The flywheel 2 is connected to the crankshaft 1 and is provided with a first insertion hole 21. The flywheel 2 and the crankshaft 1 can rotate with each other without relative movement therebetween.
The housing 3 is provided with a crankshaft 1 inside, and is provided with a second insertion hole 31 corresponding to the first insertion hole 21, the first insertion hole 21 and the second insertion hole 31 are communicated when corresponding to each other, and the second insertion hole 31 is a through hole. When the first receptacle 21 and the second receptacle 31 are aligned, the first receptacle 21 and the second receptacle 31 may be coaxial.
When the engine of the embodiment needs to be provided with TVD bolts or other parts and needs to keep the crankshaft 1 still, the elongated rod is inserted into the first insertion hole 21 and the second insertion hole 31, so that the flywheel 2 cannot rotate, and the crankshaft 1 is limited. The distance between the end of the first insertion hole 21 away from the second insertion hole 31 and the end of the second insertion hole 31 away from the first insertion hole 21 is smaller than the length of the insert rod 4. With this arrangement, it is possible to facilitate insertion of the insert pin 4 into the first insertion hole 21 and the second insertion hole 31 and also to facilitate removal of the insert pin 4 from the first insertion hole 21 and the second insertion hole 31.
In this embodiment, the engine further includes a plug 5, and the plug 5 is detachably inserted into the second insertion hole 31; when the crankshaft 1 needs to be limited, the plug 5 is detached from the second insertion hole 31; when the crankshaft 1 is not limited, the plug 5 is inserted into the second insertion hole 31. The arrangement of the plug 5 can prevent external impurities from entering the flywheel 2 and the gearbox when a crankshaft flywheel set of the engine works. When a TVD bolt or other parts need to be installed and the crankshaft 1 needs to be kept still, the plug 5 is firstly detached from the second insertion hole 31, and then the insertion rod 4 is inserted into the first insertion hole 21 and the second insertion hole 31; and when the crankshaft flywheel set of the engine normally works, the plug 5 is inserted into the second insertion hole 31.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the plug 5 includes an inserting portion 51 and a handheld portion 52 disposed at one end of the inserting portion 51, the inserting portion 51 and the handheld portion 52 are both cylindrical and disposed coaxially, the inserting portion 51 is detachably inserted into the second insertion hole 31, and when the crankshaft 1 does not need to be limited, the handheld portion 52 is located outside one side of the second insertion hole 31 away from the flywheel 2. The insertion portion 51 can block the second insertion hole 31, and the handle portion 52 is provided to facilitate attachment and detachment of the plug 5. In the present embodiment, the connection between the inserting portion 51 and the holding portion 52 is smoothly transited. The length of the insertion portion 51 is less than or equal to the depth of the second insertion hole 31. Of course, in other embodiments, the length of the insertion portion 51 may be greater than the depth of the second insertion hole 31, but the insertion portion 51 may not be too long to contact the flywheel 2, so as to prevent the normal operation of the crankshaft flywheel set of the engine from being affected.
