1) Welding a front wall plate assembly 2 and a rear wall plate assembly 6 on the bottom frame assembly 1; the bottom plate 102 is welded on the bottom plate frame, the front wall plate assembly 2 is welded at the front part of the bottom plate 102, the rear wall plate assembly 6 is welded at the rear end of the bottom plate 102, the front wall plate assembly is installed by welding the front wall plate assembly and the bottom plate, and the plane of the rear wall plate assembly 6 is vertical to the bottom plate;

4) Peripheral plate assemblies 9 are hermetically welded on the left side and the right side of the box body, each peripheral plate assembly comprises a left side plate 901 and a right side plate 901, and the inner surfaces of the side plates are tightly attached to the clear water bin vertical column and the sewage bin vertical column; welding an inclined floor framework assembly 10 in a cavity formed by the bottom plate, the rear wall plate assembly and the front plate assembly, wherein the inclined floor framework assembly is tightly attached to the peripheral plate assembly, and the gap is not more than 1mm; an inclined floor plate assembly 11 is welded on an inclined floor plate framework assembly, the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the inclined floor plate assembly are respectively welded with a middle partition plate assembly, a bottom plate and a peripheral plate assembly in a sealing mode, the front side of an inclined floor plate of the inclined floor plate assembly is welded with the lower end of the middle partition plate assembly in a sealing mode, the rear side of the inclined floor plate is welded with the bottom plate in a sealing mode, and the left side and the right side of the inclined floor plate are respectively welded with a left side plate and a right side plate of the peripheral plate assembly in a sealing mode; a top plate assembly 12 is welded to the top of the tank.

A water collection tank 102 and/or a suction pipe mounting seat 103 are welded on the bottom plate. Before the bottom plate is welded on the bottom plate framework, a water collecting tank and a suction mounting seat can be welded on the bottom, the suction pipe mounting seat welded on the bottom plate is convenient for mounting and positioning a suction pipe, and the water collecting tank welded on the bottom plate can be turned over together when the box body is turned over to dump garbage; when the water level in the clean water bin in the box body is lower, the water in the clean water bin is accumulated in the water collecting tank, so that the water pump can suck the water conveniently.
At least one swash plate 13 is welded at the bottom of the inclined plank frame assembly. Before the inclined plank framework assembly is laid, the swash plate is welded on the inclined plank framework and is provided with the through holes, and therefore the supporting strength and the bearing capacity of the inclined plank are further improved.
The oblique planks are laid on the oblique plank framework, fillet welds formed after the oblique planks are laid are sealing welds, and the root gaps of splicing welds between the oblique planks are not smaller than the thickness of the planks. The sewage bin is arranged above the inclined floor plate, the clear water bin is arranged below the inclined floor plate, and in order to completely isolate sewage and clear water, the inclined floor plate is required to have good welding stability and sealing performance, so that the sewage and the clear water can be completely isolated, and meanwhile, the inclined floor plate is convenient to lay and weld.
The bottom plate and the bottom plate frame are welded discontinuously, welding seams are evenly spaced, and corners are welded continuously. The welding tightness and the welding stability of the bottom frame assembly are ensured. Carry out whole planning to the box, fall into a plurality of welding assembly with the box to in proper order to carrying out orderly welding, not only the welding is convenient, realizes moreover that the welding seam is continuous effective, guarantees the welding strength of box leakproofness and box, avoids the phenomenon that box seepage and clear water, sewage invaded each other.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 17-20, the vertical column of the clean water silo adopts a hollow rectangular tube structure. The hollow rectangular pipe structure increases the contact area and the welding area of the vertical column and the side plate, and further increases the connection sealing performance.

The front wall plate assembly, the middle partition plate assembly and the clear water bin transverse framework assembly are assembled to the bottom frame assembly according to specified positions, the surfaces formed by the front wall plate assembly and the middle partition plate assembly are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the plane formed by the bottom frame assembly, and the error is less than or equal to 2mm. The fillet weld that front wall plate assembly and bottom frame assembly formed is sealed weld, and when sealed weld group, root clearance must not exceed 2mm, has the position in clearance, needs to increase the fillet weld size properly. If the gap is locally too large, the entire body should be trimmed to a predetermined size. The welding joint is not left in the over-welding hole, the joint needs to be led out, when the welding is conducted in a segmented mode, before the next welding seam starts to be in arc, the arc-closing position of the previous welding seam needs to be polished for slope transition, and the overlapping of the two sections of welding seams is not less than 10mm. The rear wall plate assembly is assembled to the bottom frame assembly according to a specified position, the formed planes are mutually vertical, the error is less than or equal to 2mm, the planes are mutually parallel with the plane formed by the middle partition plate assembly, and the error is less than or equal to 2mm. The fillet weld formed is a sealing weld, and the welding requirements are the same as above. The clear water bin vertical column assembly is assembled to the bottom frame assembly according to the specified position, the outward-facing surfaces of the same side frameworks are coplanar, and the error is not more than 1mm. The welding seam formed by the framework and the bottom plate is a connecting welding seam. The sewage bin framework assembly is assembled above the vertical stand column of the clear water bin, the outward-facing surfaces of the same side frameworks are coplanar, and the error is not more than 1mm. The welding seam at the joint of the two is a connecting welding seam. The bounding wall assembly is according to the group of regulation position to the skeleton on, the bounding wall closely laminates with the skeleton, and the clearance must not exceed 2mm. The fillet weld which is formed by the peripheral plate assembly and the bottom plate, the rear wall plate assembly and the middle partition plate assembly in the bottom frame assembly and faces the inner side of the box body is a sealing weld, and the fillet weld which is formed by the peripheral plate assembly and the front wall plate assembly and faces the outer side of the box body is a sealing weld. The inclined floor plate framework assembly is assembled to the middle of a cavity formed by the bottom frame assembly, the middle partition plate assembly and the peripheral plate assembly, so that the inclined floor plate framework is tightly attached to the peripheral plate, the gap is not more than 1mm, otherwise, the shrinkage is too large when the inclined floor plate framework assembly is welded with the peripheral plate 9, and the integral flatness of the appearance surface is influenced. The oblique planking is the polylith according to box skeleton texture cutting, is convenient for place between oblique planking skeleton, and each piecemeal when mating formation to oblique planking skeleton assembly closely pushes up the laminating with outer surrounding plate, and local clearance is no longer than 1mm. The fillet weld formed after laying is a sealing weld, the root gap of the splicing weld among all the blocks is not less than the plate thickness, the framework and all the block inclined planks need to be tightly connected together through the weld, and the weld strength can resist the 'water hammer' effect caused by acceleration and deceleration of water in the water tank in the advancing process of a vehicle. After the top plate assembly is laid, welding seams formed by parts paired with a previous working procedure need to be welded from the interior of the box body, and each box body is thoroughly separated by continuous welding seams.
The process support, the bidirectional screw rod and the like used in the box are made of stainless steel or the parts connected with the inner wall of the box through spot welding are made of stainless steel. When the process support and the like are removed, the process support and the like cannot be directly hammered and knocked off. The spot welding seam needs to be polished and removed without damaging the surface of the steel plate of the box body. The remaining weld needs to be polished flat and the excess plate thickness cannot be removed. The cutting plate in contact with water in the box needs to polish and flatten notch oxide skin, slag and uneven parts of the cross section, so that the metal luster of the stainless steel is exposed. When the sealing welding seam is involved, before the next welding seam starts arc, the arc-closing part of the previous welding seam needs to be polished for transition, and the overlapping of the two welding seams is not less than 10mm. When box body sealing weld joints such as fillet weld joints are paired, the root gap must not exceed 2mm, and the size of a welding corner needs to be properly increased at the position where the gap exists. If the gap is locally too large, the gap should be trimmed to a predetermined size, and the gap should be prevented from being filled with a plug. Setting welding parameters: the current setting range is 125-175A, the voltage is 18-24V, the dry elongation is about 10 times of the diameter of a welding wire, the gas flow is 15-20L/min, the welding speed is 450-600 mm/min, the welding wire melting state can be confirmed on a welding plate before welding, the welding parameters are adjusted according to the actual condition of equipment, the welding wire is ensured to be molten, the welding seam is full, and the back of the steel plate cannot be collapsed. When welding, the gun is not required to be swung as far as possible, and when the width is not enough, the welding gun can be detached into multilayer multi-pass welding. During welding, the welding is carried out in a mode of low current, low voltage, fast welding and fast cooling.
