Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of fire extinguishing agents, in particular to a super-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, which solves the problem that the foam extinguishing agent in the prior art is very difficult to use and store in an extremely cold environment. The super cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2 to 16 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant, 10 to 30 percent of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.5 to 10 percent of cosolvent, 5 to 20 percent of antifreeze agent and water which is 100 percent of the components by mass percent. According to the invention, the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside is selected as the hydrocarbon surfactant, can prolong the liquid separation time, is mild to a human body, can be biologically degraded, and greatly improves the environmental protection property of the foam extinguishing agent; the cold resistance of the foam extinguishing agent is greatly improved by combining the cosolvent and the antifreeze agent, so that the ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fire extinguishing agents, in particular to an ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent.
Background
The foam extinguishing agent is used as a fire extinguishing agent for extinguishing oil type fire preferentially at home and abroad, and plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of lives and properties of people. However, in recent years, with the increasing prominence of environmental protection, environmental protection and environmental improvement are more and more important from abroad to domestic and from country to place.
In the using process of using and storing the foam extinguishing agent, the contained chemicals pose potential risks to the environment. Meanwhile, under the extreme condition in the northeast region, the daily storage of the conventional foam extinguishing agent becomes a difficult problem.
Therefore, an ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is provided to solve the problems by providing an environment-friendly cold-resistant foam extinguishing agent which is easy to degrade and can generate efficiency under extreme cold conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, which solves the problem that the foam extinguishing agent in the prior art is very difficult to use and store in an extremely cold environment. The mixing ratio of the foam to water is 3% or 6% (i.e. the volume ratio of foam to water is 3: 97 or 6: 94) when used. Is suitable for fresh water and seawater.

Preferably, the paint mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 5-25% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 8-15% of cosolvent, 15-30% of antifreeze agent and water accounting for 100% of the mass percent of the components.
Preferably, the fluorocarbon surfactant is amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short chain technology, and does not contain perfluorooctane sulfonate developed as C8 long chain.
Preferably, the hydrocarbon surfactant is a nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside.
Preferably, the cosolvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
Preferably, the antifreeze agent is urea.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. the fluorocarbon surfactant of amphoteric fluorine surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short-chain technology is selected, the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside is selected as the hydrocarbon surfactant, the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside can provide rich, fine and stable foam, the liquid separation time is prolonged, and the foam extinguishing agent is mild and safe to a human body, is nontoxic to the environment and can be biodegraded, so that the environmental protection property of the foam extinguishing agent is greatly improved; the cold resistance of the foam fire extinguishing agent is greatly improved by selecting diethylene glycol monobutyl ether as a cosolvent, urea as an antifreeze agent and combining the cosolvent and the antifreeze agent, so that the ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent is realized.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example one
The super cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2 to 16 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant, 10 to 30 percent of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.5 to 10 percent of cosolvent, 5 to 20 percent of antifreeze agent and water which is 100 percent of the components in percentage by mass; the fluorocarbon surfactant is amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short chain technology, and perfluorooctane sulfonate developed with C8 long chain is not contained in the amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470; the hydrocarbon surfactant is nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside; the cosolvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the antifreeze agent is urea;
in this example, amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short chain technology was selected, and fluorocarbon surfactant of perfluorooctanesulfonate developed with C8 long chain was not included; the fluorine octanoic acid and the salts thereof are not decomposed in the environment, so that the surface tension of the foam extinguishing agent can be reduced, a water film is formed on the oil surface, the water film and the foam layer jointly inhibit the evaporation of fuel oil, the oil is isolated from the air, and the foam rapidly flows to a fire area for fire extinguishing; by selecting the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside as the hydrocarbon surfactant, the nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside can provide rich, fine and stable foam, prolong the liquid separation time, is mild and safe to a human body, is nontoxic to the environment and can be biodegraded, and the environmental protection property of the foam extinguishing agent is greatly improved; the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether is selected as the cosolvent, so that the solubility and the intersolubility of all components of the foam extinguishing agent can be improved, and the stability of foam can be enhanced; the freezing point of the foam extinguishing agent is reduced by selecting urea as an antifreeze, and the combination of the cosolvent and the antifreeze greatly improves the cold resistance of the foam extinguishing agent, so that the ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is realized.
Example two
The super cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 5-25% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 8-15% of cosolvent, 15-30% of antifreeze agent and water which is 100% of the components in percentage by mass; the fluorocarbon surfactant is amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short chain technology, and perfluorooctane sulfonate developed with C8 long chain is not contained in the amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470; the hydrocarbon surfactant is nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside; the cosolvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether; the antifreeze agent is urea;
in the embodiment, the proportion of the components among the foam extinguishing agent is optimized through improvement, the content of the cosolvent, the antifreeze and the hydrocarbon surfactant is increased, the high sustainability and the cold resistance of the foam extinguishing agent under the extremely cold condition are improved, and the fire extinguishing efficiency of the foam extinguishing agent is improved.

The super-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises an amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on a C6 short-chain technology, 10% of a fluorocarbon surfactant without perfluorooctane sulfonate developed by a C8 long chain, 25% of a hydrocarbon surfactant of nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside, 6% of a diethylene glycol monobutyl ether cosolvent, 15% of a urea antifreeze agent and 44% of water;
wherein the data in table 1 were obtained at-40 ℃ with 3% AFFF:

The data show that the foam extinguishing agent has very stable foaming times, liquid separation time, fire extinguishing time and burning resistance time under the condition of about-40 ℃, and further proves that the super cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent can be stably used under the extremely cold condition.

This example is a comparative example based on the third example
The super-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises an amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on a C6 short-chain technology, 10% of a fluorocarbon surfactant without perfluorooctane sulfonate developed by a C8 long chain, 25% of a hydrocarbon surfactant of nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside, 6% of a diethylene glycol monobutyl ether cosolvent, 15% of a urea antifreeze agent and 44% of water;

Comparing the data with the data of the three examples, it can be shown that the foam extinguishing agent can play a stable fire extinguishing role no matter the content of the foam extinguishing agent is more or less under the condition of about-40 ℃, and the effectiveness of the foam extinguishing agent is proved to be considerable.

The super cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 2 to 16 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant, 10 to 30 percent of hydrocarbon surfactant, 1.5 to 10 percent of cosolvent, 5 to 20 percent of antifreeze agent and water which is 100 percent of the components by mass percent.
2. The ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by mainly comprising the following components by mass percent: 10-20% of fluorocarbon surfactant, 5-25% of hydrocarbon surfactant, 8-15% of cosolvent, 15-30% of antifreeze agent and water accounting for 100% of the mass percent of the components.

The ultra-cold-resistant environmentally-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fluorocarbon surfactant is amphoteric fluoro surfactant F1470 developed based on C6 short chain technology, and contains no perfluorooctane sulfonate developed with C8 long chain.
4. The ultra-cold-resistant environmentally-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the hydrocarbon surfactant is a nonionic surfactant alkyl glycoside.
5. The ultra-cold-resistant environment-friendly aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
6. The ultra-cold-resistant environmentally-friendly aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the antifreeze agent is urea.
