When the first fixing member 7 is injection molded, the first colloid 71 and the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 73 are integrally molded, and the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 73 is molded in the insulating support special-shaped groove 61, so that the lower insulating support 6 is connected to the bottom surface of the top cover plate 1 through the first fixing member 7 by the matching connection of the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 73 and the insulating support special-shaped groove 61. Similarly, when the second fixing member 8 is injection molded, the second colloid 81 and the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 83 are integrally molded, and the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 83 is molded in the insulating support special-shaped groove 61, so that the lower insulating support 6 is connected to the bottom surface of the top cover plate 1 through the second fixing member 8 by the matching connection of the fixing member special-shaped protrusion 83 and the insulating support special-shaped groove 61.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an explosion-proof valve mounting hole 15 is formed on the top cover plate 1, an annular mounting groove 16 located at the periphery of the explosion-proof valve mounting hole 15 is formed on the lower end surface of the top cover plate 1, an explosion-proof valve 9 is disposed in the annular mounting groove 16, and a protective film 91 is disposed on the explosion-proof valve mounting hole 15; an explosion-proof valve protection cover 92 corresponding to the explosion-proof valve 9 is provided on the lower insulating support 6. And the upper surface of the mounting hole of the explosion-proof valve of the top cover plate is also provided with a double-exhaust semicircular groove 93. When the pressure in the battery reaches the explosion-proof valve 9 explosion-starting pressure value, the explosion-proof valve can be directly communicated with the outside through the explosion-proof valve protective cover 92 and the double exhaust semicircular groove 93 and the explosion-proof valve 9, the air is quickly released, and the explosion caused by high pressure in the battery box is prevented.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an injection molding assembly method of the lithium battery top cover assembly, which comprises the following steps:
(1) punching a plurality of top cover plate straight holes on the top cover plate 1, and punching a plurality of terminal straight holes on the first electrode terminal 4 and the second electrode terminal 5 respectively; carrying out plane stamping on the top cover plate 1, the first electrode terminal 4 and the second electrode terminal 5 again, so that the surface hole opening of the straight hole is contracted due to secondary stamping to form an inverted conical undercut groove;
(2) punching a plurality of top cover plate injection through holes 11 on a top cover plate 1, punching a plurality of terminal injection through holes (41,51) on a first electrode terminal 4 and a second electrode terminal 5 respectively, and punching a plurality of sealing element injection through holes (21,31) on a first sealing element 2 and a second sealing element 3 respectively;
(3) welding the explosion-proof valve on the bottom surface of the explosion-proof valve mounting hole of the top cover plate;
(4) taking the first sealing member 2 to be assembled on the bottom surface of the first electrode terminal 4, and then assembling the first electrode terminal 4 assembled with the first sealing member 2 to the upper surface of the cap plate 1; meanwhile, the second sealing member 3 is mounted on the bottom surface of the second electrode terminal 5, and then the second electrode terminal 5 mounted with the second sealing member 3 is mounted on the upper surface of the cap plate 1;
(5) assembling an explosion-proof valve 9 on the bottom surface of the top cover plate 1;
(6) placing the assembled rear top cover assembly on the lower insulating support in a mold, then performing an injection molding process, forming a first fixing member 7 on the top cover plate 1 at a position corresponding to the first electrode terminal 4, sequentially penetrating a first colloid 71 formed on the first fixing member 7 through the terminal injection through hole 41 of the first electrode terminal 4, the sealing member injection through hole 21 of the first sealing member 2 and the top cover plate injection through hole 11 of the top cover plate 1 from top to bottom, and connecting the first colloid with the lower insulating support 6 into a whole, and simultaneously embedding a plurality of first meshing colloids 72 formed on the first fixing member 7 into the terminal meshing grooves 42 of the first electrode terminal 4 and the top cover plate meshing grooves 12 of the top cover plate 1; forming a second fixing piece 8 on the top cover plate 1 and corresponding to the position of the second electrode terminal 5, sequentially penetrating a terminal injection molding through hole 51 of the second electrode terminal 5, a sealing piece injection molding through hole 31 of the second sealing piece 3 and a top cover plate injection through hole 11 of the top cover plate 1 from top to bottom by a second colloid 81 formed on the second fixing piece 8, and connecting the second colloid into a whole with the lower insulating bracket 6, embedding a plurality of second meshing colloids 82 formed on the second fixing piece 8 into a terminal meshing groove 52 of the second electrode terminal 5 and a top cover plate meshing groove 12 of the top cover plate 1, and simultaneously, injection molding the explosion-proof valve 9 and the top cover plate 1 into a whole to form an integrated sealing structure;
wherein, the steps (1) and (2) are not in sequence, and the steps (3), (4) and (5) are not in sequence.
In the embodiment, the first fixing member 7 and the second fixing member 8 are formed by assembling the components together and performing injection molding at one time, so that the first electrode terminal 4 and the second electrode terminal 5 are respectively and tightly fixed on the top cover plate 1 by the first fixing member and the second fixing member to form an integrated sealing structure. Therefore, the assembly process is greatly simplified, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced; and the leakproofness of first electrode terminal 4 after 5 assembly on lamina tecti 1 with second electrode terminal has been improved, has increased the combination stability between the structure, and the fixed dynamics of increase promotes and produces the property ability, improves product use reliability.
Example two

As to the specific connection manner between the housing 101 and the lithium battery top cover assembly 103, as shown in fig. 16, an opening 1011 is formed on the housing 101, and the lithium battery top cover assembly 103 covers the opening 1011. Cover in through lithium cell top cap subassembly 103 on the opening 1011, make this battery realize whole sealed, and then improve the leakproofness and the combination stability of this battery.
Preferably, the opening 1011 has a cylindrical structure.
As for the specific structure of the casing 101, the shape material and the like thereof are flexibly selected according to the design requirements of the secondary lithium battery, the shape thereof may be a hexahedron shape or other shapes, and the material may be aluminum, aluminum alloy, plastic and the like.
It should be noted that the shapes of all the components mentioned in the present embodiment are not limited to the shapes shown in the drawings, and the shapes of the components may be changed according to specific needs.

1. A lithium battery header assembly, comprising:
the top cover plate is provided with a plurality of top cover plate injection molding through holes and a plurality of top cover plate undercut grooves;
the first sealing element and the second sealing element are arranged on the top cover plate, and a plurality of sealing element injection molding through holes corresponding to the top cover plate injection molding through holes are formed in the first sealing element and the second sealing element respectively;
the first electrode terminal is arranged on the first sealing element, the second electrode terminal is arranged on the second sealing element, a plurality of terminal injection molding through holes corresponding to the sealing element injection molding through holes are respectively formed on the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal, and meanwhile, a plurality of terminal flower-biting grooves corresponding to the flower-biting grooves of the top cover plate are respectively formed on the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal;
a lower insulating support disposed below the top cover plate;
the first fixing piece is arranged on the top cover plate, a plurality of first colloid formed on the first fixing piece sequentially penetrate through the terminal injection molding through hole of the first electrode terminal, the sealing element injection molding through hole of the first sealing element and the top cover plate injection molding through hole of the top cover plate from top to bottom and are connected with the lower insulating support into a whole, and meanwhile, a plurality of first meshing colloid formed on the first fixing piece are embedded into the terminal meshing groove of the first electrode terminal and the top cover plate meshing groove of the top cover plate;
the second fixing piece is arranged on the top cover plate, a plurality of second colloid formed on the second fixing piece sequentially penetrates through the terminal injection molding through hole of the second electrode terminal, the sealing element injection molding through hole of the second sealing element and the top cover plate injection molding through hole of the top cover plate from top to bottom, and is connected with the lower insulating support into a whole.
2. The lithium battery cap assembly of claim 1, wherein the cap plate undercut recess and the terminal undercut recess are each an inverted cone structure.
3. The lithium battery top cap assembly of claim 1, wherein the plurality of top cap plate injection molded vias are evenly distributed annularly on the top cap plate, and the plurality of top cap plate undercut grooves are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the top cap plate; the plurality of terminal injection molding through holes are uniformly distributed on the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal in an annular mode, and the plurality of terminal undercut grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal.
4. The lithium battery cap assembly of claim 1, wherein a sealing member penetration hole is formed at a middle portion of the first sealing member, a sealing member annular insertion portion positioned at a periphery of the sealing member penetration hole is formed at a lower end surface of the first sealing member to be downwardly protruded, a plurality of first protrusion blocks are formed at an outer side edge of the first sealing member, and the sealing member injection molding through hole is formed at the first protrusion blocks; the second sealing element is identical in structure with the first sealing element.
5. The lithium battery top cover assembly according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of second protruding blocks are respectively formed on the outer side edges of the first sealing element and the second sealing element, a positioning column is formed on each second protruding block, the upper end of each positioning column is embedded into the terminal injection through hole, and the lower end of each positioning column is embedded into the top cover plate injection through hole.
6. The lithium battery top cover assembly according to claim 4, wherein an annular terminal plate is formed on the periphery of the first electrode terminal, a terminal protrusion is convexly arranged on the lower end face of the first electrode terminal, and a plurality of terminal injection molding through holes and a plurality of terminal undercut grooves on the first electrode terminal are uniformly distributed on the annular terminal plate; the second electrode terminal has the same structure as the first electrode terminal.

The lithium battery top cap assembly of claim 6, wherein two mounting locations are formed on the top cap plate for mounting the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal, respectively, a terminal lead-out hole for leading out the terminal protrusion is formed on the two mounting locations, respectively, a top cap plate sinking portion is formed at the periphery of the terminal lead-out hole, the plurality of top cap plate injection molding through holes and the plurality of top cap plate undercut grooves are distributed on the top cap plate sinking portion, the first sealing member and the second sealing member are respectively disposed on the top cap plate sinking portions of the two mounting locations and avoid the plurality of top cap plate undercut grooves, and the annular insertion portion of the sealing member is inserted into the terminal lead-out hole and sandwiched between the inner wall of the terminal lead-out hole and the outer wall of the terminal protrusion.
8. The lithium battery top cover assembly according to claim 7, wherein two insulation support through holes corresponding to the terminal lead-out holes one to one are formed in the lower insulation support, and a plurality of insulation support special-shaped grooves are formed at the periphery of the insulation support through holes; a plurality of fixing piece special-shaped convex blocks clamped in the insulating support special-shaped grooves are respectively formed on the outer sides of the lower parts of the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece; the first glue bodies are correspondingly connected with the fixing part special-shaped lugs on the first fixing part, and the second glue bodies are correspondingly connected with the fixing part special-shaped lugs on the second fixing part.

The lithium battery top cap assembly of claim 1, wherein an explosion-proof valve mounting hole is formed at the top cap plate, an annular mounting groove is formed at a lower end surface of the top cap plate to be positioned at a periphery of the explosion-proof valve mounting hole, an explosion-proof valve is disposed in the annular mounting groove, and a protective film is disposed on the explosion-proof valve mounting hole; and an explosion-proof valve protection cover corresponding to the explosion-proof valve is arranged on the lower insulating support.
10. The injection molding assembly method for a lithium battery top cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) punching a plurality of top cover plate straight holes on the top cover plate, and punching a plurality of terminal straight holes on the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal respectively; carrying out plane stamping on the top cover plate, the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal again to ensure that the surface hole opening of the straight hole is contracted due to secondary stamping to form an inverted conical undercut groove;
(2) punching a plurality of top cover plate injection through holes on a top cover plate, respectively punching a plurality of terminal injection through holes on a first electrode terminal and a second electrode terminal, (respectively punching a plurality of sealing element injection through holes on a first sealing element and a second sealing element);
(3) welding the explosion-proof valve on the bottom surface of the explosion-proof valve mounting hole of the top cover plate;
(4) mounting a first sealing member on a bottom surface of the first electrode terminal, and then mounting the first electrode terminal mounted with the first sealing member on an upper surface of the cap plate; meanwhile, a second sealing member is mounted on the bottom surface of the second electrode terminal, and then the second electrode terminal mounted with the second sealing member is mounted on the upper surface of the cap plate;
(5) placing the assembled rear top cover assembly on the lower insulating support in a mold, then performing an injection molding process, forming a first fixing piece on the top cover plate and corresponding to the position of the first electrode terminal, sequentially penetrating a terminal injection molding through hole of the first electrode terminal, a sealing piece injection molding through hole of the first sealing piece and a top cover plate injection through hole of the top cover plate from top to bottom by a first colloid formed on the first fixing piece, and connecting the first colloid with the lower insulating support into a whole, and simultaneously embedding a plurality of first meshing colloids formed on the first fixing piece into a terminal meshing groove of the first electrode terminal and a top cover plate meshing groove of the top cover plate; forming a second fixing piece on the top cover plate and corresponding to the position of the second electrode terminal, sequentially penetrating a terminal injection molding through hole of the second electrode terminal, a sealing element injection molding through hole of a second sealing element and the top cover plate injection molding through hole of the top cover plate from top to bottom by a second colloid formed on the second fixing piece, and connecting the second colloid and a lower insulating support into a whole, embedding a plurality of second meshing colloids formed on the second fixing piece into a terminal meshing groove of the second electrode terminal and a top cover plate meshing groove of the top cover plate, and simultaneously, injection molding the explosion-proof valve and the top cover plate into a whole to form an integrated sealing structure;
wherein, the steps (1) and (2) are not in sequence, and the steps (3), (4) and (5) are not in sequence.
