Abstract
The invention provides high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt, which consists of high-adhesion colored asphalt cement, an emulsifier and water, wherein the high-adhesion colored asphalt cement consists of aromatic oil, a tackifier, a toughening agent, a high-molecular polymer, a plasticizer and color master batch powder. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt has high viscosity, high softening point, high ductility at 5 ℃ and good stability, can be used in hot areas in the south, improves the pavement performance of micro-surfacing mixture, prolongs the service life of the micro-surfacing mixture and improves the economic benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to emulsified asphalt, in particular to high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of asphalt.
Background
At present, most of people are in contact with black and white roads, the color is monotonous and tedious, a driver drives on the roads for a long time, visual fatigue is easily caused, serious people are very likely to induce traffic accidents, and great harm is brought to the safety of life and property of people. The colored asphalt pavement can effectively beautify and improve the road space environment and relieve the fatigue of drivers by paving special colors on the pavement, and can be divided into road sections by different colors, so that the colored asphalt pavement has the functions of distinguishing and inducing dispersed traffic to enable vehicles to go on the road, and is orderly, and the colored asphalt pavement has the efficacies and the landscape and is a great trend for the development of novel pavement materials.
The emulsified asphalt can be respectively applied to a seal coat, a permeable coat and a sticky coat according to different roles, particularly a micro-surfacing colored emulsified asphalt technology, has the remarkable advantages of excellent performance, bright color and capability of quickly repairing a road surface, and the colored emulsified asphalt becomes the main strength of an asphalt family and plays an increasingly important role in the field of road maintenance.
Compared with the traditional asphalt, the emulsified asphalt has the advantages of wide application range, simple construction process, energy conservation, consumption reduction and the like, and is widely applied to road maintenance and repair engineering. Considering the defects of low bonding strength, poor flexibility and the like of the existing colored emulsified asphalt in the market, the research of the novel colored emulsified asphalt with high bonding property is the current primary task.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors tried to further emulsify the prepared colored road cement and developed a novel colored emulsified asphalt having high viscosity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt and a preparation method thereof, the colored emulsified asphalt has the advantages of high viscosity, high softening point, good flexibility and the like, can be used in hot areas in the south, improves the pavement performance of micro-surfacing mixtures, prolongs the service life of the micro-surfacing mixtures and improves the economic benefit.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of high-adhesion colored asphalt cement, 3-5 parts of emulsifier and 30-50 parts of water.
The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of aromatic oil, 35-65 parts of tackifier, 5-15 parts of toughening agent, 10-25 parts of high molecular polymer, 6-12 parts of plasticizer and color master powder;
further, the kinematic viscosity range of the aromatic oil is 20-60 cst;
further, the tackifier comprises one or more of rosin resin, petroleum resin, tar resin and terpene resin, and the softening point of the resin is 90-140 ℃;
further, the toughening agent comprises one or more of SABIC C0560, Solumer861L, Engage8100 and Engage 8130.
Further, the high molecular polymer is star-shaped styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), wherein the mass ratio of styrene to butadiene is 30/70, and the number average molecular weight is 15-30 ten thousand;
further, the plasticizer comprises one or more of dioctyl phthalate DOP, dibutyl phthalate DBP, trioctyl trimellitate TOTM and dioctyl terephthalate DOTP;
further, the color master powder is inorganic iron oxide red.
Preferably, the emulsifier is LH CQS5 slow-breaking fast-setting emulsifier.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt, which comprises the following steps:
(1) under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing the aromatic oil, the tackifier, the toughening agent and the high molecular polymer according to the mass parts, wherein the shearing temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the rotating speed is 2000-4000 r/min until the high molecular polymer is completely swelled and no particulate matters exist, so as to obtain a blend;
(2) transferring the blend obtained in the step (1) to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding a plasticizer and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend according to parts by weight, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) and (3) mixing the emulsifier with purified water with the water temperature of 70 ℃ to prepare emulsified soap liquid, heating the colored asphalt cement in the step (2) to 140 ℃, and feeding the heated colored asphalt cement and the emulsified soap liquid into an emulsifying machine together for shearing and emulsifying to prepare the colored emulsified asphalt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt prepared by adopting the reasonable proportioning of the raw materials and the preparation method improves the softening point, viscosity and flexibility of the colored emulsified asphalt, can be used in hot areas in the south, improves the pavement performance of micro-surfacing mixtures, prolongs the service life of the micro-surfacing mixtures and improves the economic value.
Detailed Description
Example one
(1) Under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing 20 parts by mass of aromatic oil, 50 parts by mass of rosin resin, 12 parts by mass of Engage8100 and 10 parts by mass of star-shaped SBS, wherein the shearing temperature is 140 ℃, the rotating speed is 2000r/min, and no particulate matter exists when the high molecular polymer is completely swelled;
(2) transferring the blend obtained in the step (1) to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding 8 parts by mass of DBP and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) preparing 4 parts by mass of LH CQS5 and 40 parts by mass of 70 ℃ purified water into emulsified liquid soap;
(4) 60 parts by mass of colored asphalt cement is heated to 140 ℃ and then enters an emulsifying unit together with 40 parts by mass of soap solution for shearing and emulsification to prepare colored emulsified asphalt (which is counted as No. 1 in the embodiment).
Example two
(1) Under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing 20 parts by mass of aromatic oil, 47 parts by mass of rosin resin, 12 parts by mass of Engage8100 and 13 parts by mass of star-shaped SBS, wherein the shearing temperature is 150 ℃, the rotating speed is 3000r/min, and no particulate matter exists when the high molecular polymer is completely swelled;
(2) transferring the blend to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding 8 parts by mass of DBP and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) preparing 4 parts by mass of LH CQS5 and 40 parts by mass of 70 ℃ purified water into emulsified liquid soap;
(4) 60 parts by mass of colored asphalt cement is heated to 140 ℃ and then enters an emulsifying unit together with 40 parts by mass of soap solution for shearing and emulsification to prepare colored emulsified asphalt (2 # in the embodiment).
EXAMPLE III
(1) Under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing 22 parts by mass of aromatic oil, 44 parts by mass of petroleum resin, 10 parts by mass of SABIC C0560 and 16 parts by mass of star-shaped SBS, wherein the shearing temperature is 150 ℃, the rotating speed is 3000r/min, and no particulate matter exists when the high molecular polymer is completely swelled;
(2) transferring the blend to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding 8 parts by mass of DOP and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) preparing 4 parts by mass of LH CQS5 and 40 parts by mass of 70 ℃ purified water into emulsified liquid soap;
(4) 60 parts by mass of colored asphalt cement is heated to 140 ℃ and then enters an emulsifying unit together with 40 parts by mass of soap solution for shearing and emulsification to prepare colored emulsified asphalt (which is counted as 3# in the embodiment).
Example four
(1) Under the anhydrous condition, 18 parts by mass of aromatic oil, 41 parts by mass of rosin resin, 12 parts by mass of Engage8100 and 19 parts by mass of star SBS are blended and sheared, the shearing temperature is 140 ℃, the rotating speed is 2000r/min, and no particulate matter exists when the high molecular polymer is completely swelled;
(2) transferring the blend to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding 10 parts by mass of TOTM and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend, and continuously stirring at 140 DEG C
Obtaining the colored asphalt cement after 60 min;
(3) preparing 4 parts by mass of LH CQS5 and 40 parts by mass of 70 ℃ purified water into emulsified liquid soap;
(4) 60 parts by mass of colored asphalt cement is heated to 140 ℃ and then enters an emulsifying unit together with 40 parts by mass of soap solution for shearing and emulsification to prepare colored emulsified asphalt (4 # in the embodiment).
EXAMPLE five
(1) Under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing 20 parts by mass of aromatic oil, 40 parts by mass of rosin resin, 8 parts by mass of Solumer861L and 22 parts by mass of star-shaped SBS, wherein the shearing temperature is 140 ℃, the rotating speed is 2000r/min, and no particulate matter exists when the high molecular polymer is completely swelled;
(2) transferring the blend to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding 8 parts by mass of DOP and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) preparing 4 parts by mass of LH CQS5 and 40 parts by mass of 70 ℃ purified water into emulsified liquid soap;
(4) 60 parts by mass of colored asphalt cement is heated to 140 ℃ and then enters an emulsifying unit together with 40 parts by mass of soap solution for shearing and emulsification to prepare colored emulsified asphalt (5 # in the embodiment).

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the softening point in example 5 reached 63 ℃ and the viscosity of the residue at 60 ℃ reached 50000 Pa.S, indicating the high viscosity of the product of the invention; the ductility at 5 ℃ in example 5 can reach 27cm, which shows that the product has higher flexibility; the 5d storage stability index of each embodiment is less than 5%, and the product quality is stable and no demulsification and agglomeration phenomenon can be seen from appearance analysis, which shows that the product has good storage stability; in conclusion, the product can be used in southern hot areas, and can improve the pavement performance of the micro-surfacing mixture, prolong the service life of the micro-surfacing mixture and improve the economic value.

Claims (10)
1. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of high-adhesion colored asphalt cement, 3-5 parts of emulsifier and 30-50 parts of water.

The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high-adhesion colored asphalt cement comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of aromatic oil, 35-65 parts of tackifier, 5-15 parts of toughening agent, 10-25 parts of high molecular polymer, 6-12 parts of plasticizer and color master powder.
3. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 2, wherein the aromatic oil has a kinematic viscosity in the range of 20-60 cst.
4. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt according to claim 2, wherein the tackifier comprises one or more of rosin resin, petroleum resin, tar resin and terpene resin, and the softening point of the resin is 90-140 ℃.
5. The high viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 2, wherein said toughening agent comprises one or more of SABIC C0560, Solumer861L, Engage8100, Engage 8130.
6. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 2, wherein said high molecular polymer is star-shaped styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) having a mass ratio of styrene to butadiene of 30/70 and a number average molecular weight of 15-30 ten thousand.
7. The high viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 2, wherein said plasticizer comprises one or more of dioctyl phthalate DOP, dibutyl phthalate DBP, trioctyl trimellitate TOTM, dioctyl terephthalate DOTP.
8. The high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in claim 2, wherein said color masterbatch is inorganic red iron oxide.
9. The high viscosity colored emulsified asphalt as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said emulsifier is LH CQS5 slow-breaking fast-setting emulsifier.
10. The method for preparing high-viscosity colored emulsified asphalt according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) under the anhydrous condition, blending and shearing the aromatic oil, the tackifier, the toughening agent and the high molecular polymer according to the mass parts, wherein the shearing temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the rotating speed is 2000-4000 r/min until the high molecular polymer is completely swelled and no particulate matters exist, so as to obtain a blend;
(2) transferring the blend obtained in the step (1) to a stirrer, keeping the rotating speed of a blade at 400-600 r/min, sequentially adding a plasticizer and inorganic iron oxide red into the uniform blend according to parts by weight, and continuously stirring at 140 ℃ for 60min to obtain a colored asphalt cement;
(3) and (3) mixing the emulsifier with purified water with the water temperature of 70 ℃ to prepare emulsified soap liquid, heating the colored asphalt cement in the step (2) to 140 ℃, and feeding the heated colored asphalt cement and the emulsified soap liquid into an emulsifying machine together for shearing and emulsifying to prepare the colored emulsified asphalt.
