The NB-IoT technology has the characteristics of wide coverage, high reliability, high safety, low cost, low power consumption and the like, and can effectively solve a plurality of meter reading problems in the field of intelligent water meters. The NB-IoT intelligent water meter system mainly comprises a water meter with an NB-IoT communication module, an NB-IoT communication base station, an Internet of things cloud platform, a service server, client management software and the like. The intelligent water meter of NB-IoT technology is arranged in each household, after the intelligent water meter is started to operate, the intelligent water meter can search nearby NB-IoT communication base stations and register the NB-IoT communication base stations to the Internet of things cloud platform, the cloud platform can know the data capacity of the equipment needing to be reported and received, the water consumption data of the intelligent water meter can be uploaded to the Internet of things cloud platform through the communication base stations, and control data messages from the cloud platform can also be received. The client management software acquires the resident water consumption data which are copied and received in real time from the cloud platform through the service server, monitors the real-time water consumption condition of each resident, can also perform real-time stepped price adjustment control on the resident water consumption, customizes the data copying strategy of the service server, and pushes monthly water consumption condition and fee deduction condition to the resident. However, the NB-IoT intelligent water meter still continues to be installed in an old water meter, that is, the water running end of the water meter needs to be connected with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe in a sealing manner, which consumes a lot of time for an installer and depends on the experience of the installer, and meanwhile, the NB-IoT intelligent water meter also needs to be powered by a battery, although the battery loss is low, the battery needs to be replaced within a certain time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and provides the dry-type nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter which not only can keep the battery in use for a long time and prevent the battery from being exhausted, but also is convenient to install and can greatly save manpower.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts a dry-type nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter, which comprises an electronic control end and a water running end of the water meter, wherein the electronic control end comprises a storage battery, the water running end comprises an upper connecting port capable of being connected with the electronic control end, a water inlet end and a water outlet end, a first electronic one-way valve capable of blocking water from entering the water inlet end is arranged in the water inlet end, a second electronic one-way valve capable of blocking water from flowing out is arranged in the water outlet end, and the first electronic one-way valve and the second electronic one-way valve are electrically connected with the storage battery; the water inlet end is provided with a first welding end capable of being in welded connection with the water inlet pipe, the water outlet end is provided with a second welding end capable of being in welded connection with the water outlet pipe, and the upper connecting end of the water outlet end is provided with a third welding end capable of being in welded connection with the lower end of the electronic control end.
Preferably, the first welding end includes: the water inlet pipe inserting sleeve can be just inserted into the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe inserting sleeve is sleeved with a first hot melting ring, and the inner wall of the first hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the water inlet pipe in an interference fit manner;
the second fused end comprises: the water outlet pipe inserting sleeve can be just inserted into the water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe inserting sleeve is sleeved with a second hot melting ring, and the inner wall of the second hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe in an interference fit manner;
the third fused end includes: and the socket just can be inserted into the upper connector and is positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end, a third hot melting ring is sleeved in the upper connector, and the inner wall of the third hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the socket positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end in an interference fit manner.
Furthermore, a first press control switch capable of controlling the opening and closing of the first electronic one-way valve is arranged on the surface of the first electronic one-way valve; and a second press control switch capable of controlling the opening and closing of the second electronic check valve is arranged on the surface of the second electronic check valve.
Furthermore, a sound energy power generation device is arranged on the side edge of the electronic control end and comprises a sound energy collecting device and a transducer, the input end of the transducer is clamped with the right side of the sound energy collecting device, and the output end of the transducer is electrically connected with a storage battery in the electronic control end.

As shown in fig. 1, a dry nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter includes an electronic control end 1 and a water outlet end 2.
In the invention, the electronic control end 1 comprises a storage battery 3, the water running end 2 comprises an upper connecting port 4 capable of being connected with the electronic control end, a water inlet end 5 and a water outlet end 6, a first electronic one-way valve 7 capable of blocking water from entering is arranged in the water inlet end 5, a second electronic one-way valve 8 capable of blocking water from flowing out is arranged in the water outlet end 6, and the first electronic one-way valve 7 and the second electronic one-way valve 8 are electrically connected with the storage battery 3. A first press control switch 15 capable of controlling the opening and closing of the first electronic one-way valve 7 is arranged on the surface of the first electronic one-way valve 7; the surface of the second electronic one-way valve 8 is provided with a second press control switch 16 capable of controlling the opening and closing of the second electronic one-way valve 8.
As an innovation point of the invention, a first welding end capable of being in welding connection with a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the water inlet end 5, a second welding end capable of being in welding connection with a water outlet pipe is arranged on the right side of the water outlet end 6, and a third welding end capable of being in welding connection with the lower end of the electronic control end 1 is arranged on the upper connecting end of the water outlet end 2.
In the present invention, the preferred first fused end comprises: a water inlet pipe inserting sleeve 9 which can just be inserted into the water inlet pipe, a first hot melting ring 10 is sleeved in the water inlet pipe inserting sleeve 9, and the inner wall of the first hot melting ring 10 is connected with the outer wall of the water inlet pipe in an interference fit manner.
In the present invention, the preferred second fused end comprises: a water outlet pipe insertion sleeve 11 which can be just inserted into the water outlet pipe, a second hot melting ring 12 is sleeved in the water outlet pipe insertion sleeve 11, and the inner wall of the second hot melting ring 12 is connected with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe in an interference fit manner.
In the present invention, the preferred third fused end includes: a socket 13 which is just inserted into the upper connector 4 and is positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end 1, a third hot melting ring 14 is sleeved in the upper connector 4, and the inner wall of the third hot melting ring 14 is connected with the outer wall of the socket 13 positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end 1 in an interference fit manner.
In the invention, the water inlet pipe insertion sleeve 9, the water outlet pipe insertion sleeve 11 and the upper connecting port 4 are all made of metal materials, the first hot melting ring 10, the second hot melting ring 12 and the third hot melting ring 14 are all annular bodies formed by mixing hot melting material reinforcing materials, when in use, the first electronic one-way valve 7 is closed through the first pressing control switch 15, the second electronic one-way valve 8 is closed through the second pressing control switch 16, then the inner wall of the first hot melting ring 10 and the outer wall of the water inlet pipe are sleeved, the inner wall of the second hot melting ring 12 and the outer wall of the water outlet pipe are sleeved, the inner wall of the third hot melting ring 14 and the outer wall of the socket 13 are sleeved, then a professional tool is adopted to carry out hot melting heating treatment on the water inlet pipe insertion sleeve 9, the water outlet pipe insertion sleeve 11 and the upper connecting port 4, so that the first hot melting ring 10, the second hot melting ring 12 and the third hot melting ring 14 are heated and melted, therefore, the inner wall of the first hot melt ring 10 and the outer wall of the water inlet pipe are in welded sealing connection, the inner wall of the second hot melt ring 12 and the outer wall of the water outlet pipe are in welded sealing connection, and the inner wall of the third hot melt ring 14 and the outer wall of the socket 13 are in welded sealing connection.
After a period of time, the first hot melt ring 10, the second hot melt ring 12 and the third hot melt ring 14 are heated and melted, and are in sealed connection with the water inlet pipe, the water outlet pipe and the socket 13, the first electronic one-way valve 7 is opened through the first press control switch 15, and the second electronic one-way valve 8 is opened through the second press control switch 16.
The side of the electronic control end 1 is provided with a sound energy generating device, in the invention, the preferred sound energy generating device comprises a sound energy collecting device 17 and a transducer 18, the input end of the transducer 18 is clamped with the right side of the sound energy collecting device 17, and the output end of the transducer 18 is electrically connected with the storage battery 3 in the electronic control end 1. When a person walks or speaks, sound of a certain decibel enters the sound energy collecting device 17, and is converted into electric energy through the conversion of the transducer 18, and then enters the storage battery 3 for storage.
In general, the invention adopts the field welding technology, can conveniently carry out the sealed connection of the electronic control end, the water inlet pipe, the water outlet pipe and the water outlet end, and greatly simplifies the installation process; meanwhile, the electronic control end of the invention adopts the sound energy power generation device, can generate electricity and charge the storage battery by means of sound with a certain decibel, saves the procedure of manually charging the storage battery, and improves the service efficiency of the water meter.
Claims (4)

A dry-type nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter comprises an electronic control end and a water outlet end of the water meter, wherein the electronic control end comprises a storage battery, the water outlet end comprises an upper connector which can be connected with the electronic control end, a water inlet end and a water outlet end, and the dry-type nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter is characterized in that a first electronic one-way valve which can block water from entering the water inlet end is arranged in the water inlet end, a second electronic one-way valve which can block water from flowing out is arranged in the water outlet end, and the first electronic one-way valve and the second electronic one-way valve are electrically connected with the storage battery; the water inlet end is provided with a first welding end capable of being in welded connection with the water inlet pipe, the water outlet end is provided with a second welding end capable of being in welded connection with the water outlet pipe, and the upper connecting end of the water outlet end is provided with a third welding end capable of being in welded connection with the lower end of the electronic control end.

A dry nonmagnetic NB-IOT water meter as set forth in claim 1, wherein said first fused end includes: the water inlet pipe inserting sleeve can be just inserted into the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe inserting sleeve is sleeved with a first hot melting ring, and the inner wall of the first hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the water inlet pipe in an interference fit manner;
the second fused end comprises: the water outlet pipe inserting sleeve can be just inserted into the water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe inserting sleeve is sleeved with a second hot melting ring, and the inner wall of the second hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the water outlet pipe in an interference fit manner;
the third fused end includes: and the socket just can be inserted into the upper connector and is positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end, a third hot melting ring is sleeved in the upper connector, and the inner wall of the third hot melting ring is connected with the outer wall of the socket positioned at the bottom of the electronic control end in an interference fit manner.

A dry non-magnetic NB-IOT water meter as recited in claim 2, wherein the first electronic check valve has a first push control switch on its surface for controlling the opening and closing of the first electronic check valve; and a second press control switch capable of controlling the opening and closing of the second electronic check valve is arranged on the surface of the second electronic check valve.

A dry non-magnetic NB-IOT water meter as recited in claim 1, wherein the electronic control end is flanked by a sound energy power generation device, the sound energy power generation device comprises a sound energy collection device and a transducer, the input end of the transducer is engaged with the right side of the sound energy collection device, and the output end of the transducer is electrically connected to the battery in the electronic control end.
