本发明公开了一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,复合板包括Q235普碳钢基板和304不锈钢覆板;304不锈钢覆板的化学成分重量百分比为:C≤0.045%,Si≤0.60%,Mn≤1.20%,P≤0.040%,S≤0.003%,Cr≤20%,Ni≤9%,Cu≤0.055%,N≤0.045%,0.10%≤Re≤0.25%;其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;Q235普碳钢基板的化学成分重量百分比为:C≤0.2%,Si≤0.2%,Mn≤0.4%,P≤0.032%,S≤0.0035%,Cr≤0.05%,Ni≤0.065%,Cu≤0.03%,N≤0.0035%,其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;其生产工艺具体步骤如下:1)复合坯的焊接制作;2)加热;3)粗轧;4)精轧;5)卷取:精轧后送入卷取机构进行卷取。本发明满足提高304不锈钢复合板质量和产量的生产要求。

技术领域
本发明属于复合板技术领域,特别涉及一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺。
背景技术
不锈钢具有耐腐蚀耐氧化的特点,被广泛用于油气管材、医疗器材、汽车配件、家庭用品等各个方面;相对于普通碳钢具有如此优势的前提下,其生产成本也相对较高;为了是实现产品既具有不锈钢的优点和成本低的优点,不锈钢复合板应运而生;
不锈钢复合板材料是一种新型金属材料,它兼具了不锈钢、碳钢的性能优势。虽然它没有304不锈钢那么大的市场占有率,但是顺应了节能高效的大趋势,新兴潜力不可小觑;
304不锈钢复合板轧制技术经过多年的发展,出现了复合板的多种制作方法;其中直接轧制法包括热轧复合法和冷轧复合法比较符合多种复合板的轧制要求,但是在复合板卷的生产加工过程中覆层与基层之间容易产生缝隙,导致复合板轧制作废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足,提供一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,满足提高304不锈钢复合板质量和产量的生产要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,复合板包括Q235普碳钢基板和304不锈钢覆板;304不锈钢覆板的化学成分重量百分比为:C≤0.045%,Si≤0.60%,Mn≤1.20%,P≤0.040%,S≤0.003%,Cr≤20%,Ni≤9%,Cu≤0.055%,N≤0.045%,0.10%≤Re≤0.25%;其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;Q235普碳钢基板的化学成分重量百分比为:C≤0.2%,Si≤0.2%,Mn≤0.4%,P≤0.032%,S≤0.0035%,Cr≤0.05%,Ni≤0.065%,Cu≤0.03%,N≤0.0035%,其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;
其生产工艺具体步骤如下:
1)复合坯的焊接制作;依据上述组分原料进行基板和覆板的制作,然后采用机加工方式对基板和覆板待复合表面进行加工,并保证平整度,并去除待复合表面的锈层和氧化层保持便面清洁,然后将基板和覆板依次叠放并焊接组合成复合坯,覆板与基板的厚度比为35%-38%,复合坯厚度为230-250mm;
2)加热:将复合坯送入到加热炉进行加热,其加热步骤分为预热段、加热一段、加热二段、均热段;预热段温度控制在750-820℃,加热时间为65-70min;预热段完成后进入加热一段加热,温度控制在1010-1075℃,加热时间为30-45min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段加热,温度控制在1210-1260℃,加热时间为45-50min;加热二段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1230-1250℃,加热时间为40-45min;总加热时长180-210min;
3)粗轧:复合坯经保温传输机构进入粗轧机构进行粗轧;粗轧时对复合坯进行5道次轧制;轧制速度为3m/s-5m/s,一道次压下率为20.5-21.5%;二道次压下率为25.5-27.5%;三道次压下率为28.1-32.3%;四道次压下率为25.1-28.3%;五道次压下率为20.3-22.3%;
4)精轧:粗轧完成后复合坯进入精轧机构进行精轧处理;精轧采用升速轧制,轧制速度为6m/s-8m/s,精轧开轧温度设为1070-1090℃;精轧结束温度控制在860-980℃,精轧投用水加蒸汽除鳞;
5)卷取:精轧后送入卷取机构进行卷取。
本发明与现有技术相比较有益效果表现在:
1)本发明针对304不锈钢和普碳钢Q235的单面复合板提供了一种生产工艺,采用热轧复合法;此工艺对轧机要求不高,工艺简单、易实施,成本较低,适用于产品的大量生产;轧制后复合板表面层裂缝出现较少;同时结合实施例发现复合板质量合格,产品性能结合了304不锈钢耐腐蚀、耐氧化和普碳钢Q235成本低的优点;
2)其质量能够满足地下深埋、耐高温、耐腐蚀并兼顾整体结构力学性能的使用要求;
3)本发明工艺中加有少量稀土元素,有助于提高304不锈钢的硬度,进而整体提高了复合板的硬度。
具体实施方式
为方便本技术领域人员的理解,下面结合实施例1-3,对本发明的技术方案进一步具体说明。
实施例1:
一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,复合板包括Q235普碳钢基板和304不锈钢覆板;304不锈钢覆板的化学成分重量百分比为:C=0.043%,Si=0.45%,Mn=1.04%,P=0.033%,S=0.002%,Cr=18.05%,Ni=8.03%,Cu=0.049%,N=0.038%,Re=0.125%;其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;Q235普碳钢基板的化学成分重量百分比为:C=0.135%,Si=0.185%,Mn=0.33%,P=0.028%,S=0.0029%,Cr=0.04%,Ni=0.06%,Cu=0.02%,N=0.003%,其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;
其生产工艺具体步骤如下:
1)复合坯的焊接制作;依据上述组分原料进行基板和覆板的制作,然后采用机加工方式对基板和覆板待复合表面进行加工,并保证平整度,并去除待复合表面的锈层和氧化层保持便面清洁,然后将基板和覆板依次叠放并焊接组合成复合坯,覆板与基板的厚度比为37%,复合坯厚度为240mm;
2)加热:将复合坯送入到加热炉进行加热,其加热步骤分为预热段、加热一段、加热二段、均热段;预热段温度设为775℃,加热时间为65min;预热段完成后进入加热一段加热,温度控制在1048℃,加热时间为39min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段加热,温度控制在1228℃,加热时间为48min;加热二段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1238℃,加热时间为45min;总加热时长为197min;
3)粗轧:复合坯经保温传输机构进入粗轧机构,粗轧机构对加热复合坯进行初次粗轧;粗轧时对复合坯进行5道次轧制;轧制速度为3m/s,一道次压下率为21.05%;二道次压下率为26.03%;三道次压下率为29.33%;四道次压下率为26.44%;五道次压下率为21.09%;
4)精轧:粗轧完成后复合坯进入精轧机构进行精轧处理;精轧采用升速轧制,轧制速度为8m/s,精轧开轧温度设为1088℃;精轧结束温度控制在920℃,精轧投用水加蒸汽除鳞。
5)卷取:精轧后送入卷取机构进行卷取。
实施例2:
与实施例1相比较所不同的是:304不锈钢覆板的化学成分重量百分比为:C=0.041%,Si=0.465%,Mn=1.15%,P=0.035%,S=0.0023%,Cr=18.88%,Ni=8.25%,Cu=0.052%,N=0.042%,Re=0.15%;其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质;Q235普碳钢基板的化学成分重量百分比为:C=0.15%,Si=0.18%,Mn=0.35%,P=0.03%,S=0.0029%,Cr=0.045%,Ni=0.062%,Cu=0.022%,N=0.0032%,其余为Fe元素及其他不可避免的杂质。
步骤2)中预热段温度设为750-820℃,加热时间为65min;预热段完成后进入加热一段加热,温度控制在1010-1075℃,加热时间为35min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段加热,温度控制在1210-1260℃,加热时间为45min;加热二段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1230-1250℃,加热时间为40min;总加热时长为185min。
步骤3)中粗轧时对复合坯进行5道次轧制;轧制速度为4m/s,一道次压下率为21.28%;二道次压下率为26.54%;三道次压下率为30.05%;四道次压下率为27.18%;五道次压下率为21.15%。
步骤4)中精轧采用升速轧制,精轧开轧温度设为1082℃;精轧结束温度控制在945℃,精轧投用水加蒸汽除鳞。
实施例3:
与实施例1相比较所不同的是:
步骤2)中预热段温度设为782℃,加热时间为65min;预热段完成后进入加热一段加热,温度控制在1054℃,加热时间为41.5min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段加热,温度控制在1236℃,加热时间为46min;加热二段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1242℃,加热时间为42min;总加热时长为194.5min。
步骤3)中粗轧时对复合坯进行5道次轧制;一道次压下率为20.80%;二道次压下率为27.2%;三道次压下率为30.98%;四道次压下率为27.24%;五道次压下率为21.85%。
步骤4)中精轧采用升速轧制,精轧开轧温度设为1080℃;精轧结束温度控制在940℃,精轧投用水加蒸汽除鳞。
依据GBT 8165-2008对以上实施例进行检测,检测结果如下表所示:

其生产工艺具体步骤如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,其特征在于预热段温度控制在750-820℃,加热时间为65-70min;预热段完成后进入加热一段加热,温度控制在1010-1075℃,加热时间为30-45min;加热一段完成后进入加热二段加热,温度控制在1210-1260℃,加热时间为45-50min;加热二段完成后进入均热段,温度控制在1230-1250℃,加热时间为40-45min;总加热时长180-210min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,其特征在于粗轧时对复合坯进行5道次轧制;轧制速度为3m/s-5m/s,一道次压下率为20.5-21.5%;二道次压下率为25.5-27.5%;三道次压下率为28.1-32.3%;四道次压下率为25.1-28.3%;五道次压下率为20.3-22.3%。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种单面复合板卷热轧及其生产工艺,其特征在于精轧采用升速轧制,轧制速度为6m/s-8m/s,精轧开轧温度设为1070-1090℃;精轧结束温度控制在860-980℃,精轧投用水加蒸汽除鳞。
