Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarette industry, in particular to an electric control system for separating and combining a feeding part of a cigarette making machine and a control method.
Background
The cigarette making machine mainly comprises a feeding part (VE), a cigarette part (SE) and a tipping part (MAX). Specifically, the feeding part of the cigarette making machine mainly comprises a pneumatic wire feeding mechanism, a metering roller, a wire lifting belt, an upper wire homogenizing roller, a lower wire homogenizing roller, a wire brushing roller and the like, and a maintainable part of the feeding part can be separated from the cigarette making machine (the maintainable part is referred to in the invention in relation to separation and combination operation) so as to carry out equipment maintenance and service.
When the feeding part is separated, a special tool (10MM hexagon socket wrench) is used for opening the side protective door of the feeding part, taking the separating rocking handle out of the side protective door and inserting the separating rocking handle into the rocking hole. Then, the feeding part can be separated in place by manually shaking the separating rocking handle back and forth tens of times, and the merging process and the separating process operate in the same way, but in the reverse order. In addition, the operation of shaking the separation rocking handle has certain safety risk to peripheral personnel, when the feeding part (VE) needs to be separated and combined, the operator has to surround the equipment for one circle to check so as to ensure that no other personnel beside the equipment can carry out separation and combination operation, but in a real maintenance scene, the situation of multi-person cross operation often exists, once the operator neglects attention, the operator forgets to look around for checking, and serious personal danger is caused.
It can be seen that the whole process of separating and combining the feeding parts is complicated, a large amount of labor cost and time cost are consumed, and meanwhile, safety implication exists, so that the safe and efficient production and operation of equipment are greatly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an electric control system for separating and combining the feeding portions of cigarette making machines and a control method thereof, so as to solve the drawbacks of the conventional manual separation and combination of the feeding portions of cigarette making machines.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an electric control system for separating and combining a feeding part of a cigarette making machine, which comprises: mechanical and electrical components;
the mechanical assembly includes: the cigarette making machine comprises a connecting seat and an air cylinder, wherein the connecting seat is arranged on a maintainable part of a feeding part of the cigarette making machine, one end of the air cylinder is connected to the connecting seat, and the other end of the air cylinder is connected to a cavity of the feeding part of the cigarette making machine; the air cylinder is a single-piston double-acting air cylinder and is connected with an air supply source air circuit through a corresponding electromagnetic valve and a corresponding pipeline;
the electrical assembly includes: the system comprises a controller, a separation in-place sensor, a combination in-place sensor, a warning device and a separation and combination button; the separation in-place sensor and the combination in-place sensor are respectively arranged on the cylinder body of the cylinder;
the controller is respectively connected with the separation in-place sensor, the combination in-place sensor, the warning device, the separation combination button and the electromagnetic valve through electric signals.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the connecting seats and the air cylinders are at least provided in two groups.
In at least one possible implementation, the separate in-place sensor and the merge-in-place sensor each employ a magnetic switch.
In at least one possible implementation thereof, the controller is an original machine controller of the cigarette making machine or an independently configured PLC.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the separation and combination button is two independent physical switches used for separation and combination operation respectively.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the warning device comprises an indicator light and/or an audible and visual alarm.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the electronic control system further comprises an emergency stop button electrically connected with the controller, and the emergency stop button is used for outputting an emergency stop signal to trigger the interruption separation or combination operation.
The invention also provides a control method for the separation and combination electric control system of the feeding part of the cigarette making machine, which comprises the following steps:
when an operation signal provided by a separation and combination button is received, judging whether a preset separation condition or a preset combination condition is met;
if yes, triggering the electromagnetic valve to open and simultaneously triggering the warning device to output a warning signal;
in the separation or combination process, in-place signals fed back by the separation in-place sensor or the combination in-place sensor are continuously monitored;
and after the in-place signal is received, the electromagnetic valve is triggered to be closed, and meanwhile, the warning device is triggered to stop outputting the warning signal.
In at least one possible implementation thereof, the separation condition or the combining condition includes a shutdown signal of the cigarette making machine.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the control method further includes:
continuously monitoring an emergency stop signal provided by an emergency stop button in the separation or combination process;
and after the emergency stop signal is received, triggering the electromagnetic valve to be closed so as to interrupt the separation or combination operation.
The design concept of the invention is that the combination of a mechanical mechanism and electrical control replaces the traditional operation of separating and combining a feeding part by a manual crank, specifically, at least one single-piston double-acting air cylinder is arranged on a connecting seat arranged on a maintainable part of the feeding part of a cigarette making machine, the opening and closing control of an electromagnetic valve in an air cylinder pipeline is realized by a controller, meanwhile, a sensor is utilized to monitor the in-place state of separating or combining the maintainable part, and a warning device is utilized to output a warning signal to prompt attention to safety in the separating or combining process. The invention obviously improves the automation degree of the equipment, saves a large amount of time for production and maintenance, and reduces the labor intensity of operators, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency; in addition, the invention greatly improves the safety level of the operation process by adding a safety warning mechanism and eliminates the potential safety hazard of the feeding part during the separation and combination process.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative only and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention provides an embodiment of an electric control system for separating and combining a feeding part of a cigarette making machine, which can be shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises the following components: mechanical components and electrical components. Specifically, the mechanical assembly includes: the cigarette making machine comprises a connecting seat 1 and an air cylinder 2, wherein the connecting seat 1 is installed on a maintainable part 100 of a feeding part of the cigarette making machine, one end of the air cylinder 2 is connected to the connecting seat 1, and the other end of the air cylinder 2 is connected to a cavity (not shown) of the feeding part of the cigarette making machine; the air cylinder 2 is a single-piston double-acting air cylinder, the air cylinder is connected with an air supply source air path through a corresponding electromagnetic valve and a corresponding pipeline, air inlet holes are formed in the front and the back of the single-piston double-acting air cylinder, independent and alternative air supply from two sides of a piston can be achieved, and the maintainable part 100 can be separated and closed. And the electrical assembly comprises: a controller (in actual operation, the controller may be an original machine controller of the cigarette making machine or an independently configured PLC, which is not limited to this), a separation in-place sensor, a combination in-place sensor (both the separation in-place sensor and the combination in-place sensor may be, but are not limited to, a magnetic switch, a photoelectric probe, etc.), a warning device (an indicator light and/or an audible and visual alarm may be used), and a separation and combination button. The separation in-place sensor and the combination in-place sensor are respectively mounted on the cylinder body of the cylinder and used for monitoring the telescopic state of the cylinder to indirectly monitor the separation or closing state of the maintainable part 100. The controller is respectively connected with the separation in-place sensor, the combination in-place sensor, the warning device, the separation combination button and the electromagnetic valve through electric signals.
Thus, according to this embodiment, when the maintainable part of the feeding part needs to be separated or combined, the process of manually opening the protection, taking out the rocking handle and manually rocking the rocking handle can be abandoned, and instead, for example, the separation and combination button can be pressed, the 24V high-level input controller can be pressed, air can be supplied to the cylinder by the air source, the piston can be moved, the maintainable part 100 can be driven to realize the separation or closing action through the original rotating shaft mechanism, and the two in-place sensors can respectively monitor whether the cylinder extends or retracts in place, so as to indirectly detect whether the cylinder is separated or closed in place.
Further, the connecting seat and the air cylinder can be at least arranged into two groups so as to realize sufficient separation or combination force and realize uniform force release.
Further, the separating and combining button may be two independent physical switches for separating and combining operations, and specifically may be installed on an original panel or an independently configured button box.
Furthermore, in consideration of operation safety, the electronic control system may further include an emergency stop button electrically connected to the controller, and the emergency stop button is configured to output an emergency stop signal to trigger the interruption of the separation or combination operation, so as to ensure that the power supply of the solenoid valve can be quickly cut off in case of an emergency accident when the separation or combination operation is performed, thereby achieving the purpose of timely stopping the operation of the equipment. In practical operation, the emergency stop means may be to cut off the power supply of the whole or a part of the device, or may also consider cutting off the aforementioned power supply, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a control method for the separation and combination electric control system of the feeding part of the cigarette making machine, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, when receiving the operation signal provided by the separating and combining button, judging whether the preset separating condition or combining condition is satisfied;
step S2, if yes, triggering the electromagnetic valve to open and simultaneously triggering the warning device to output a warning signal;
step S3, in the separation or combination process, continuously monitoring the in-place signal fed back by the separation in-place sensor or the combination in-place sensor;
and step S4, after the in-place signal is received, the electromagnetic valve is triggered to be closed, and meanwhile, the warning device is triggered to stop outputting the warning signal.
The aforementioned separation condition or the combination condition may include, in addition to the operation signal provided by the separation and combination button, a stop signal of the cigarette making machine, for example, and may be specifically designed in combination with actual needs to ensure that the conditions of the respective aspects of the separation and combination operation are sufficiently satisfied.
Further, in combination with the foregoing description, the control method may further include: and continuously monitoring an emergency stop signal provided by an emergency stop button during the separation or combination process, and triggering the electromagnetic valve to close to interrupt the separation or combination operation once the emergency stop signal is received.
In summary, the design concept of the present invention is that the combination of mechanical mechanism and electrical control replaces the operation of separating and combining the feeding part by the traditional manual crank, specifically, at least one single-piston double-acting cylinder is arranged on a connecting seat of the maintainable part of the feeding part of the cigarette making machine, the controller realizes the on-off control of the electromagnetic valve in the cylinder pipeline, the sensor is used for monitoring the in-place state of separating or combining the maintainable part, and the warning device is used for outputting warning signals to prompt attention to safety during the separating or combining process. The invention obviously improves the automation degree of the equipment, saves a large amount of time for production and maintenance, and reduces the labor intensity of operators, thereby effectively improving the production efficiency; in addition, the invention greatly improves the safety level of the operation process by adding a safety warning mechanism and eliminates the potential safety hazard of the feeding part during the separation and combination process.
The structure, features and effects of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but the above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that technical features related to the above embodiments and preferred modes thereof can be reasonably combined and configured into various equivalent schemes by those skilled in the art without departing from and changing the design idea and technical effects of the present invention; therefore, the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings, and all the modifications and equivalent embodiments that can be made according to the idea of the invention are within the scope of the invention as long as they are not beyond the spirit of the description and the drawings.
