The elastic spinous process distraction device of spine according to claim 1, wherein an integrally formed spacer is fixed to a side surface of the second clip, a plate surface of the spacer is arranged outside the first locking sleeve and parallel to the plate surface of the first locking sleeve, a pressure bolt is screwed to a center of the spacer, and a tip of the pressure bolt abuts against an outer wall of the first locking sleeve.

The elastic spinous process distraction device of claim 1, wherein a positioning assembly is arranged between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning spine and a second positioning spine, the upper end and the lower end of one side of the first clamping piece facing the second clamping piece are both fixed with the first positioning spine, and the upper end and the lower end of one side of the second clamping piece facing the first clamping piece are both fixed with the second positioning spine which is matched with the first positioning spine to play a positioning role.
