Claims (7)
1. The utility model provides a distributing type PET polyester film coating unit which characterized in that, a distributing type PET polyester film coating unit includes:
a main body;
the main body is a coating unit, a distributed guide rod is arranged in the main body, and an adjusting rod is arranged at the front end of the main body;
the adjusting rod comprises a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism is mounted inside the adjusting rod, the adjusting rod is of a U-shaped structure, two ends of the adjusting rod are embedded inside the side grooves, and a moving piece is mounted at the top end of the adjusting rod; the regulation pole includes: the control rod is of a U-shaped structure, two ends of the control rod are of cylindrical structures, an L-shaped plate is arranged at the outer end of the control rod, and two ends of the control rod are inserted into the round holes of the side grooves;
the outer ends of the clamping blocks are of L-shaped structures, the rear parts of the outer ends of the clamping blocks are of wedge-shaped structures, the inner ends of the clamping blocks are of rectangular plate-shaped structures, the two clamping blocks are installed inside the two side grooves through springs, and the inner ends of the clamping blocks are connected with the two ends of the control rod;
the moving piece is of a T-shaped structure, a round hole is formed in the top end of the moving piece, the middle position of the guide piece is inserted into the round hole, and the bottom of the moving piece is embedded into the sliding groove; the moving member further includes: the moving groove is of a rectangular structure and is formed between the moving piece and the top block;
the fixed plate is of a U-shaped plate structure and is arranged in the moving groove, and the bottom of the fixed plate is inserted into the rectangular groove of the sliding groove;
the cutting piece is of a U-shaped structure, the top end of the cutting piece is of a wedge-shaped structure, the cutting piece is made of metal, and the cutting piece is installed at the top end of the top block;
the axostylus axostyle, axostylus axostyle are cylindrical structure, and two axostylus axostyles are fixed at the bottom both ends of cutting piece, and the inner of axostylus axostyle inserts inside the round hole at kicking block both ends.
2. The distributed PET polyester film coater unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein said main body includes:
the side grooves are of L-shaped structures, and the two side grooves are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the front end in the main body;
the clamping grooves are of wedge-shaped structures and are uniformly arranged in the side grooves.
3. The distributed PET polyester film coater unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein said main body further comprises:
the adjusting piece is of a U-shaped structure, and the bottoms of the two ends of the adjusting piece are inserted into the top end of the inner part of the side groove;
the fixing pieces are of wedge-shaped structures, are uniformly arranged and fixed at the front ends of the two sides of the adjusting piece and are made of rubber;
the top of top piece is rectangle platelike structure, and the bottom of top piece is cylindrical rubber material, and two top pieces are fixed at the bottom both ends of regulating part inboardly.
4. The distributed PET polyester film coater unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein said adjustment bar comprises:
the sliding chute is of a T-shaped structure and is arranged at the top end of the adjusting rod, and two rectangular grooves are formed in two sides of the right end of the sliding chute;
the bottom groove is of an inclined structure, and the two bottom grooves are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the sliding groove.
5. The distributed PET polyester film coater unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein said adjustment bar further comprises:
the side grooves are L-shaped structures, rectangular grooves are formed in the rear of the top ends of the side grooves, circular holes are formed in the front ends of the side grooves, and the two side grooves are formed in the two ends of the adjusting rod;
the two ends of the guide piece are of rectangular plate structures, the middle position of the guide piece is of a cylindrical structure, and a spring is sleeved outside the right side of the middle of the guide piece.
6. The distributed PET polyester film coater unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein said moving member includes:
the bottom plates are of inclined plate structures, the two bottom plates are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bottom of the moving piece, and the bottom plates are inserted into the bottom grooves;
the kicking block, the kicking block is the U-shaped structure, and the top of kicking block is the arc structure, and the kicking block is fixed on the top of moving member, and the both ends of kicking block are equipped with two round holes.

the mounting groove is of an arc structure, two pull grooves with a middle protruding cylindrical structure are arranged at the inner end of the mounting groove, and the mounting groove is formed in two ends of the moving part;
the locating part, locating part are the arc structure, and the outer end of locating part is the rubber material, and the inner of locating part is equipped with the pull rod of protruding cylindrical structure in the middle of two, and the pull rod passes through spring mounting inside the dead slot, and two locating parts are installed inside two mounting grooves.
