The protection sensor may be configured in various reasonable forms, for example, a displacement sensor, etc., so as to detect the distance between the protection sensor and the surrounding obstacle in real time, and the predetermined range may be various reasonable values, so long as the fuel dispenser 4 can be prevented from colliding with the obstacle, for example, 20cm.

According to a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting arm 5 includes a second lifting arm, where the second lifting arm includes a plurality of sleeved arm sections 9 sequentially, the outermost sleeved arm section 9 is mounted on the body, the innermost sleeved arm section 9 is sleeved outside the oil pipe 3 and is hung with the oil gun 4, and the plurality of sleeved arm sections 9 can sequentially extend downward from inside to outside in a vertical direction to drive the oil pipe 3 and the oil gun 4 to synchronously move downward, so that smooth downward movement of the oil gun 4 is facilitated.
Further, the guiding mechanism comprises a winch 10 and a motor, the winch 10 is mounted on the body, the motor is in transmission connection with the second lifting arm through a transmission structure, a driving shaft of the motor drives a plurality of sleeve arm sections 9 to sequentially extend downwards when rotating in a first direction and drive a plurality of sleeve arm sections 9 to sequentially sleeve together when rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the winch 10 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft through the transmission mechanism and is used for winding the middle part of the oil pipe 3, which is located between the body and the second lifting arm, and the winch 10 is arranged to be capable of winding the middle part of the oil pipe 3 when the driving shaft rotates in the second direction, so that the winch can automatically wind the oil pipe 3 along with the ascending movement of the second lifting arm, and the operation is simple and the use is convenient.
When the oil gun is used, the plurality of sleeve arm sections 9 of the second lifting arm are moved downwards layer by layer from inside to outside so as to drive the oil gun 4 and the oil pipe 3 to synchronously move downwards, when the oil gun 4 is lowered to a proper height, the sleeve arm sections 9 are stopped to continuously extend downwards so as to facilitate the oil gun 4 to be inserted into an oil tank port for oil injection operation, and in the process, the winch is driven by a motor to rotate along a first direction so as to continuously discharge the oil pipe 3 so as to adapt to the synchronous downward movement of the oil pipe under the driving of the sleeve arm sections 9; after the oiling is completed, the oiling gun is received at the original position, and the descending process of the oiling gun can be specifically referred to, in the process, the winch is driven by the motor to rotate along the second direction opposite to the first direction, and the oil pipe 3 is continuously received, so that the oil pipe can be synchronously moved upwards under the driving of the sleeve arm section 9, and the oil pipe lifting device is convenient and quick. It should be noted that, when the control unit controls the body of the fuel dispenser to move in the horizontal direction according to the coordinate point position of the fuel tank port, the fuel dispenser may be controlled by taking the connection position of the body of the fuel dispenser and the arm section of the sleeve as a reference, as long as the fuel dispenser can be directly lowered to a position (for example, 20cm position outside the outer contour) adjacent to the fuel tank port outside the outer contour of the vehicle to be refueled.
According to a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the guide mechanism includes a guide rail 11 and a slider 12, the guide rail 11 is mounted on the body, the slider 12 is movably mounted on the guide rail 11 and is configured to be movable along the extending direction of the guide rail 11, the oil pipe 3 is supported on the slider 12 and can change the extending path of the oil pipe 3 along with the movement of the slider 12, so as to drive the oil gun 4 to perform lifting movement, and the structure is simple and convenient to operate.
Further, the oiling machine comprises a power motor and a protection sensor, the control unit is respectively electrically connected with the power motor and the protection sensor, the power motor is installed on the body and is arranged to drive the sliding piece 12 to move along the guide rail 11 through a transmission mechanism, the protection sensor is installed on the part, adjacent to the oiling gun 4, of the oil pipe 3 and can detect obstacles in a preset range around the oiling gun 4, the control unit is arranged to control the operation of the power motor according to signals of the protection sensor, intelligent protection in the falling process of the oiling gun 4 is optimized, scraping or smashing of workers in the falling process of the oiling gun 4 is avoided, and the safety performance of the oiling machine is improved. The protection sensor may be configured in various reasonable forms, for example, a displacement sensor, etc., so as to detect the distance between the protection sensor and the surrounding obstacle in real time, and the predetermined range may be various reasonable values, so long as the fuel dispenser 4 can be prevented from colliding with the obstacle, for example, 20cm.
Further, the guide rail 11 comprises a first guide rail and a second guide rail which are arranged in parallel, the sliding piece 12 comprises a first sliding piece 13 assembled on the first guide rail and a second sliding piece 14 assembled on the second guide rail, the oil pipe 3 sequentially bypasses the first sliding piece 13 and the second sliding piece 14, the oil pipe 3 is arranged to be capable of descending along with the approaching of the first sliding piece 13 and the second sliding piece 14 and ascending along with the separating of the first sliding piece 13 and the second sliding piece 14, and the lifting movement of the oil gun can be adjusted quickly, and the operation is simple.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are respectively provided with an arc-shaped structure which is bent downwards, and an arc-shaped surface formed by the first guide rail and the second guide rail together is located in a lower area of a connecting point of the oil pipe 3, which is connected with the body, so that the structure is simple and the processing is convenient. Further, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are processed into a semicircle, the connecting point of the oil pipe 3 connected with the body is positioned on the central axis of the cylinder where the arc-shaped surface formed by the first guide rail and the second guide rail is, and the design is more reasonable.
Further, the first sliding member 13 includes a first gear engaged with the first guide rail and a first rod extending from the first gear toward the second sliding member 14, and the oil pipe 3 is supported on the first rod, which has a simple structure and is convenient to operate.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, initially, the fuel dispenser 4 is in a suspended state, in order to avoid the fuel dispenser 4 from colliding with various devices (e.g., vehicles, workers, etc.) in the lower area, the fuel dispenser 4 is in the highest position, i.e., the first slider 13 is on the rightmost side as shown in fig. 5, and the second slider 14 is on the leftmost side as shown in fig. 5, at which time the fuel pipe 3 is respectively carried on the first slider 13 and the second slider 14, and the extending path of the fuel pipe 3 is: extends vertically downwards from the connection point of the oil pipe 3 to the body-the rightmost position of the first guide rail-the leftmost position of the second guide rail-from the second rod of the second slider 14. When the oil pipe 3 is used, the second sliding piece 14 moves rightwards along the second guide rail from the leftmost position to the lowest position of the second guide rail, and then the oil pipe 3 continuously moves downwards along with the movement of the second sliding piece 14, and at the moment, the extending path of the oil pipe is as follows: the connecting point of the oil pipe 3 connected to the body, the rightmost position of the first guide rail, the lowest position of the second guide rail and the second rod of the second sliding piece 14 vertically extend downwards, so that the connecting point of the oil pipe 3 connected to the body is positioned on a straight line of a part of the oil pipe which vertically extends downwards under the action of the second rod of the second sliding piece 14, the oil gun can be positioned in an extending direction in which the oil pipe is vertically and downwards extended from the connecting point of the oil pipe 3 connected to the body under the action of gravity of the oil pipe and the oil gun, and the oil gun 4 can be conveniently and sequentially moved downwards in a directional manner according to the connecting point of the oil pipe 3 connected to the body; subsequently, the fuel dispenser 4 is moved downward in a direction (i.e., such that the fuel dispenser 4 is always moved downward in an extending direction extending vertically downward from the connection point of the fuel pipe 3 to the body), the first slider 13 is adjusted such that the first slider 13 moves leftward along the first rail from the rightmost position, the first slider 13 gradually approaches the second slider 14 as shown in fig. 5, the fuel pipe 3 extends along the extending path shown in fig. 5, and as the first slider 13 gets closer to the second slider 14, the fuel dispenser 4 gradually moves downward until it moves downward to a proper height, the first slider is stopped from moving leftward so as to insert the fuel dispenser into the fuel tank port, at which time the extending path of the fuel pipe is: extending vertically downwards from the connection point of the oil pipe 3 to the body-the position of the first slider (the right half position of the first guide rail) -the lowest position of the second guide rail-from the second rod of the second slider 14; after the oiling operation is finished, the oiling gun is moved upwards, the adjustment sequence of the first sliding piece and the second sliding piece can be reasonably arranged according to actual requirements, and detailed description is omitted. Of course, the power motor can be in transmission connection with the first sliding piece 13 through a transmission structure, and when the protective sensor does not detect that an obstacle exists in a preset range around the oiling gun 4 in the downward movement process of the oiling gun, the power motor continues to operate, and the oiling gun continues to move downward; when the protection sensor detects that an obstacle exists in a preset range around the oil gun 4, the protection sensor sends an obstacle signal to the control unit, so that the control unit controls the motor to stop running according to the obstacle signal, and the oil gun stops moving downwards; it can be understood that in the moving process of the second sliding member, the oiling gun is always at a higher position and can not encounter an obstacle, however, in order to realize omnibearing protection, the oiling machine can be further provided with a power motor which can be in transmission connection with the second sliding member through a transmission structure to drive the second sliding member 14 to move along the second guide rail, and the power motor is electrically connected with the control unit, so that the control unit can control the operation of the power motor according to the signal of the protection sensor, and the specific operation process can refer to the power motor in transmission connection with the first sliding member and is not repeated; further, in order to enable the second slider to stop at the lowest point of the second guide rail, a displacement sensor is required to be arranged at the lowest position of the second guide rail, the displacement sensor can detect the specific position of the second slider and send a signal to the control unit to control the operation of the power motor in driving connection with the second slider, and when the displacement sensor detects that the second slider moves to the lowest point of the second guide rail, the displacement sensor controls the power motor in driving connection with the second slider to stop operating through the control unit. It should be noted that, when the control unit controls the body of the fuel dispenser to move in the horizontal direction according to the coordinate point position of the fuel tank port, the fuel dispenser may be controlled so as to be able to directly descend to a position (for example, 20cm outside the outline) adjacent to the fuel tank port outside the outline of the vehicle to be refueled, for example, based on a suitable position (for example, a point on the first rail at a suitable distance from the connection point) around the connection point of the fuel pipe 3 to the body in the fuel dispenser.
It will be appreciated that the length of the oil pipe 3 is only slightly longer than the distance between the connection point of the oil pipe 3 and the body and the oil tank port, and then the oil pipe 3 needs to be completely released to move the oil gun 4 downwards to the lowest position, then the first sliding member moves leftwards to the lowest position of the first guide rail or continues to move leftwards to the left half side of the first guide rail, the oil pipe 3 is hardly interfered by the first sliding member 13 and the second sliding member 14, and then the oil pipe 3 extends downwards vertically under the gravity action of the oil pipe 3 and the oil gun 4 from the connection of the oil pipe 3 and the body, and at this time, the extending path of the oil pipe is as follows: extending vertically downwardly from the connection point of the oil pipe 3 to the body, the fuel dispenser 4 is positioned at a lowermost position to facilitate insertion of the fuel dispenser into the tank port for a filling operation.
It will be appreciated that the fueling system comprises an alarm unit mounted to the awning, the alarm unit being arranged to monitor the value of the concentration of oil gas around the alarm unit and to issue an alarm signal when the value of the concentration of oil gas exceeds a preset value, improving the safety protection of the fueling station. The alarm unit can be various conventional alarms for gas stations, and the alarm signals can be various signals such as whistle, red light and the like.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, a plurality of simple variants can be made to the technical proposal of the invention, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the invention does not need to be additionally described for various possible combinations. The control unit is electrically connected with the monitoring unit and the oiling machine, so as to control the body to move to the upper part of the oil tank port and control the oiling gun (4) to move downwards and insert into the oil tank port according to the parking space acquired by the monitoring unit and the relative position of the oil tank port;
the oiling machine comprises a guiding mechanism and an oil pipe (3), wherein the guiding mechanism is arranged on the body and is arranged to guide an extending path of the oil pipe (3), the oiling gun (4) is in oil communication with the body through the oil pipe (3), and the oiling gun (4) can perform lifting movement according to the change of the extending path of the oil pipe (3);

The guide rail (11) comprises a first guide rail and a second guide rail which are arranged in parallel, the sliding piece (12) comprises a first sliding piece (13) assembled on the first guide rail and a second sliding piece (14) assembled on the second guide rail, the oil pipe (3) sequentially bypasses the first sliding piece (13) and the second sliding piece (14), and the oil pipe (3) can descend along with the first sliding piece (13) and the second sliding piece (14) approaching each other and ascends along with the first sliding piece (13) and the second sliding piece (14) moving away from each other;
the oiling machine comprises a power motor and a protection sensor, the control unit is respectively electrically connected with the power motor and the protection sensor, the power motor is installed on the body and is arranged to drive the sliding piece (12) to move along the guide rail (11) through a transmission mechanism, the protection sensor is installed on a part, adjacent to the oiling gun (4), of the oil pipe (3) and can detect obstacles in a preset range around the oiling gun (4), and the control unit is arranged to control the operation of the power motor according to signals of the protection sensor.

The mobile suspended fueling system of claim 1 wherein the monitoring unit comprises a monitoring module configured to track the vehicle to be fueling and to take a captured image and to transmit the captured image to an analysis module configured to analyze the image to obtain a coordinate point location of the tank port in a coordinate system constructed with a long side parking spot line of the parking spot as an X-axis, a short side parking spot line of the parking spot as a Y-axis, and one of two rear corner points of the parking spot as an origin.
3. The mobile, suspended fueling system of claim 2 wherein the monitoring module comprises a first monitoring portion, a tracking portion, and a second monitoring portion, wherein:
the first monitoring part is arranged to be capable of shooting the vehicle to be refueled which is driven to an entrance of a gas station to obtain a first image, and transmitting the first image to the analysis module to obtain a set point position of the fuel tank opening on the vehicle to be refueled;
the tracking part is arranged to be capable of carrying out tracking shooting on the vehicle to be refueled which enters the gas station to obtain a tracking image and transmitting the tracking image to the analysis module to obtain parking space information of the parking space where the vehicle to be refueled finally parks;
The second monitoring part is arranged to be capable of shooting the parked vehicle to be refueled to obtain a second image and transmitting the second image to the analysis module to acquire the relative position of the vehicle to be refueled relative to the parked parking space;
and the analysis module can carry out comprehensive analysis according to the first image, the tracking image and the second image so as to acquire the coordinate point position of the oil tank port.
4. A mobile suspended fueling system as set forth in claim 3 wherein said analysis module is configured to identify a license plate number of said vehicle to be fueling from said first image, and said analysis module is configured to obtain vehicle type information of said vehicle to be fueling from said license plate number to obtain a set point location of said tank port, and said analysis module is configured to obtain fuel number information in a fueling record of said vehicle to be fueling from said license plate number.

The mobile suspended fueling system as set forth in claim 4 wherein said fueling system comprises a first rail (1) extending in the direction of a long side vehicle lane of said fueling station-planned vehicle space and a second rail (2) extending in the direction of a short side vehicle lane of said vehicle space, said body being movably mounted to said first rail (1), said first rail (1) being arranged to be movable in the direction of extension of said second rail (2) and to bring said body into synchronous movement, said body being arranged to be movable in the direction of extension of said first rail (1).
6. The mobile, suspended fueling system of claim 5 wherein the fueling system comprises a billing unit and a charging unit, the billing unit configured to calculate a fueling rate for the vehicle to be fueling and to communicate the fueling rate to the charging unit, the charging unit configured to charge based on the fueling rate.
7. A mobile suspended oiling system according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an alarm unit mounted on the awning, said alarm unit being arranged to be able to monitor the value of the concentration of oil in the periphery of said alarm unit and to issue an alarm signal when said value of oil exceeds a preset value.
