Abstract
在具备本发明的控制阀组件(1)的自动变速器中,在控制阀组件(1)设置有跨过将控制阀组件(1)的内部和外部连通的排泄口(2a)的肋(R)。由此,提供具备抑制了大的变形的控制阀组件(1)的自动变速器。

本发明涉及一种自动变速器
背景技术
在专利文献1中,公开了具备内置控制阀并具有与外部连通的排泄口的控制阀组件的自动变速器。
但是,在专利文献1的控制阀组件中,由于与外部连通的排泄口附近的刚性弱,因此,有可能因连结用的螺栓的轴向力或高压的工作油而较大地变形。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于这样的技术课题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种具备抑制大的变形的控制阀组件的自动变速器。
在本发明的具备控制阀组件的自动变速器中,其特征在于,在控制阀组件设置有跨过将控制阀组件的内部和外部连通的排泄口的加强部。
因此,在本发明的具备控制阀组件的自动变速器中,由于提高了与外部连通的排泄口附近的刚性,所以能够抑制大的变形。

具体实施方式
(实施方式1)
图1是从具备实施方式1的控制阀组件1的自动变速器AT的侧面观察的示意图。
自动变速器AT在其下部具有控制阀组件1,该控制阀组件1内置有控制阀,并由具有与外部连通的排泄口的下部主体2和上部主体3构成。
图2是从实施方式1的控制阀组件1的下部主体侧观察的立体图,图3是图2的A-A剖面图。
下部主体2收纳有对成为自动变速器AT的工作油的初始压的管路压(主压)PL进行调压的压力调节阀(控制用控制阀)6和控制未图示的锁止离合器的动作的锁止控制阀(控制用控制阀)7等。
另外,产生用于控制压力调节阀6和锁止控制阀7等的控制压的多个螺线管5配置在下部主体2的侧面。
控制阀组件1的下部主体2经由隔板4与上部主体3通过多个紧固用的螺栓B一体化。
另外,在收纳有调整自动变速器AT的工作油的压力的压力调节阀6的下部主体2上,设有用于调整压力的排泄口2a。
进而,为了提高排泄口2a附近的刚性,如图3所示,在下部主体2的外表面上,以与滑柱9的轴向长度大致相同的长度形成有与压力调节阀6的滑柱9的轴心P平行地跨过排泄口2a的肋R(加强部)。
基于图3,说明压力调节阀6的结构。
在下部主体2的内部形成有镗孔10,在该镗孔10内收纳有压力调节阀6的滑柱9。
在镗孔10内,在图示右侧端部压入固定有适配器11。
另外,通过配置在适配器11与滑柱9的凸台9d之间的弹簧8,滑柱9可滑动地收纳在镗孔10内。
在适配器11与滑柱9的凸台9d之间的下部主体2上形成有端口2f,该端口2f被供给由管路压控制用螺线管5控制的管路压控制用螺线管压Psol的工作油。
另外,在滑柱9的凸台9d与凸台9c之间的下部主体2上形成有向未图示的液力变矩器供给液力变矩器压Pt的工作油的端口2e。
进而,在滑柱9的凸台9c与凸台9b之间的下部主体2上形成有供给未图示的油泵排出的油泵排出压的工作油的端口2d。
压力调节阀6的滑柱9通过向端口2f供给的管路压控制用螺线管压Psol及弹簧8的作用力与向反馈端口2b供给的反馈压Pfb(管路压PL)的平衡,将工作油排出到形成于滑柱9的凸台9b与凸台9a之间的下主体2上的排泄口2a或端口2e,由此,对油泵排出压的工作油进行调压而生成管路压PL。
排泄口2c排出泄漏的工作油。
如图3所示,排泄口2a被肋R堵塞。
但是,关于排泄,如图2所示,由于排泄口2a在与滑柱9的轴心P正交的方向开口,因此,对于压力调节阀6的动作,没有问题。
由此,能够提高形成有连通控制阀组件1的内部和外部的排泄口2a的附近的刚性,能够抑制大的变形。
接着,说明作用效果。
具备实施方式1的控制阀组件1的自动变速器AT,发挥以下列举的作用效果。
(1)在下部主体2的外表面形成有肋R,该肋R以与阀芯9的轴向长度大致相同并与压力调节阀6的滑柱9的轴心P平行地跨过排泄口2a。
因此,能够提高形成有排泄口2a的附近的刚性,能够抑制大的变形。

Claims (2)
1.一种自动变速器,具备控制阀组件,该控制阀组件由控制用控制阀和收纳所述控制用控制阀的至少上部主体和下部主体构成,其特征在于,
沿着收纳所述控制用控制阀的滑柱的镗孔,在所述控制阀组件设置有跨过将所述控制阀组件的内部和外部连通的排泄口的加强部,
所述控制用控制阀是对成为所述自动变速器的工作油的初始压的管路压进行调压的压力调节阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动变速器,其特征在于,
所述加强部形成为与所述滑柱的轴向长度大致相同的长度。
