However, although there are arm exercising devices on the existing arms, there are still many defects: 1. the existing arm exercising equipment is single, only can exercise in a certain posture, and is easy to cause extreme fatigue for a long time, thereby influencing the exercising effect. 2. When the existing lying exercise is carried out, the safety and the lifting height of the barbell can not be controlled at will, and the training difficulty is increased.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a mechanical device which can exercise arms in different directions and can be adjusted according to different heights of human bodies.

the bottom parts of the vertical cutting edge and the inclined cutting edge are fixed on a positioning bolt, the positioning bolt is provided with a limiting device, the limiting device comprises a limiting screw, the limiting screw penetrates through the positioning bolt and is respectively connected with a first fixing rod or a second fixing rod, the upper part of a first fixing base is provided with a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are integrally formed, a storage box is arranged between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod, at least ten storage cabinets are arranged in the storage box, the upper part of the storage box is provided with a hydraulic telescopic cylinder, the upper part of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder is provided with a supporting mattress, a supporting rod is arranged between the supporting mattress and the hydraulic telescopic cylinder, the supporting mattress comprises a first fixing section and a second movable section, the first fixing section and the second movable section are connected through a hinge, and the second fixing base is provided with a fixing rod, and the top of dead lever is equipped with the blind hole, the upper portion of dead lever is equipped with the telescopic link, and inside the telescopic link and the blind hole of inserting at the dead lever to adjust the height of telescopic link through the plum blossom bolt, be equipped with arm exercise mechanism on bracing piece one and the bracing piece two, arm exercise mechanism includes trapezoidal supporting seat, flexible bracing piece and handle exercise pole, trapezoidal supporting seat and handle exercise pole are connected respectively at the both ends of flexible bracing piece, be equipped with the check lock lever between the top of bracing piece one and bracing piece two.
