Abstract
The invention discloses a tower-bag reinforcing structure of a front shock absorber of an automobile. By adopting the technical scheme, the front shock absorber tower package is effectively supported by adding the front shock absorber connecting rod between the left shock absorber tower package and the right shock absorber tower package, so that the connection strength and the rigidity of the left shock absorber tower package and the right shock absorber tower package are improved, the load from the shock absorber is dispersed onto the front shock absorber connecting rod, the local stress of a metal plate of the front shock absorber tower package is reduced, the problems of deformation of the tower package, cracking of plates and the like when an automobile is used for a long time are avoided, and the service life of a product and the safety performance of the automobile are improved; the invention has simple structure, reasonable and compact spatial arrangement, lower assembly working hour and lower development and manufacturing cost of the whole vehicle.

The shock absorber reinforcing plate penetrates through the whole front shock absorber support inner plate in the vertical direction of the vehicle, is attached to the inner side of the front shock absorber support inner plate, and is welded into an integral structure in the periphery in a welding mode.
The upper plate of the front shock absorber support and the inner plate of the front shock absorber support adopt an overlap welding structure; forming an internal cavity, namely forming a shock absorber tower, for mounting a front shock absorber; the front shock absorber is fixedly arranged on the upper plate of the front shock absorber support.
The overlap joint weight of the overlap joint welding structure of the upper plate of the front shock absorber support and the inner plate of the front shock absorber support in the vertical direction of the vehicle is 20 mm.

the shock absorber connecting rod 6 is made of a steel pipe, two ends of the shock absorber connecting rod are pressed and flattened 7, and each pressed and flattened 7 is provided with two connecting through holes 8; each front shock absorber support upper plate 1 is provided with two welding square nuts 2 which are welded on the front shock absorber support upper plate 1; the shock absorber connecting rod 6 is tightly connected with the front shock absorber support upper plate 1 through the fastening bolt which penetrates through the connecting through hole 8 and is tightly matched with the threaded hole of the welding square nut 2.
The front shock absorber connecting rod 6 is made of a steel pipe with the wall thickness of 2mm and is made of Q235.
The two ends of the front shock absorber connecting rod 6 are respectively provided with a bend, and the head is flattened by a stamping die and then subjected to punching or drilling processing of the connecting through hole 8.
The front shock absorber tower package is effectively supported by connecting a seamless steel pipe (two ends are flattened and punched) with the left front shock absorber tower package and the right front shock absorber tower package through bolts, so that the aims of reducing the strength and the rigidity of the shock absorber tower package and reducing the local stress of the tower package are fulfilled.
The space arrangement is reasonable and compact, the structure is simple, and the cost of parts is low. The four bolts are used for connection, so that the assembly cost is low; and can provide effectual holding power, improve the rigidity of left and right shock absorber tower package, reduce the local stress of tower package panel beating, improve the security performance of product life and car.

the threaded hole of the welding square nut 2 is M10; the aperture of the connecting through hole 8 is phi 11 mm. The welding square nut 2 is made of Q235 and has the specification of M10 multiplied by 2.
As shown in fig. 1:
the reinforcing structure is further provided with a damper reinforcing plate 4, and the damper reinforcing plate 4 is connected with the front damper support inner plate 3 and the longitudinal beam 5.
The damper reinforcing plate 4 was made of Q235, and was press-molded with a die so that the plate thickness t became 3.5 mm.
The two ends of the front shock absorber connecting rod 6 connect the left shock absorber tower package and the right shock absorber tower package together through 4 welding square nuts 2, effective support is provided for the front shock absorber tower package in the Y direction of the vehicle (namely the left direction and the right direction of the vehicle), and the connecting strength and the rigidity of the front shock absorber tower package are improved.
The shock absorber reinforcing plate 4 penetrates through the whole front shock absorber support inner plate 3 in the vertical direction of the vehicle, is attached to the inner side of the front shock absorber support inner plate, and is welded into an integral structure in the periphery in a welding mode.
The damper reinforcing plate 4 penetrates through the damper tower package and the longitudinal beam 5 at the height of the Z direction (namely the vertical direction) of the vehicle, is attached to the inner side of the damper tower package, is welded into an integral structure at the periphery in a welding mode, provides a reinforcing function for the damper tower package, and disperses stress from the tower package.
The upper plate 1 of the front shock absorber support and the inner plate 3 of the front shock absorber support adopt an overlap welding structure; forming an internal cavity, namely forming a shock absorber tower, for mounting a front shock absorber; the front shock absorber is fixedly arranged on the upper plate 1 of the front shock absorber bracket.
The overlapping weight of the overlapping welding structure of the front shock absorber support upper plate 1 and the front shock absorber support inner plate 3 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is 20 mm.
The overlapping amount of the front shock absorber support upper plate 1 and the front shock absorber support inner plate 3 in the Z direction (namely the vertical direction) of the vehicle is designed to be 20 mm; welding two welding seams at the contact position to form an inner cavity, namely forming a shock absorber tower package for mounting a front shock absorber; the front shock absorber is mounted on the front shock absorber support upper plate 1.
The lapping weight of the lower part of the shock absorber tower and the longitudinal beam 5 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is 50 mm; and the longitudinal beam 5 is welded into an integral structure at the overlapping position through welding.
The overlapping amount of the lower part of the shock absorber tower and the longitudinal beam 5 in the Z direction (namely the vertical direction) of the vehicle is designed to be 50 mm; two welding seams are welded at the contact position, and the frame longitudinal beams are welded into a whole to provide a whole vehicle assembly foundation for the front shock absorber.
