As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a clean crane with a self-cleaning function comprises a crane fixed at the top of a clean room, wherein the crane comprises a longitudinal rail 20, a cart 30, a main beam 40, a trolley 50 and a host 60, a cart fairwater 31 is arranged on the outer side of the wheel of the cart 30, two flow deflectors 311 positioned on two sides of the wheel are arranged on the side surface of one side of the cart fairwater 31 close to the wheel, a first dust collecting groove 32 is arranged below the wheel, an electrostatic adsorption film 321 is arranged at the bottom of the first dust collecting groove 32, and an overflow port 322 is arranged on at least one side of the first dust collecting groove 32.
The wale rail 20 is fixed to a ceiling of the clean room through a suspension post 10 fixed to a top of the clean room, and a high efficiency air filter positive pressure air supply system is provided at the ceiling of the clean room, and an elevated floor air exhaust system is provided at a bottom of the clean room, so that an air flow is formed in a working area 70 of the crane from top to bottom. The cart guide plate 311 is arranged on the outer side of the cart wheels, and the two guide plates 311 positioned on the two sides of the cart wheels are arranged on the cart guide plate 311, so that the characteristic that air flow formed by a positive pressure air supply system of a high-efficiency air filter in a clean room flows is utilized, a high-pressure area is formed at the cart wheels, particles generated in the moving process of the wheels can only move downwards along with the air flow and enter the first dust collecting groove 32 below the wheels, and the particles are discharged from the overflow port 322 after being adsorbed by the electrostatic adsorption film 321 at the bottom of the first dust collecting groove 32, so that the air can stably run and the adsorption of the particles is completed. In this embodiment, the guide plate 311 is from top to bottom to the wheel direction slope more is favorable to forming decurrent high pressure environment in cart wheel department, is favorable to the collection of later stage particle.
A first baffle 323 and a second baffle 324 are arranged on one side surface of the first dust collecting groove 32, which is provided with the overflow port 322, and the gap formed between the first baffle 323 and the second baffle 324 is the overflow port 322. In this embodiment, the bottom end of the first baffle 323 and the top end of the second baffle 324 are at the same height, and the space between the upper end of the first baffle 323 and the bottom end of the first baffle 323 in the first dust collecting tank is the turbidity current layer 325, and the lower part of the first baffle 323 is the stratosphere 326 and the electrostatic adsorption layer 327 in sequence, because the airflow path changes, firstly, a layer with more particles on the upper part has a turbidity current layer, the first baffle 323 is used to ensure that the gas in the turbidity current layer is not discharged from the overflow port 322, the particles enter the stratosphere, the wind speed is reduced, the particles gradually sink with the gravity, when the layer with more sinking particles is the precipitation adsorption area, the particle content in the region is higher than that in the turbidity current layer, the electrostatic adsorption film is arranged at the bottom of the precipitation adsorption area, the particles can be adsorbed more quickly, the particles can be collected and controlled, and can be replaced with the film when being maintained and cleaned in a pending period; the height of the overflow port is set to only remove the air in the stratosphere after the sedimentation, so that the air in the turbidimetric layer and the sedimentation adsorption layer can not be removed through the overflow port.
A second dust collecting groove 51 is formed below the trolley 50, and the structure and function of the second dust collecting groove are the same as those of the first dust collecting groove, which will not be described again.
The main frame 60 is sleeved with a flow guide protective cover 61, flow guide baffle plates 63 are arranged on two sides of the flow guide protective cover 61, air flow can reach the purpose of advection below the main frame as soon as possible through the flow guide protective cover 61, meanwhile, the directional flow guide baffle plates are additionally arranged on the flow guide protective cover, the local pressure is increased, the air speed is improved, the purpose of guiding the air supply as early as possible to the region required by the air supply is achieved, and the air supply is restored to the upper and lower advection state at the position above the height of the equipment 80. In this embodiment, the water conservancy diversion protection casing can further improve the effect of water conservancy diversion through adopting the mode of smoothness excessive and inclined plane, makes the air current reach the advection state more fast.
The hook connecting part of the main machine 60 is sleeved with a dust cover 62, so that the cleanliness in the clean room is further improved.
The cart fairwater 31 is bent outwards, and a horn-shaped air inlet is formed between the upper ends of the cart fairwater 31 at the outer sides of the two wheels of the cart 30. In the running process of the crane, the horn-shaped air inlet can be more favorable for airflow to enter the cart wheels from the upper part, a high-pressure area is formed in the air inlet, and particles are taken away by utilizing the characteristic that the air flows from high pressure to low pressure.
In conclusion, according to the characteristics of the air flow in the clean room, the clean crane with the self-cleaning function adopts the guide mode to accelerate the local flow of the local high pressure or low pressure, automatically adsorb particles and properly collect the particles, can improve the cleaning performance of the clean room crane, simultaneously reduces the cleaning work difficulty and intensity during regular maintenance, can continuously keep the whole crane system clean only by replacing the electrostatic adsorption film, and has the advantages of simple and compact structure, lower cost and convenient popularization.
