Abstract
The invention discloses an adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for a mucosa reducing membrane, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein raw materials for preparing the adsorption reinforcing layer comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of matrix resin, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-2 parts of opening agent and 0.1-2 parts of slip agent. The adsorption reinforcing layer provided by the invention can be used for increasing the adsorption adhesive force of the mucosa to an adhered material in cooperation with the adhesive layer of the mucosa, but does not cause external force and adhesive damage to the material, has high adhesive force, high stripping and recycling performance, and also has high temperature resistance, and can improve the high temperature resistance and the thermal stability of the whole mucosa.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of anti-adhesion membranes, in particular to an adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for an anti-adhesion membrane and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the production and manufacturing process of electronic industrial products, when tiny components such as wafers, silicon wafers, packaging substrates, ceramics, glass, crystals, fine electronic parts, metal plates and the like are processed, the tiny components need to be fixed by using an adhesive tape so as to avoid damage caused by looseness in the cutting process. In addition, in the process of etching, washing or coating, when the local surface of the component is polished, the adhesive tape is required to cover other parts which do not need to be processed so as to avoid the influence, and the adhesive tape is peeled off after the processing is finished. The adhesive tape used for fixing or masking needs to provide high adhesive strength during processing, resulting in high peeling force during peeling, which results in easy destruction of the component device when the adhesive tape is removed. However, if the adhesive force of the tape is small, the stability of the component cannot be ensured.
In the prior art, high temperature resistant protective film tapes and UV detackifying tapes are commonly used. When the high-temperature resistant protective film adhesive tape is low in initial adhesion, the sheet is easy to fall off, the adhesive force is too large, the phenomenon of difficult tearing and damage can be caused, the molecular chain of the colloid is damaged, and then residual glue is left on the surface of the component, the surface pollution is caused, and the product quality is influenced.
The UV visbreaking adhesive tape is also common in the prior art, the UV visbreaking film keeps high viscosity during fixing, so that the position of a component is stable, the UV light treatment is carried out on the UV visbreaking film after the cutting operation is completed, the viscosity is quickly reduced to low viscosity from high viscosity, and then the UV visbreaking film on the component is torn off. However, the UV anti-adhesive protective film has the following problems in practical use: 1. after UV irradiation, the bonding strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the base film is also reduced, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive is separated from the base film to cause adhesive residue; 2. the balance of the peeling strength before and after picking up the components is that the peeling strength before picking up is not enough, or that the components are difficult to peel and easy to glue residue during picking up.
Therefore, new technologies are urgently needed to solve the problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for the anti-adhesion film, so that the prepared anti-adhesion film has the characteristics of strong adsorption force, easiness in stripping, no adhesive residue and strong stability.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for a mucosa reduction film, wherein the raw material for preparing the adsorption reinforcing layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of matrix resin, 5-10 parts of filler, 0.1-5 parts of slip agent, 1-5 parts of fatty acid amide and 0.01-0.5 part of electrostatic electret.
Further, the raw materials of the mucosa-reducing resin composition comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of matrix resin, 5-8 parts of filler, 1-3 parts of slip agent, 1-5 parts of fatty acid amide and 0.1-0.5 part of electrostatic electret.
Still further, the raw materials of the resin composition for reducing the mucosa comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of matrix resin, 7-8 parts of filler, 1-3 parts of slip agent, 2-3 parts of fatty acid amide and 0.2-0.3 part of electrostatic electret.
Further, the matrix resin is selected from one or more of PP (polypropylene), PI (polyimide), PMP (poly 4-methyl-1-pentene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PAA (polyarylethynyl).
Further, the electrostatic electret is fluorocarbon resin.
Still further, the hydroxyl value of the fluorocarbon resin is more than 50mgKOH/g, and the fluorine content is 20-30wt%.
Further, the filler is selected from one or more of fischer-tropsch wax, polyethylene wax.
Further, the fatty acid amide is selected from one or more of hexadecanoic acid amide, erucic acid amide and oleic acid amide.
Further, the slip agent is polysiloxane and derivatives thereof.
In another aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing an adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for a mucosa reduction film is provided, which comprises the following steps: putting all the raw materials in parts by weight into a double-screw extruder, continuously conveying compressed air into the double-screw extruder, mixing at a high speed for 1-5h, extruding at a process temperature of 80-300 ℃ after fully and uniformly mixing, cooling by water, winding, and cutting by a cutting machine to obtain the resin composition suitable for reducing the mucosa.
Further, the compressed air is air which sequentially passes through an air compressor and an air heater, and the apparent air speed is 1-2m/s.
Furthermore, an insulating protective layer is arranged on the inner wall of the extrusion channel of the double-screw extruder.
Furthermore, the adsorption reinforcing layer prepared by the invention can further improve the electrostatic capacity through electrostatic electret equipment.
The invention also provides the application of the adsorption strengthening layer suitable for the anti-adhesion film in the field of anti-adhesion films.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The adsorption reinforcing layer suitable for the mucosa reduction can generate a remarkable electrostatic adsorption effect, and can generate stronger adhesive force to other bonded materials by cooperating with other bonding layer materials of the mucosa reduction.
(2) The adsorption reinforcing layer has high temperature resistance, and can improve the high temperature resistance and the thermal stability of the whole material.
(3) The anti-adhesion film formed by the adsorption reinforcing layer and other bonding layers can not damage the bonded material after being peeled off, can be easily peeled off and can be repeatedly used.
