Abstract
电源供应器包括盖体、金属板、金属弹片、电路板及壳体。盖体有顶盖及环绕顶盖的侧墙部并决定出第一空间。金属板的一端位于第一空间,另一端穿过顶盖向外延伸。金属弹片设于第一空间并与金属板电连接。金属弹片包括上弹片、下弹片及连接片。上弹片及下弹片之间有间隔且与连接片连接。连接片对应间隔设有固定部。电路板有输入部及输出部,输入部设于间隔且与上弹片及下弹片电连接。输入部设有与固定部卡接的凸出部。壳体有开口及输出接口,开口与壳体的容置空间相通,侧墙部与开口抵接并使电路板固定于容置空间,输出接口与输出部电连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源供应器,特别涉及一种可妥善固定电路板的电源供应器。
背景技术
公知电源供应器的金属弹片与电路板之间的结合,主要是通过金属弹片被电路板干涉而变形,进而产生夹持力用以夹持电路板,来达到两者之间的结合及电性连接。然而,在电源供应器受到剧烈晃动后,因仅靠夹持力其固定效果不佳,金属弹片与电路板之间可能发生错位、或脱落的情形,而导致接触不良的问题发生。
因此,现仍急需提供一种电源供应器,能够加强电路板及金属弹片之间的固定力,避免金属弹片与电路板之间因晃动而造成错位、或脱落的情形发生,进而导致接触不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种电源供应器。相比于先前技术,本发明的电源供应器通过金属弹片与电路板之间的结合结构的设计,能够达到定位、限位及固定电路板的效果,避免金属弹片与电路板之间因晃动而造成错位、或脱落的情形发生,进而降低接触不良的发生率。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种电源供应器,包括盖体、至少一个金属板、至少一个金属弹片、电路板以及壳体。盖体具有顶盖及环绕顶盖设置的侧墙部,顶盖及侧墙部决定出第一空间。金属板的一端位于第一空间,金属板相对于该端的另一端穿过顶盖向外延伸。金属弹片设置于第一空间,金属弹片与金属板的该端电性连接。金属弹片包括上弹片、下弹片及连接片。上弹片及下弹片分别与连接片连接。上弹片与下弹片之间具有间隔,连接片对应间隔设置有固定部。电路板具有输入部及输出部。输入部对应设置于间隔且与上弹片及下弹片电性连接,其中输入部的前端设置有凸出部,凸出部与固定部卡接。壳体具有开口及输出接口。开口与壳体内部的容置空间相通。侧墙部与开口相抵接,并使电路板固定于容置空间中。输出接口与输出部电性连接。
在一个实施例中,第一空间具有限位部,上弹片及下弹片设置于限位部。
在一个实施例中,上弹片及下弹片彼此以长边对称并分别设置于连接片,上弹片及下弹片以形变方式夹持电路板。
在一个实施例中,侧墙部进一步具有滑槽部,滑槽部朝第一空间设置,电路板进一步具有延伸部,延伸部与滑槽部卡接。
在一个实施例中,侧墙部进一步具有肋部,肋部朝第一空间设置,电路板进一步具有缺口部,肋部与缺口部卡接。
在一个实施例中,固定部为方形开口,凸出部卡接于方形开口。
在一个实施例中,金属弹片进一步具有两个凸块,这些凸块邻近方形开口设置,凸出部卡接于方形开口并抵靠这些凸块。
在一个实施例中,电路板进一步具有两个凹槽,这些凹槽邻近凸出部设置,这些凸块进一步与这些凹槽卡接。
在一个实施例中,电源供应器包括两个金属板及两个金属弹片,这些金属板的该端各自与这些金属弹片电性连接。
在一个实施例中,这些金属弹片进一步各自包括镂空部,这些金属弹片分别以这些镂空部各自套设于这些金属板的该端。
综上所述,本发明的电源供应器通过金属弹片与电路板之间的结合结构的设计,能够达到定位、限位及固定电路板的效果,避免金属弹片与电路板之间因晃动而造成错位、或脱落的情形发生,进而降低接触不良的发生率。

具体实施方式
以下将参照相关附图,说明根据本发明电源供应器的优选实施例,其中相同的元件将以相同的附图标记加以说明。
本发明电源供应器通过金属弹片与电路板之间的结合结构的设计,能够达到定位、限位及固定电路板的效果,避免金属弹片与电路板之间因晃动而造成错位、或脱落的情形发生,进而降低接触不良的发生率。
请参照图1及图2A,图1为本发明电源供应器的外观示意图。图2A为图1所示的电源供应器的分解示意图。在本实施例中,电源供应器1包括盖体11、至少一个金属板12、至少一个金属弹片13、电路板14以及壳体15。盖体11具有顶盖111及环绕顶盖111设置的侧墙部112,顶盖111及侧墙部112决定出第一空间P1。金属板的一端12a位于第一空间P1,金属板12相对于一端12a的另一端12b穿过顶盖111向外延伸。在此,金属板的另一端12b用以与电源,例如但不限于市电电性连接。
请参照图2A、图3A、图4及图5A,图3A及图3B为图2A所示的盖体、金属板、金属弹片及电路板的组装动作示意图,在此,盖体、金属板及金属弹片已先组装完成,仅显示金属弹片及电路板之间的组装动作。图4为图3B所示的电源供应器的立体剖面示意图。图5A及图5B为图3A所示的金属弹片及电路板的不同实施例的示意图。在本实施例中,金属弹片13设置于第一空间P1,金属弹片13与金属板的一端12a电性连接。金属弹片13包括上弹片131、下弹片132及连接片133。上弹片131及下弹片132分别与连接片133连接。上弹片131与下弹片132之间具有间隔G,连接片133对应间隔G设置有固定部1331。详细而言,上弹片131及下弹片132彼此以长边对称并分别设置于连接片133。
在本实施例中,电路板14具有输入部141及输出部142。输入部141对应设置于间隔G且与上弹片131及下弹片132电性连接,其中输入部141的前端设置有凸出部1411,凸出部1411与固定部1331卡接。详细而言,输入部141前端的凸出部1411沿着上弹片131及下弹片132之间的间隔G移动,随后插入固定部1331中,上弹片131及下弹片132以形变方式夹持电路板14,凸出部1411与固定部1331对应卡接以固定电路板14。在此,上弹片131、下弹片132、间隔G及固定部1331可用以引导凸出部1411卡入固定部1331,因此兼具定位、限位及固定电路板的效果。
请再参照图2A,在本实施例中,壳体15具有开口O1及输出接口151。开口O1与壳体15内部的容置空间P2相通。侧墙部112与开口O1相抵接,并使电路板14固定于容置空间P2中。输出接口151与输出部142电性连接。举例来说,输出接口151可再与例如但不限于USB接头、或其他接头连接,用以提供与该接头连接的电子装置电力。特别的,在图2A中,因在该角度无法直接观察到开口O1及容置空间P2,故以虚线表示开口O1及容置空间P2。
请同时参照图2A、图2B及图4,图2B为图2A所示的电源供应器的盖体的立体剖面示意图。在本实施例中,第一空间P1具有限位部P11,上弹片131及下弹片132设置于限位部P11。在此,限位部P11用以将金属弹片13稳固的固定于第一空间P1中。特别的,在图2A中,因盖体11内部结构所围绕出的空间不明显,故加上虚线用以辅助观察盖体11内部的空间。
请参照图2A至图3B,在本实施例中,侧墙部112可进一步具有滑槽部1121,滑槽部1121朝第一空间P1设置,电路板14可进一步具有延伸部143,延伸部143与滑槽部1121卡接。在此,滑槽部1121可增加盖体11与电路板14之间的固定力。
在本实施例中,侧墙部112可进一步具有肋部1122,肋部1122朝第一空间P1设置,电路板14可进一步具有缺口部144,肋部1122与缺口部144卡接。在此,肋部1122可增加盖体11与电路板14之间的固定力,同时可用以将两个金属弹片13分隔开来,在电路板14的两个输入部141分别与金属弹片13电性连接后,避免两个金属弹片13互相接触而发生短路。
请再参照图4及图5A,在本实施例中,固定部1331为方形开口,凸出部1411卡接于方形开口。在此虽以固定部1331为方形开口为例用以说明,然而,固定为1331也可以为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、矩形、或多边形开口,只要凸出部1411对应固定部1331的形状设置,而可插入固定部1331中即可,在此不作限制。固定部1331与凸出部1411结构的设计,可让电路板14与金属弹片13之间的结合更稳固,以避免因晃动造成两者分离。
请再参照图2A至图3B,在本实施例中,电源供应器1包括两个金属板12及两个金属弹片13,这些金属板的一端12a各自与这些金属弹片13电性连接。详细而言,这些金属弹片13可进一步各自包括镂空部135,这些金属弹片13分别以这些镂空部135各自套设于这些金属板的一端12a。举例来说,两个金属板12可用以插入例如但不限于插座中,用以与市电电性连接;镂空部135及金属板的一端12a的形状亦可以依使用者的需求进行调整,例如但不限于圆形、椭圆形、三角形、矩形或多边形,只要两者之间能互相连接并固定即可,在此不作限制。
请参照图4及图5B,用以描述金属弹片及电路板结合结构的另一实施例。在本实施例中,金属弹片13a可进一步具有两个凸块134,这些凸块134邻近方形开口设置,凸出部1411卡接于方形开口并抵靠这些凸块134。在另一实施例中,电路板14可进一步具有两个凹槽145,这些凹槽145邻近凸出部1411设置,这些凸块134进一步与这些凹槽145卡接。通过凸块134及凹槽145的设计,可增加金属弹片13a与电路板14之间的固定力,避免因晃动而使两者发生错位、或脱落的情形。特别的,在此虽显示凸块134位于固定部1331的长轴两侧用以说明,然而,凸块134的位置、数量也可依使用者的需求进行调整。只要在电路板14上对应该凸块134的位置设置凹槽145即可,在此不作限制。
综上所述,本发明电源供应器通过金属弹片与电路板之间的结合结构的设计,能够达到定位、限位及固定电路板的效果,避免金属弹片与电路板之间因晃动而造成错位、或脱落的情形发生,进而降低接触不良的发生率。

1.一种电源供应器,其特征在于,包括:
盖体,具有顶盖及环绕所述顶盖设置的侧墙部,所述顶盖及所述侧墙部决定出第一空间;
至少一个金属板,所述金属板的一端位于所述第一空间,所述金属板相对于所述一端的另一端穿过所述顶盖向外延伸;
至少一个金属弹片,设置于所述第一空间,所述金属弹片与所述金属板的所述一端电性连接,所述金属弹片包括上弹片、下弹片及连接片,所述上弹片及所述下弹片分别与所述连接片连接,所述上弹片与所述下弹片之间具有间隔,所述连接片对应所述间隔设置有固定部;
电路板,具有输入部及输出部,所述输入部对应设置于所述间隔且与所述上弹片及所述下弹片电性连接,其中所述输入部的前端设置有凸出部,所述凸出部与所述固定部卡接;以及
壳体,具有开口及输出接口,所述开口与所述壳体内部的容置空间相通,所述侧墙部与所述开口相抵接,并使所述电路板固定于所述容置空间中,所述输出接口与所述输出部电性连接;
其中,所述金属弹片进一步具有两个凸块,所述凸块邻近所述固定部设置,所述凸出部卡接于所述固定部并抵靠所述凸块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述第一空间具有限位部,所述上弹片及所述下弹片设置于所述限位部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述上弹片及所述下弹片彼此以长边对称并分别设置于所述连接片,所述上弹片及所述下弹片以形变方式夹持所述电路板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述侧墙部进一步具有滑槽部,所述滑槽部朝所述第一空间设置,所述电路板进一步具有延伸部,所述延伸部与所述滑槽部卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述侧墙部进一步具有肋部,所述肋部朝所述第一空间设置,所述电路板进一步具有缺口部,所述肋部与所述缺口部卡接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述固定部为一方形开口,所述凸出部卡接于所述方形开口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述电路板进一步具有两个凹槽,所述凹槽邻近所述凸出部设置,所述凸块进一步与所述凹槽卡接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,包括两个金属板及两个金属弹片,所述金属板的所述一端各自与所述金属弹片电性连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电源供应器,其特征在于,所述金属弹片进一步各自包括镂空部,所述金属弹片分别以所述镂空部各自套设于所述金属板的所述一端。
