Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a closed heating smoking set with a cigarette locking device in a first aspect, which comprises:
heating assembly 103, which includes heating element 103-1 and cigarette receiving chamber 103-2;
the sealing assembly 104 comprises a sealing sleeve 402 and a driving device 401, wherein the sealing sleeve 402 comprises two parts which are respectively connected with the driving device 401, the driving device 401 controls the sealing sleeve 402 to be locked or released, and the sealing sleeve 402 is arranged at the upper end of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2;
and a control board assembly 106 for controlling the locking or unlocking of the sealing sleeve 402 by controlling the driving device 401.
Preferably, the connection mode of the sealing sleeve 402 and the driving device 401 comprises a gear connection.
Preferably, the smoking article further comprises: housing 102, switch assembly 105, and power supply 107.
Preferably, the two portions of the boot seal 402 are arcuate segments.
Preferably, when the locking operation is required, the control board assembly 106 sends a positive signal to the driving device 401; when a release operation is required, the control panel assembly 106 sends a reverse signal to the drive 401.
The invention provides a closed heating cigarette component with a cigarette locking device in a second aspect, which comprises the smoking set and the closed cigarette 101 in the first aspect;
the inner diameter of the sealing sleeve 402 of the smoking article in the relaxed state is greater than the outer diameter of the cigarette;
the inner diameter of the sealing sleeve 402 in the locked state is equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the cigarette, or the inner diameter of the sealing sleeve 402 in the locked state is equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the cigarette after being heated and expanded;
the inner diameter of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2 is larger than the outer diameter of the cigarette;
the cigarette 101 comprises a tobacco section 113, a cooling section 112 and a filtering section 111 which are sequentially abutted from upstream to downstream, wherein the cooling section 112 is a pipe body provided with an axial central cavity 112-1 and at least one circumferential side wall through hole 112-2.
Preferably, the sealed tobacco rod 101 is externally wrapped with an external wrapping member 114; coaxial through holes 114-1 are arranged on the outer wrapping piece 114 at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes 112-2, and the aperture of the coaxial through holes 114-1 is not smaller than that of the side wall through holes 112-2.
Preferably, the depth of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2 is less than the distance from at least one circumferential side wall through hole 112-2 on the cigarette to the upstream end of the tobacco section 113.
Preferably, the heating element 103-1 is a central heating element or a circumferential heating element having a length no greater than the length of the tobacco segment 113.
The heating element 103-1 directly or indirectly contacts the tobacco segment 113 for providing heat to the tobacco segment 113 for smoking thereof.
Preferably, when cigarette 101 inserts during the smoking set, the seal cover 402 is with the contact site of cigarette 101 be the upper end of tobacco section 113 perhaps the lower extreme of cooling section 112, just the seal cover 402 does not shelter from on the cooling section 112 lateral wall through-hole 112-2, works as the seal cover 402 with when cigarette 101 locks, seals up the cigarette holds chamber 103-2, and the outside air can only be followed lateral wall through-hole 112-2 gets into cigarette 101.
Preferably, the upstream end of the tobacco section 113 is sealed in the following manner: the circumference and/or the upstream end face of the tobacco section 113 are wrapped by a paper base or a foil base material with air impermeability or controllable air permeability to form a closed system; or the upstream end of the tobacco section 113 is coaxially abutted with a plug 114.
Preferably, the smoking set further has a cigarette insertion opening which is arranged at the upper end of the cigarette accommodating cavity. The sealing sleeve 402 is disposed within the cigarette insertion opening.
Preferably, the sidewall through-hole 112-2 may be circular, triangular, square, or other polygonal shape.
The power supply 107 provides power to the control panel assembly 106, the seal assembly 104 and the heater assembly 103, the switch assembly 105 controls the start and stop of the heating process, and the control panel assembly 106 controls the temperature output by the heater assembly 103 and the state of the seal assembly 104.
The use method of the closed type heating cigarette component with the cigarette locking device comprises the following steps:
when cigarette smoking is carried out, it is confirmed firstly that the sealing sleeve 402 is in a loosening state, the cigarette 101 is inserted into the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2, the switch component 105 is operated to start heating, the control panel component 106 sends a forward signal to the driving device 401, so that the sealing sleeve 402 is locked on the cigarette 101, and then the control panel component 106 controls the heating element 103-1 to start heating the cigarette 11.
During the heating process, smoke is generated inside the tobacco section 113 to replace the air originally existing, and the ignition point of the tobacco is increased, so that combustion cannot be generated even if the temperature of the heating assembly 103 is high.
During the suction, external cold air is followed on the cooling section 112 lateral wall through-hole 112-2 gets into cigarette 101 passes through filter segment 111 gets into the user oral cavity, and high-speed flowing external air is in produce the negative pressure in cooling section 112's the cavity, arouse venturi effect and kangda effect, has and draws the effect of flue gas in the tobacco section 113, cold air and high temperature flue gas are in form suitable suction gas after cooling section 112 and filter segment 111 neutralize.
After the suction is finished, the control panel assembly 106 sends a reverse signal to the driving device 401, so that the sealing sleeve 402 loosens the cigarettes, and the control panel assembly 106 controls the heating assembly 103 to stop heating the cigarettes 101.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention designs a closed heating smoking set with a cigarette locking device for the first time, wherein a sealing assembly comprises a sealing sleeve and a driving device, and on one hand, the sealing assembly can lock cigarettes in the smoking process to prevent the cigarettes from moving or falling. On the other hand, during the suction, the seal cover has sealed the cigarette and has held the air passage of intracavity for the outside air only follows the lateral wall through-hole gets into cigarette, does not pass through the tobacco section, and the tobacco section is inside can produce the flue gas and replace the air that originally exists, can reduce the oxygen content of tobacco section, consequently, can improve heating temperature, makes the release of tobacco fragrance more abundant.
2. The cigarette locking device is convenient to operate, only comprises the sealing sleeve and the driving device, the sealing sleeve can be composed of two parts and is respectively connected with the driving device, the connecting mode can adopt gear connection, the cigarette locking device is convenient to manufacture and operate, and the pumping complexity cannot be increased.
3. The smoking set of the invention adopts a closed cigarette locking and heating method, and the design of the airflow channel can be simplified by utilizing the Venturi effect and the coanda effect, so that the airflow channel does not pass through the inside of the smoking set, condensed liquid or residue of tobacco residue does not exist in the inside of the smoking set, and the smoking set is easier to clean.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A closed heating smoking set with a cigarette locking device, the smoking set is shown in figure 1, comprising:
heating assembly 103, which includes heating element 103-1 and cigarette receiving chamber 103-2;
the sealing assembly 104 comprises a sealing sleeve 402 and a driving device 401, wherein the sealing sleeve 402 comprises two parts which are respectively connected with the driving device 401, the driving device 401 controls the sealing sleeve 402 to be locked or released, and the sealing sleeve 402 is arranged at the upper end of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2;
and a control board assembly 106 for controlling the locking or unlocking of the sealing sleeve 402 by controlling the driving device 401.
The two parts are connected with the driving device 401 in a gear connection mode.
The smoking set further comprises: housing 102, switch assembly 105, and power supply 107.
The driving device 401 is a motor.
The two portions of the sealing sleeve 402 are arcuate segments, which are a first portion of the sealing sleeve a and a second portion of the sealing sleeve B, respectively.
When the locking operation is required, the control board assembly 106 sends a forward signal to the driving device 401; the state of the seal assembly 104 is shown in fig. 3a, in which the arrow indicates the direction of movement of the seal cartridge 402 driven by the gears. After the cigarette 101 is locked, the sealing assembly 104 is in the state shown in FIG. 3 b. When the releasing operation is required, the control board assembly 106 sends a reverse signal to the driving device 401, and the state of the sealing assembly 104 is shown in fig. 3c, wherein an arrow in the figure is a moving direction of the sealing sleeve 402 driven by the gear.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a closed type heating cigarette component with a cigarette locking device, which comprises the smoking set and the closed type cigarette 101 in the embodiment 1, and the figure is 2;
the inner diameter of the sealing sleeve 402 of the smoking article in the relaxed state is greater than the outer diameter of the cigarette;
the inner diameter of the seal sleeve 402 in the locked state is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealed cigarette after being heated and expanded;
the inner diameter of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2 is larger than the outer diameter of the cigarette;
the cigarette 101 comprises a tobacco section 113, a cooling section 112 and a filtering section 111 which are sequentially abutted from upstream to downstream, wherein the cooling section 112 is a pipe body provided with an axial central cavity 112-1 and 2 circumferential side wall through holes 112-2.
The outside of the closed cigarette 101 is wrapped with an external wrapping piece 114 tipping paper; coaxial through holes 114-1 are arranged on the outer wrapping piece 114 at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes 112-2, and the aperture of the coaxial through holes 114-1 is not smaller than that of the side wall through holes 112-2.
The depth of the cigarette accommodating cavity 103-2 is less than the distance from at least one circumferential side wall through hole 112-2 on the cigarette to the upstream end of the tobacco section 113.
The heating element 103-1 is a circumferential heating element having a length no greater than the length of the tobacco segment 113.
The heating element 103-1 indirectly contacts the tobacco segment 113 for providing heat to the tobacco segment 113 for smoking thereof.
When cigarette 101 inserts during the smoking set, the seal cover 402 is the lower extreme of cooling section 112 with the contact part of cigarette 101, just the seal cover 402 does not shelter from on the cooling section 112 lateral wall through-hole 112-2, works as the seal cover 402 with when cigarette 101 is locked, sealed cigarette holds chamber 103-2, and outside air can only follow lateral wall through-hole 112-2 gets into cigarette 101.
The upstream end of the tobacco section 113 is sealed in the following way: the circumference and the upstream end face of the tobacco section 113 are wrapped by airtight aluminum foil to form a closed system.
The sidewall through-hole 112-2 is circular in shape.
The power supply 107 provides power to the control panel assembly 106, the seal assembly 104 and the heater assembly 103, the switch assembly 105 controls the start and stop of the heating process, and the control panel assembly 106 controls the temperature output by the heater assembly 103 and the state of the seal assembly 104.
