Abstract
The invention relates to an air inlet reinforcing structure of an automobile air conditioner. The fan heater comprises a front air window reinforcement and a fan heater pressure chamber plate, wherein an air inlet of an air conditioner is formed in the right part of the fan heater pressure chamber plate, the upper edge of the fan heater pressure chamber plate is welded with the front air window reinforcement, and a first air window front cover plate supporting plate, an air window supporting plate support and a second air window front cover plate supporting plate are welded between the front air window reinforcement and the fan heater pressure chamber plate. The invention can not reduce the local rigidity and mode of the front windshield under the condition that the air inlet of the air conditioner is enlarged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile body part, in particular to a reinforcing structure of an air inlet of an automobile air conditioner.

With the development of the automobile industry and the progress of science and technology, the vehicle performance is more and more emphasized, and people have higher requirements on the NVH performance of automobiles. The structure is connected with a front windshield through a front windshield reinforcement piece in an adhesive mode, and is connected with a front wall plate sub-assembly of an automobile through a fan heater pressure chamber plate in a welding mode, so that the reinforcement structure is installed between the front windshield and the front wall plate sub-assembly.
According to the invention, the first windshield front cover plate support plate, the windshield support plate bracket and the second windshield front cover plate support plate are welded between the front windshield reinforcement and the fan heater pressure chamber plate, so that a closed loop structure is formed, the local rigidity and strength of the air inlet of the air conditioner are enhanced, the supporting rigidity and strength of the front windshield near the air inlet of the air conditioner are enhanced, the local mode of the air inlet of the front windshield air conditioner is improved, specific low-frequency abnormal sound can be eliminated, and the NVH performance of an automobile is further improved.
The reinforcing structure is arranged between the front windshield and the front wall plate sub-assembly, and the force transmitted to the front windshield reinforcing piece by the front windshield is dispersedly transmitted to the pressure chamber plate of the fan heater through three paths of the first windshield front cover plate supporting plate, the windshield supporting plate bracket and the second windshield front cover plate supporting plate during collision, so that a stable force transmission path structure is formed, and the requirement of pedestrian protection is met.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the reinforcing structure for the air inlet of the automobile air conditioner comprises a front windshield reinforcing member 3 and a warm air blower pressure chamber plate 4, the right part of the warm air blower pressure chamber plate 4 is provided with an air inlet 8, the upper edge of the warm air blower pressure chamber plate 4 is welded with the front windshield reinforcing member 3, a first windshield front cover plate support plate 5, a windshield support plate bracket 6 and a second windshield front cover plate support plate 7 are welded between the front windshield reinforcement 3 and the fan heater pressure chamber plate 4, the first windshield front cover plate support plate 5 and the windshield support plate bracket 6 are positioned at the right parts of the front windshield reinforcement 3 and the fan heater pressure chamber plate 4, and is positioned in front of an air inlet 8 of the air conditioner, a supporting plate 7 of a front cover plate of a second air window is positioned in the middle of the front air window reinforcement 3 and a pressure chamber plate 4 of the heating fan, and the louver support plate bracket 6 is located between the first louver cowl support plate 5 and the second louver cowl support plate 7.
As shown in fig. 12 to 16, the structure is adhesively connected to the front windshield 2 through the front windshield reinforcement 3, and is welded to the front wall plate subassembly 1 of the automobile through the heater unit pressure chamber plate 4, so that the reinforcement structure according to the present invention is installed between the front windshield 2 and the front wall plate subassembly 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 9, 10 and 11, the first louver front cover plate support plate 5, the louver support plate bracket 6 and the second louver front cover plate support plate 7 are welded between the front louver reinforcement 3 and the pressure chamber plate 4 of the fan heater, so that the reinforcement structure forms a closed loop structure, and the local rigidity and strength at the air inlet 8 of the air conditioner are enhanced.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the force transmitted from the front windshield 2 to the front windshield reinforcement 3 is dispersedly transmitted to the heater unit pressure chamber plate 4 through three paths of the first windshield cowl panel support plate 5, the windshield support plate bracket 6, and the second windshield cowl panel support plate 7 at the time of collision, thereby forming a stable force transmission path structure.
