Claims (3)
1. A vacuum ultrasonic cleaner, comprising:
the ultrasonic generator is positioned in the machine body; wherein the machine body is also provided with a feed inlet, a placing opening and a cleaning bin;
the placing mechanism is connected with the machine body; the placing mechanism comprises a placing component and an adjusting component, and the placing component is connected with the adjusting component and used for placing and processing the piece to be cleaned;
the impact mechanism is connected with the placing mechanism; the impact mechanism comprises a backflow component and a control component matched with the backflow component for use, and is used for flushing the contact position of the workpiece and the placement mechanism;
the flow disturbing mechanism is connected with the machine body and is used for matching with the ultrasonic generator to realize full contact between the workpiece and the cleaning liquid; and
the driving mechanism is used for driving the placing mechanism and the turbulent flow mechanism to work;
the placement assembly includes:
the placing disc is connected with the machine body through an adjusting assembly;
a restraint located within the body; and
at least one group of stirring pieces connected with the placing plate;
the adjustment assembly includes:
the supporting piece is positioned in the machine body, the supporting piece is an incomplete gear, and two groups of supporting rods are symmetrically arranged on the supporting piece;
the supporting shaft is connected with the driving mechanism and used for rotatably connecting the supporting piece and the machine body, and the supporting shaft is connected with the driving mechanism;
the telescopic rod is connected with the supporting piece and is used for driving the placing disc to move in the length direction of the telescopic rod; and
the mounting piece is connected with the machine body and used for fixing the telescopic rod and the supporting rod;
the reflow assembly includes:
a pump located within the body;
a first conduit for connection between the pump and the purge bin;
the liquid storage device is connected with the pump and used for storing the cleaning liquid pumped by the pump;
at least one group of spray heads are positioned on the placing mechanism; and
a second conduit for connection between the reservoir and the placement mechanism;
the control assembly includes:
the plugging box is connected with the backflow component;
the plugging piece is positioned in the plugging box and is used for controlling the flow state of the second catheter;
the resetting telescopic piece is connected with the plugging piece;
the pushing piece is connected with the blocking piece; and
the driving piece is connected with the adjusting component and is a cam, the driving piece is connected with the machine body through a rotating shaft, a gear is further arranged on the rotating shaft, the gear is meshed with the supporting piece, the driving piece can be intermittently driven to rotate through the rotation of the supporting piece, so that the driving piece can be driven to horizontally reciprocate on the plugging box through the driving piece, the plugging piece is further driven to move in the horizontal direction, and the intermittent plugging of the second catheter is realized;
the vortex mechanism includes:
at least one group of spoilers, locate in washing the storehouse;
the extrusion assembly is connected with the spoiler; and
the linkage assembly is used for connecting the extrusion assembly and the driving mechanism;
