a first hydrophilic coating by adopting a bottom spraying technology: weighing appropriate amount of the first pellet core in a Glatt fluidized bed, setting air inlet temperature at 30-40 deg.C, spray gun atomization pressure at 0.1-0.3MPa and air inlet amount at 50-120m3Spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophilic coating on the surface of the first pellet core at a spraying speed of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the first pellet core is completely coated, stopping spraying the slurry, and directly drying in a Glatt fluidized bed in an air supply manner for 5-10 minutes;
(4) the step of coating the second hydrophilic coating on the second pill core is the same as the step (3);
(5) coating a first hydrophobic coating by adopting a tangential spray technology, weighing a proper amount of the finished product in the step (3) in another Glatt fluidized bed, setting the air inlet temperature to be 35-45 ℃, the spray gun atomization pressure to be 0.2-0.5MPa and the air inlet amount to be 60-150m3Spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophobic coating on the surface of the finished product in the step (3) at a spraying speed of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the finished product in the step (3) is pre-treatedCoating the first hydrophobic coating with a specific gravity, stopping spraying slurry, and directly drying in a Glatt fluidized bed for 10-15 minutes in an air blowing manner to obtain a quick-release pellet;
(6) step (4), coating the finished product with a second hydrophobic coating, and preparing the sustained-release pellet in the same step as the step (5);
(7) preparing the quick-release pellets and the sustained-release pellets according to the proportion of 1:2, and packaging to obtain the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage.
And (3) measuring the release degree: the finished products of examples 1-3 were placed in a release medium (phosphate buffer), and the immediate release pellets of examples 1-3 all disintegrated completely within 10 minutes, while the sustained release pellets all did not change significantly within 0.5 hours and disintegrated completely after 2 hours.
The fast-release pellet is used as a fixed beverage, does not pursue the strict pharmacokinetic standard like a drug pellet, and only needs to be released as soon as possible after the fast-release pellet enters a human body and released after the slow-release pellet is released for at least half an hour.
Sleep-aiding and cosmetic efficacy tests:
(1) screening 90 volunteers, wherein the patients with insomnia lasts for more than one month after the age of 18-50 years;
(2) dividing the volunteers into 3 groups of test examples 1-3, each group comprising different age groups and sexes, wearing a sports bracelet for the volunteers to collect sleep data, and simultaneously detecting and recording the skin state of each volunteer;
(3) each volunteer was asked to take the test sample half an hour before sleep for 4 weeks.
(4) After 4 weeks, whether the sleep condition of the volunteer is improved or not is analyzed through the sleep data collected by the exercise bracelet, and meanwhile, the skin state of the volunteer is detected again to judge whether the skin state is improved or not.
The results show that the examples 1 to 3 have different degrees of sleep-aiding effect on 87 volunteers, the sleep-in time is short, the sleep quality of the volunteers is effectively improved, the emotion is obviously more stable and bright, and simultaneously, the skin states of all the volunteers are improved to a certain degree, such as the skin water-deficient state is improved, the glossiness is improved, the skin is firmed and the like.
Control experiment:
based on the component allocation ratio of example 3, the following 3 comparative examples were set:
comparative example 1: the gamma-aminobutyric acid and the theanine are lacked, and other components are consistent;
comparative example 2: the fish collagen and the tuckahoe powder are lacked, and other components are consistent;
comparative example 3: the orange peel enzyme and the wild jujube kernel powder are absent, and other components are consistent.
The volunteers taking the drug of example 3 were allowed to continue to participate in the control experiment, and the drug was taken in 3 groups, respectively, in control examples 1 to 3.
After completing the sleep-aiding and beauty-improving efficacy test for 3 days, the volunteers start to take the control cases respectively, after 4 weeks, the sleep condition of the volunteers is analyzed whether to be improved or not through the sleep data collected by the exercise bracelet, and meanwhile, the skin state of the volunteers is detected again to judge whether the skin state is improved or not.
The results show that:
(1) the volunteers of comparative example 1 took longer time to sleep than those of example 3, but the mood and skin were still improved equivalently, indicating that gamma-aminobutyric acid and theanine are the main effective sleep-aiding components of the present invention.
(2) Compared with the administration of the example 3, the volunteers taking the comparative example 2 have short sleep time, the sleep quality of the volunteers is effectively improved, the emotion is obviously more stable and bright, but the effect of improving the skin state is inferior to the administration of the example 3, which shows that the fish collagen and the tuckahoe powder are still required to be added for synergistic cooperation with other components if the optimal skin care effect is achieved.
(3) Compared with the administration of the example 3, the volunteers taking the comparative example 2 have short sleep time, but the sleep quality and emotion improvement effect after sleep is inferior to the administration of the example 3, and some volunteers are awakened after sleep, and the skin state is still equivalently improved, which shows that the orange peel enzyme, the spina date seed powder and other components are still required to be cooperatively matched if the optimal sleep-aiding effect is realized.
From the above control experiments, it can be seen that the present invention lacking some effective components still has some effects of improving sleep, soothing nerves and beautifying, but is inferior to example 3, therefore, the components of the present invention have synergistic effect.
Variations and modifications to the above-described embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art, which fall within the scope and spirit of the above description. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.

1. The solid beverage is characterized by comprising quick-release pellets and slow-release pellets, wherein the quick-release pellets mainly comprise gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine and casein peptide, and the slow-release pellets mainly comprise gamma-aminobutyric acid, theanine, casein peptide, fish collagen peptide, orange peel enzyme liposome, spina date seed powder and poria cocos powder.
2. The sleep-aiding and beauty-improving solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the quick-release pellets to the slow-release pellets is 1: 2-4.
3. The sleep-aiding and beauty-improving solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameters of the quick-release pellets and the sustained-release pellets are 0.5 to 1.5 mm.
4. A sleep-aid and beauty solid beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said quick-release pellets and said sustained-release pellets are provided with a pellet core, a hydrophilic coating and a hydrophobic coating from inside to outside.

The solid beverage for aiding sleep and beautifying face as claimed in claim 4, wherein the quick-release pellet is provided with a first pellet core, a first hydrophilic coating and a first hydrophobic coating from inside to outside, and the first pellet core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3-10 parts of theanine, 5-10 parts of casein peptide, 10-15 parts of a forming agent, 1-3 parts of an auxiliary forming agent and 1-3 parts of a disintegrating agent;
the sustained-release pellet is provided with a second pellet core, a second hydrophilic coating and a second hydrophobic coating from inside to outside, wherein the second pellet core comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3-5 parts of theanine, 5-8 parts of casein peptide, 5-10 parts of fish collagen peptide, 5-10 parts of orange peel enzyme liposome, 5-10 parts of spina date seed powder, 5-10 parts of poria cocos powder, 15-20 parts of a forming agent, 2-5 parts of an auxiliary forming agent and 2-5 parts of a disintegrating agent.

The solid sleep-aid and beauty-aid beverage according to claim 5, wherein the weight gain of said first hydrophobic coating is 0.05-0.2% by weight of said first pellet core, the weight gain of said second hydrophobic coating is 0.5-1.5% by weight of said second pellet core, said first and second hydrophobic coatings are one or a mixture of more than one of Ewing RL100, Ewing RL30D, Ewing RS100, Ewing RS 30D.

The sleep-aiding and beauty-improving solid beverage according to claim 5, wherein the first hydrophilic coating and the second hydrophilic coating are both hypromellose; the forming agent is one or more of pregelatinized starch, microcrystalline cellulose and powdered sugar; the auxiliary forming agent is one or more of mannitol, lactose, trehalose, glucose, starch, sorbitol and dextrin; the disintegrating agent is one or more of low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, corn starch, crospovidone and sodium carboxymethyl starch.

The solid beverage for aiding sleep and beautifying face as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tangerine peel ferment liposome comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of orange peel enzyme powder, 25-35 parts of phospholipid, 4-8 parts of trehalose, 1-3 parts of stigmasterol and 1-3 parts of polyethylene glycol.
9. The solid beverage for sleep-aiding and beauty-improving according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method of the tangerine peel ferment liposome comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol according to a certain proportion, adding the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring until the phospholipid, the trehalose, the stigmasterol and the polyethylene glycol are completely dissolved, and performing vacuum rotary evaporation until the absolute ethyl alcohol is completely evaporated, so that a lipid envelope is formed on the wall of a container;
(2) weighing the orange peel enzyme powder according to a ratio, slowly adding purified water until the orange peel enzyme powder is just dissolved to prepare orange peel enzyme liquid, pouring the orange peel enzyme liquid into the container in the step (1), setting a proper temperature and a proper rotating speed, and carrying out normal-pressure rotary hydration to form liposome suspension;
(3) and (3) uniformly emulsifying or ultrasonically treating the liposome suspension, stirring until the system is uniform, filtering for sterilization, and finally removing the solvent through a freeze-drying process to obtain the orange peel ferment liposome.
10. A method for preparing a sleep-aiding and beauty-improving solid beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing a first pellet core: weighing the raw materials according to a certain proportion, adding the raw materials into a stirrer, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, pouring a proper amount of purified water, continuously stirring to prepare a soft material, transferring the soft material into an extrusion rounding machine, setting a proper speed and a proper duration for rounding and forming, and finally collecting and drying pill cores to obtain the first pill core;
(2) preparing a second pill core: weighing all the raw materials corresponding to the second pill core in proportion, and the rest steps are the same as the step (1);
(3) coating a first hydrophilic coating: weighing a proper amount of the first pellet core in a fluidized bed, setting proper air inlet temperature, spray gun atomization pressure and air inflow, spraying the raw material slurry of the first hydrophilic coating on the surface of the first pellet core at a slurry spraying rate of 0.5-1g/min until the surface of the first pellet core is completely coated, stopping slurry spraying, and directly drying in the fluidized bed in an air supply manner;
(4) the step of coating the second hydrophilic coating on the second pill core is the same as the step (3);

(6) step (4), coating the finished product with a second hydrophobic coating, and preparing the sustained-release pellet in the same step as the step (5);
(7) preparing the quick-release pellets and the sustained-release pellets according to the proportion of 1:2-4, and packaging to obtain the sleep-aiding and beauty-maintaining solid beverage.
