Abstract
The invention discloses a lower limb safety inspection device, which comprises: a leg and foot inspection apparatus configured to have an inspection passage through which a person to be inspected passes and to perform X-ray scanning imaging of the leg and foot inside the inspection passage; the state display unit is provided with a sound production component and/or a light emitting component and displays the working state of the inspection system through sound and light; and the sensing unit comprises a collecting device for collecting at least one of the identity, the body temperature and the position information in the inspection channel of the detected person. The lower limb safety inspection device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the safety inspection efficiency is greatly improved by arranging the inspection channel, and the working state of the lower limb safety inspection device is indicated to the inspected personnel and surrounding personnel through sound and light during safety inspection. In addition, the invention can be used for collecting one or more of the identity, the body temperature and the position information in the inspection channel of the detected person.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of security inspection equipment, in particular to a lower limb security inspection device and a security inspection method.
Background
The safety inspection equipment can be installed and used in stations, exhibition halls and other places with large people flow. The safety inspection device is divided into a vertical type safety inspection device and a pass-through type safety inspection device. The safety inspection device is divided into an electromagnetic induction type, a terahertz imaging type and an X-ray imaging type according to the safety inspection principle. The electromagnetic induction type has detailed defects, can only be used for detecting metal, and can cause missing detection on other non-metal contraband. The terahertz imaging type security inspection equipment is unstable in the prior art and low in security inspection accuracy. The X-ray imaging type has good technical stability imaging effect relatively.
At present, the security inspection equipment for legs and feet basically adopts an electromagnetic induction type, and the main structure comprises a door frame type metal detection plate and a foot metal detection plate for standing. Both leg and non-metallic items concealed within the shoe are highly likely to be missed. The function is single, can not carry out identification, body temperature detection etc. to the personnel of being examined.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lower limb safety inspection device and a lower limb safety inspection method, which have the advantages of high safety inspection efficiency and multiple functions and solve the problems of single function, low safety inspection efficiency and easiness in missing inspection of the traditional leg and foot inspection equipment.
According to the lower limb safety inspection device of the embodiment of the invention, the lower limb safety inspection device comprises: a leg and foot inspection apparatus configured to have an inspection passage through which a person to be inspected passes and to perform X-ray scanning imaging of the leg and foot inside the inspection passage; the state display unit is provided with a sound production component and/or a light emitting component and displays the working state of the inspection system through sound and light; and the sensing unit comprises a collecting device for collecting at least one of the identity, the body temperature and the position information in the inspection channel of the detected person.
Further, the leg and foot examination device comprises a body, an examination channel is formed on the body in a surrounding manner, and the examination channel is configured to: the X-ray radiation inspection device comprises an inspection table for a person to be inspected to stand on and pass through, wherein an X-ray source and a detector are arranged on the inspection table, the X-ray source is used for carrying out X-ray radiation on legs and feet of the person to be inspected on the inspection table, and the detector is used for receiving the X-rays.

and controlling the state display unit to display in a normal inspection result mode or an abnormal inspection result mode according to whether the legs and the feet of the detected person are hidden with forbidden articles and whether the acquired identity information and the acquired body temperature data are abnormal.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the lower limb safety inspection device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the safety inspection efficiency is greatly improved by arranging the inspection channel, and the X-ray inspection device for carrying out X-ray imaging on the lower limbs of the human body is arranged in the inspection channel, so that the lower limbs of the human body can be rapidly and accurately imaged. In some embodiments, a lower limb security inspection device comprises a leg and foot inspection device, the leg and foot inspection device comprises a machine body 1, an inspection passage 100 for a person to be inspected to pass through is defined on the machine body 1, the inspection passage 100 is provided with an inspection table 2 for the person to be inspected to stand and pass through, the person to be inspected stands on the inspection table 2 to be inspected for leg and foot inspection, and the person to be inspected leaves the inspection passage 100 from the inspection table 2 after the inspection is finished. The inspection table 2 is provided with an X-ray source 3 and a detector 4 for carrying out X-ray imaging on the legs and the feet of an inspected person, and the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 are respectively positioned at the front end, the rear end or the left side and the right side of the inspection channel 100; when the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 are positioned at the front end and the rear end of the inspection channel 100, the inspected person stands to inspect facing the front of the inspection channel 100; when the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 are positioned on the left and right sides (not shown) of the inspection passage 100, the person to be inspected stands facing the side of the inspection passage 100 for inspection. The detector 4 is L-shaped including a vertical portion for receiving leg X-rays and a horizontal portion for receiving foot X-rays. The X-ray signals received by the detector 4 are processed and converted into a fluoroscopic image.
In some embodiments, the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 are both disposed on a drive mechanism (not shown) that produces a motion that reciprocates the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 laterally along the examination channel 100.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the collecting device includes a biometric-based authentication device 5, an infrared body temperature measuring device 6 and an infrared grating 7, and the authentication device 5 and the infrared body temperature measuring device 6 are positioned above the body 1 for collecting. Specifically, the identity verification device 5 based on the biometric features is a face recognition device, and is used for recognizing the identity of the person to be inspected in a contactless manner, and further inquiring whether the person to be inspected has abnormal information such as illegal criminal records. The infrared body temperature measuring device 6 is used for measuring whether the body temperature of the person to be detected is normal or not, particularly when the new crown epidemic situation is severe, and is particularly important for monitoring the body temperature in public places. The infrared grating 7 is arranged near the moving X-ray source 3 and the detector 4, and because the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 need to move from one side to the other side during examination, when the infrared grating 7 detects an object, the driving mechanism stops moving, and then the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 cannot work and move, so that the body of a detected person or other objects is prevented from being bruised or damaged on the moving track of the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4.
The state display unit comprises a loudspeaker 8 and a breathing lamp 9 which are arranged on the machine body 1, an operator operates a corresponding button switch for controlling the loudspeaker 8 and the breathing lamp 9 according to a lower limb inspection image judgment result and acquisition identity information and body temperature information, the loudspeaker 8 generates sounds with different frequencies and sizes, and the breathing lamp 9 generates light with different colors and flashing frequencies. The speaker 8 is used to play warning tones such as "check result is normal", "check result is abnormal", and "under test", etc. The breathing lamp 9 displays the examination status by the color and flicker change of the light. For example, when a person in the inspection channel 100 receives an inspection or an inspection result is abnormal, the breathing lamp 9 emits red non-flashing light; when no person is present on the examination channel 100 or the examination is finished and the examination result is normal, the breathing lamp 9 emits a green and slowly flashing light. The breathing lamp 9 can be in any form, such as an LED bulb, a lamp strip and the like, and the lamp strip can be arranged on the periphery of the machine body. Obviously, the different working modes of the speaker 8 and the breathing lamp 9 are prior art, and can be set and adjusted according to the needs.
In some embodiments, the end of the inspection shaft 100 is also provided with a gate 10. According to the X-ray inspection information of the legs and the feet of the inspected person acquired by the leg and foot inspection equipment and one or more information of the identity information, the body temperature and the position information in the inspection channel 100 of the inspected person acquired by the sensing unit, if the perspective inspection is normal and the identity and the body temperature of the inspected person are normal, the gate is controlled to be opened, and if one of the perspective inspection, the identity information and the body temperature is abnormal, the gate is controlled to be closed.
The invention also provides a lower limb security inspection method, wherein the X-ray scanning information of the legs and the feet of the person to be inspected is acquired by the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4, and the acquisition of the X-ray scanning information of the legs and the feet comprises the following steps:
s1 standing the person to be examined on the examination channel 100 between the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4;
s2 the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 move along the transverse direction of the examination passage 100, the X-rays move from one side of the leg and foot to the other side, the scanning coverage of the leg and foot is completed, and the X-ray source 3 and the detector 4 return to the origin.
Collecting X-ray scanning information of legs and feet of a person to be detected, and judging whether the legs and the feet of the person to be detected contain forbidden articles or not by a control device or a security check worker according to the scanning information; judging whether the identity and the body temperature of the detected person are abnormal or not according to the acquired identity information and the body temperature data of the detected person; and controlling the state display unit to display in a normal inspection result mode or an abnormal inspection result mode according to whether the legs and the feet of the detected person are hidden with forbidden articles and whether the acquired identity information and the acquired body temperature data are abnormal.

a leg and foot inspection apparatus configured to have an inspection passage through which a person to be inspected passes and to perform X-ray scanning imaging of the leg and foot inside the inspection passage;
the state display unit is provided with a sound production component and/or a light emitting component and displays the working state of the inspection system through sound and light;
and the sensing unit comprises a collecting device for collecting at least one of the identity, the body temperature and the position information in the inspection channel of the detected person.
2. The lower limb safety inspection device of claim 1, wherein the leg and foot inspection apparatus comprises a body, the body defining an inspection channel configured to: the X-ray radiation inspection device comprises an inspection table for a person to be inspected to stand on and pass through, wherein an X-ray source and a detector are arranged on the inspection table, the X-ray source is used for carrying out X-ray radiation on legs and feet of the person to be inspected on the inspection table, and the detector is used for receiving the X-rays.
3. The lower limb safety inspection device of claim 2, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are movably disposed at two ends of the inspection channel respectively.
4. The lower extremity safety inspection device of claim 3, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are both disposed on a drive mechanism that generates a reciprocating motion that moves the X-ray source and the detector laterally along the inspection channel.
5. The lower limb safety inspection device of claim 1, wherein a gate is arranged at the end of the inspection channel.
6. The lower limb security inspection device of claim 5, wherein the collection device comprises at least one of a biometric-based identity verification device, an infrared body temperature measurement device and an infrared grating.
