Background

When the potato cleaning machine is used specifically, harvested potatoes are poured into the cleaning roller 5 from the feeding hole 27, then the cleaning motor 10 and the rotating motor 21 are started, the cleaning brush 13 is driven to rotate by the cleaning motor 10 through the multi-axial fixed shaft 12, meanwhile, the cleaning roller 5 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 21, the cleaning roller 5 and the cleaning brush 13 rotate in different directions, the cleaning roller 5 vibrates under the action of the vibration connecting spring I19 and the vibration connecting spring II in the rotating process, the cleaning roller 5 drives the potatoes positioned in the cleaning roller to rotate and continuously adjust the contact point with the cleaning brush 13, high-pressure water flow sprayed out of the high-pressure cleaning nozzle 4 enters the cleaning roller 5 from the water flow through hole 14 to wash and buffer the potatoes positioned in the cleaning roller 5, water in the cleaning roller 5 takes away soil when the cleaning brush 13 rotates to clean the soil and flows out of the water flow through hole 14 to filter impurities through the screen plate 2 and then enters the collecting water tank 1, the cleaned potatoes roll and slide down along the cleaning roller 5, fall onto the feeding transmission belt 7 from the discharging port 15 and are transmitted to the rotating air drying roller group 22, the elastic convex stripes 28 on the rollers rotate to drive the potatoes to roll, the heating cavity 24 is used for heating the air and then transmitting the air to the high-pressure air flow nozzle 23, the high-pressure air flow nozzle 23 blows the high-pressure hot air on the cleaned potatoes to achieve quick air drying of the potatoes, and the potatoes are discharged from the guide plate 26.
