a secondary tension sensor is arranged between the transmission component units (1) and used for testing the tension in the box;
the control module is electrically connected with the main tension sensor and each auxiliary tension sensor, and when the tension data between the boxes detected by the main tension sensor is abnormal, the speed of the servo motor (12) in the water storage tank with rich tension data is regulated to release the tension between the boxes;
