Background
The female threads and the male threads are mutually connected in the thread structure, and the long-time use after the thread installation can possibly cause the loosening and the separation of the screws, cause factors such as unstable structure and the like.
The thread pitch and the thread form of the original thread structure are both traditional forms, only play a role in connection, and cannot prevent the problem that a screw is loosened or even falls off in the using process, although the thread falling-off prevention has many forms, such as double nuts (Tang's threads), cotter pins, locking wires, U-shaped nuts, adhesives (glue falling resistance), sealing tapes and the like, the thread pitch and the thread form direction are not changed, and the problem of loosening cannot be effectively solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a thread anti-loosening structure, which can achieve the purpose of stable and non-loosening installation by only one structure without other installation steps.
The invention provides a thread anti-loosening structure, which comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein a female thread section is arranged on the first connecting piece, a sub-thread section is arranged on the second connecting piece, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are in threaded connection through the female thread section and the sub-thread section;
the anti-loosening structure comprises a female thread section, a male thread section and a female thread section, wherein a first anti-loosening structure is formed on the female thread section, a second anti-loosening structure is formed on the male thread section, and when the female thread section is in threaded connection with the male thread section, the first anti-loosening structure and the second anti-loosening structure are connected in a clamping mode, so that loosening between the female thread section and the male thread section is prevented.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the second anti-loosening structure at the beginning of the thread form of the sub-thread section and the first anti-loosening structure in the middle of the last pitch of the female thread section are combined to play a role in fixing anti-loosening;
2) compared with two nuts (Tang's threads) which are arranged and matched with two sub-parts, the double-nut screw structure is simple in structure and quick and convenient to install;
3) compared with the split pin and another accessory which can influence the stress condition of the thread and cause damage, the split thread locking device does not need to additionally add accessories compared with the split pin and another accessory which can influence the stress condition of the thread and cause damage;
4) compared with the U-shaped nut, the invention does not need to manufacture a copied structure; compared with adhesives and sealing tapes, the invention does not need to add a mounting step for gluing.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, to which, however, the scope of the invention is not limited.
As shown in fig. 1, a thread anti-loosening structure comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein a female thread section 1 is arranged on the first connecting piece, a sub-thread section 3 is arranged on the second connecting piece, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are in threaded connection through the female thread section 1 and the sub-thread section 3; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are various parts connected through threads.
The anti-loosening structure comprises a female thread section 1, a male thread section 3 and a female thread section 3, wherein a first anti-loosening structure is formed on the female thread section 1, a second anti-loosening structure is formed on the male thread section 3, and when the female thread section 1 is in threaded connection with the male thread section 3, the first anti-loosening structure and the second anti-loosening structure are connected in a clamping mode, so that loosening between the female thread section 1 and the male thread section 3 is prevented.
According to the thread anti-loosening structure, the first anti-loosening structure comprises the clamping block 2 formed on the thread pitch of the female thread section, the second anti-loosening structure comprises the clamping groove 5 formed at the tooth type initial position of the male thread section, and when the female thread section 1 is in threaded connection with the male thread section 3, the clamping block 2 can be clamped into the clamping groove 5.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the fixture block 2 may be disposed in the middle of the female thread section 1 at different pitches, the fixture block 2 may have different positions to perform different fixed-point fixing functions, and the fixture block 2 is disposed in the middle of the last pitch of the female thread section 1 to perform a fixing function when the male thread section 3 is twisted to the bottom.
According to the thread anti-loosening structure, the positioning block 4 is arranged on the sub-thread section 3, the positioning block 4 is arranged close to the tooth form initial position of the sub-thread section 3, a preset gap is formed between the positioning block 4 and the tooth form initial position of the sub-thread section 3, the positioning block 4, the tooth form initial position of the sub-thread section 3 and the preset gap form the clamping groove 5, and the positioning block 4 is used for limiting the position of the clamping groove 5.
The shape of the fixture block 2 is triangle, table, round or saw-toothed, and the number is 1 or more, wherein the shape of the positioning block 4 matches with the shape of the fixture block 2, the locking effect that different shapes can achieve is different, for example, the saw-toothed shape can lead the fixture block and the fixture block to be closely connected, and the round shape can be screwed in better.
According to the thread anti-loosening structure, the height of the clamping block 2 is smaller than the tooth thickness of the female thread section 1, and the height of the positioning block 4 is smaller than the tooth thickness of the male thread section 3.
Specifically, when the sub-thread section 3 of the second connecting piece is screwed to the female thread section 1 of the first connecting piece, the positioning block 4 of the sub-thread section 3 is screwed with force when touching the clamping block 2 between the thread pitches of the female thread section 1, and then the fixing can be realized.
