Description

Laundry treating apparatus including drying program and control method thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a laundry treatment apparatus comprising a drying program, comprising an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably arranged within the outer tub, the inner tub comprising a circumferential wall and an end wall, at least the circumferential wall being provided with a number of through-holes, the wall of the outer tub being connected or integrally provided with a process air channel, the wall of the outer tub comprising a channel inlet to which a flushing device supplies flushing water, and the channel inlet being positioned such that the flushing water enters the outer tub via the channel inlet. The invention also relates to a control method of the clothes treatment device.
[ background of the invention ]
A laundry treating apparatus including a drying process generally includes an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably provided in the outer tub. The inner barrel comprises a peripheral wall and an end wall, and at least the peripheral wall is provided with a plurality of through holes. The outer barrel is connected with the process air channel. Air in the tub enters the process air channel, is heated therein and then returns to the tub. The laundry is heated by hot air in the rotating inner tub and is gradually dried. During this process, a large amount of fluff falls from the laundry. These fluff enter the process air channel following the flow of air and adhere to the walls of the process air channel.
Fluff adhering to the walls of the air passages needs to be cleaned in time to avoid a reduction in the ventilation of the process air passages after a large accumulation of fluff. The flushing device is then arranged to supply flushing water into the air passage. The washing water has large flow speed and flow, and enters the outer barrel after the air channel is flushed. Because the inner tub is located in the outer tub, the peripheral wall of the inner tub is provided with the through holes, and the peripheral wall is closer to the wall of the outer tub, the washing water easily enters the inner tub due to gravity or splashing, thereby wetting the clothes during or after drying, or increasing the water content of the clothes to be dried, which can lead to the extension of the drying time or the occurrence of water spots on the dried clothes, which is very disadvantageous.
Some laundry treatment apparatuses have a filter screen in the process air passage to catch fluff in the air from the tub. The fluff accumulated on the screen also needs to be washed by the washing device. The washing water enters the outer barrel after passing through the filter screen, and is easy to wet clothes in the inner barrel arranged in the outer barrel or increase the water content of the clothes to be dried.
For the laundry treating apparatus having the washing course, if the washing means is turned on during the washing course, the above disadvantages can be avoided, but if the laundry treating apparatus does not operate the washing course for a long time, the lint is accumulated in a large amount, or the lint adhered for a long time is not easily washed. This is also very disadvantageous.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to improve a laundry treating apparatus including a drying process to prevent wash water from entering an inner tub during washing of fluff.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus including a drying process, wherein the laundry treatment apparatus includes an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably provided in the outer tub, the inner tub includes a peripheral wall and an end wall, at least the peripheral wall is provided with a plurality of through holes, a wall of the outer tub is connected or integrally provided with a process air passage, a wall of the outer tub includes a passage inlet, a washing apparatus supplies washing water to the process air passage, and the passage inlet is positioned such that the washing water enters the outer tub through the passage inlet, the control method including: during and/or before and after the drying program, at least one fluff cleaning process is operated, wherein the fluff cleaning process comprises: rotating the inner tub at a first rotational speed, and leaving the washing device in an open state during the rotation of the inner tub at the first rotational speed.
Wherein the channel inlet can be considered to be part of the process air channel. When the washing device is started, washing water enters the outer barrel from the channel inlet, or when the washing water is directly positioned at the channel inlet or is close to the channel inlet, the washing water is easy to splash on the inner barrel and enters the inner barrel through the through holes on the peripheral wall of the inner barrel to wet clothes. According to the embodiment of the present invention, when the washing device is turned on, the inner tub rotates at the first rotation speed, the rotating inner tub makes the washing water less likely to enter, and even if the washing water splashes to the outer surface of the circumferential wall of the inner tub, the washing water is thrown out by centrifugal action, thereby being less likely to enter the inner tub. The inner tub rotates to generate an air ring in a gap between the peripheral wall of the inner tub and the outer tub, and also prevents washing water from entering the inner tub. Therefore, through the control method of the embodiment, the washing water entering the inner barrel can be effectively reduced, so that the drying efficiency and the drying effect are not influenced.
In some embodiments, the first rotation speed is set to make the clothes in the inner tub cling to the peripheral wall of the inner tub. Therefore, the centrifugal acceleration of the peripheral wall of the inner barrel is larger, the washing water is not easy to get close to the inner barrel, or water drops reaching the peripheral wall of the inner barrel can be thrown out by centrifugation quickly and finally flow to the bottom of the outer barrel along the inner wall of the outer barrel.
In some embodiments, a screen for isolating fluff from the outer tub is provided in the process air channel, and the washing device supplies washing water to the screen.
In some embodiments, the channel inlet is at least partially adjacent to a peripheral wall of the inner barrel. In particular, for example, the passage inlet faces at least partially the circumferential wall. With the channel inlet thus arranged, the phenomenon that washing water easily enters the inner barrel can be obviously improved particularly by rotating the inner barrel at the first rotating speed in the fluff cleaning process.
In some embodiments, the rotation shaft of the inner tub is disposed horizontally or obliquely, the channel inlet is at least partially located above the peripheral wall of the inner tub, and the first rotation speed is set such that the centrifugal acceleration is greater than the gravitational acceleration at the position of the peripheral wall of the inner tub. Wherein the upper part of the peripheral wall of the inner barrel can be the upper part of the partial peripheral wall. So that the washing water can be prevented from falling into the inner barrel downwards under the action of gravity. The washing water is pushed away from the inner tub by the air ring generated by the rotation of the inner tub before reaching the peripheral wall of the inner tub, and approaches the inner wall of the outer tub, and finally flows along the inner wall of the outer tub toward the bottom of the outer tub. Even if a small part of the water reaches the peripheral wall of the inner barrel, the water is thrown to the inner wall of the outer barrel due to the action of centrifugal acceleration and flows to the bottom of the outer barrel along the inner wall of the outer barrel.
In some embodiments, a fan is provided in the process air channel to force air from the tub into the process air channel, the fan remaining off during fluff cleaning. Turning off the fan prevents wash water from being drawn downstream of the process air channel by the fan-induced airflow. It is particularly necessary and advantageous that the fan remains switched off during fluff cleaning, especially when the fan is at a short distance from the inlet of the channel.
The first rotational speed referred to above may be constant or variable. For example, in some embodiments, the rotation speed of the inner tub is maintained at a certain rotation speed for a certain period of time after rising to the certain rotation speed, and the first rotation speed is the certain rotation speed of the maintenance period. In some embodiments, the inner tub rotates at a higher speed and then rotates at a lower speed, and the first speed is a non-constant speed in a section of a higher speed curve.
In some embodiments, the washing device is turned on for a first set time during the rotation of the inner tub at the first rotation speed, and the inner tub continues to rotate at the first rotation speed for a second set time after the washing device is turned off. Thus, the residual water in the process air channel is further ensured to be driven to fall onto the inner wall of the outer barrel under the rotating action of the inner barrel and flow to the bottom of the outer barrel along the inner wall of the outer barrel instead of dropping into the inner barrel.
In some embodiments, during the start-up of the washing apparatus, the drain pump connected to the bottom of the outer tub is continuously turned on or turned on as needed to ensure that the level of washing water entering the outer tub is not higher than the bottom of the peripheral wall of the inner tub. In one embodiment, the drain pump is turned on as needed, and during the turning on of the washing device, the water level or the water level at the bottom of the outer tub is monitored, and the drain pump is turned on to drain water before the water level reaches the bottom of the peripheral wall of the inner tub.
In some embodiments, the lint cleaning process is automatically triggered when the drying program is triggered. For example, after the user selects and starts the laundry drying program, the scouring cleaning process is performed during the laundry drying program and/or before and after interfacing with the drying program.
An alternative embodiment further comprises that the pile cleaning process can be run separately after being selected as a program option. For example, a user or after-market service personnel may run the fluff cleaning process alone when a decrease in process air channel air flow is detected, or a screen blockage is detected, or a decrease in fan ventilation in the process air channel is detected.
In some embodiments, the drying process comprises a thermal dehydration process, a main drying process, and a cooling process in sequence, and the fluff cleaning process is performed during the thermal dehydration process. The hot dehydration process generally comprises the high-speed rotation of the inner barrel, and the fluff cleaning process is operated in the hot dehydration process, so that the program time can be saved, and the energy consumption can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the fluff cleaning process comprises turning on an air heating device. An air heating device may be located in the process air channel.
The drying procedure comprises a thermal dehydration process, a main drying process and a cooling process in sequence, and the fluff cleaning process can also run in the cooling process. At the moment, the tail sound of the drying program is approached, the fluff accumulated in the drying program can be removed in time in the fluff cleaning process in the cooling process, and the fluff is just adhered to the inner wall of the process air channel and/or the filter screen and is easy to wash away.
When the fluff cleaning process is run during the cooling process, a first rotational speed of more than 600 revolutions per minute has a superior effect. Because the generated centrifugal acceleration is large, only a small part of washing water enters the inner barrel, and the influence on the dried clothes is slight. In principle, the higher the rotation speed of the inner barrel, the less washing water enters the inner barrel. However, within the range of the load capacity of the motor, and considering the reasons of energy conservation and the like, for the inner barrel with most sizes, the first rotating speed of more than 600 revolutions per minute can achieve the ideal effect, so that the washing water entering the inner barrel is within the acceptable range.
In some embodiments, the lint cleaning process is run a plurality of times at intervals during, and/or before, after, the operation of, and/or in connection with, the drying program.
In most cases, it is acceptable for the first rotational speed to be greater than 200 revolutions per minute. Especially when the lint cleaning process is operated before or in an early stage of the drying process, most of the washing water is blocked due to the rotation of the inner tub even though a small amount of washing water still enters the inner tub.
Embodiments of the present invention further include providing a laundry treating apparatus including a drying process, including an outer tub and an inner tub rotatably disposed in the outer tub, the inner tub including a peripheral wall and an end wall, at least the peripheral wall being provided with a plurality of through holes, a wall of the outer tub being connected or integrally provided with a process air channel, the wall of the outer tub including a channel inlet to which washing water is supplied by a washing device, and the channel inlet being positioned such that the washing water enters the outer tub through the channel inlet, and a control device configured to perform a control method of any combination of the above-described various embodiments.
In some embodiments, a screen for isolating fluff from the outer tub is provided in the process air channel, and a washing device is used to supply washing water to the screen.
In some embodiments, the screen is disposed proximate to the channel inlet. In these embodiments, it is extremely advantageous that the control device is configured to perform the control method described above. Because the strainer is very close to the inner tub in this case, the washing water for washing the strainer is also very easy to enter the inner tub.
In some embodiments, the strainer is disposed on a wall of the outer tub.
In some embodiments, the strainer is flush with an inner surface of a wall of the outer tub.
In some embodiments, the channel inlet is at least partially adjacent to a peripheral wall of the inner barrel. In this case, at least part of the washing water is easy to enter the inner barrel from the through holes on the peripheral wall of the inner barrel, and under the control action of the control device, the inner barrel rotates to enable the position of the peripheral wall to have centrifugal acceleration in the fluff cleaning process, and the peripheral wall also drives the surrounding airflow to rotate circularly, so that the washing water is difficult to enter the inner barrel.
In some embodiments, the rotation shaft of the inner tub is disposed horizontally or obliquely, the channel inlet is at least partially positioned above the peripheral wall of the inner tub, and the first rotation speed is set such that the centrifugal acceleration is greater than the gravitational acceleration at the position of the peripheral wall. In this case, at least a part of the washing water is very likely to fall vertically into the inner tub from the through holes in the peripheral wall of the inner tub by gravity, and even in the case where no splashing occurs, the peripheral wall is rotated to have a centrifugal acceleration at the position of the peripheral wall under the control of the control device during the nap cleaning process, and the peripheral wall also drives the surrounding air flow to rotate annularly, so that the washing water is less likely to enter the inner tub.
In some embodiments, the inner tub includes a first side and a second side divided by a vertical plane passing through the rotation axis, the channel inlet is located above the first side, and the control device is configured to rotate the inner tub in a direction to rotate the top end of the inner tub in the first side direction during the nap cleaning process. So set up and make the sparge water move to lower direction under the effect of centrifugal force and the rotatory air ring that drives of inner bucket, rather than being thrown up to higher direction. Under the arrangement, the required rotating speed of the inner barrel can be lower, and the effect of better preventing the washing water from entering the inner barrel can be achieved. On the other hand, if the rotation direction of the inner tub is reversed, a higher rotation speed is required to prevent the washing water from falling into the inner tub after moving upward.
The above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes an outer tub 2 and an inner tub 4 rotatably provided in the outer tub 2 by being driven by a motor 3. The inner tub 4 includes a peripheral wall 41 and an end wall 42. At least the peripheral wall 41 is provided with a plurality of through holes 43 so that water and air can flow between the inner tub 4 and the outer tub 2.
The wall 20 of the outer tub 2 is connected or integrally provided with a process air channel 5. Wherein the wall 20 of the tub comprises a tub peripheral wall 21 and a tub end wall 22. In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the process air passage 5 is connected to the tub peripheral wall 21. In the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, the process air channel 5 is connected to the tub end wall 22.
The walls 21, 22 of the outer tub comprise a channel inlet 51. The outlet 52 of the process air channel 5 is connected to the sealing ring 6 disposed on the opening 23 of the tub 2, so as to realize the fluid circulation communication between the process air channel 5 and the tub 2. In the air flow direction, a fan 7 and an air heating device 8 are arranged in the process air channel 5 in succession. In the drying process controlled by the control device 10, the air enters the process air channel 5 from the tub 2 through the channel inlet 51 after the fan 7 is started, and then may be heated by the air heating device 8 and then returned to the tub 2. Since the inner tub 4 is in fluid communication with the outer tub 2, the laundry is heated by the hot air in the inner tub 4, and the moisture is evaporated to be gradually dried.
In most cases, the condensing means will act to re-condense the evaporated moisture to liquid water during the drying process. The condensing means may be of any known form.
The process air channel 5 is connected to a flushing device 9 in order to flush fluff adhering to the interior of the process air channel 5 during the drying process. Wherein the flushing device 9 comprises a water pipe 91 and a water valve 92 arranged on the water pipe 91 and controlled by the control device 10.
In order to better isolate the fluff from the outer tub 2, a sieve 11 is provided in the process air channel 5. The flushing device 9 supplies flushing water to the process air channel 5, which flushing water is directed towards the sieve 11. In some embodiments, the screen 11 is disposed proximate the channel inlet 51. Even as shown in fig. 1 to 3, for example, the filter 11 is disposed on the wall 20 of the outer tub 2, and the filter 11 is flush with the inner surface of the wall 20 of the outer tub 2.
Although in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3 a screen 11 is provided in each of the process air channels 5, in other embodiments it is also possible that no screen is provided in the process air channels. In this case the flushing device flushes directly the process air channel inner wall 53.
The channel inlet 51 is positioned lower with respect to the process air channel 5 such that wash water enters the outer tub 2 through the channel inlet 51.
Wherein the channel inlet 51 is at least partially adjacent to the peripheral wall 41 of the inner tub 4. For example, in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the passage inlet 51 faces the peripheral wall 41 of the inner tub 4. In the second embodiment shown in fig. 3, the upper portion of the passage inlet 51 is adjacent to the circumferential wall 41 of the inner tub 4. The washing machine is suitable for impeller washing machines or roller washing machines.
As shown in fig. 4, the control device 10 is electrically connected to the air heating device 8, the fan 7, the wash water valve 92, the motor 3 for driving the inner tub 4 to rotate, and the drain pump 12 connected to the bottom of the outer tub 2, so as to control the start, the shut-off, the operation power and the rhythm of these electrical components.
The control means 10 are arranged to run the lint cleaning process at least once during and/or before and after the drying program.
As shown in fig. 5, during the nap cleaning process, the driving motor 2 rotates the inner tub 4 and increases the rotation speed. In this process, it is ensured that the laundry is balanced in the inner tub 4, otherwise it is decelerated and loosened, and then the speed is increased again.
After the inner tub 4 reaches the first rotation speed S1, the washing device 9 is turned on. Wherein opening the flushing means essentially means opening the water valve 92 to supply a relatively large unit flow of flushing water to the process air channel 5 via the water pipe 91. The flushing device 9 is closed after being continuously opened for a first set time T1. During which the inner tub rotation speed is maintained at the first rotation speed S1.
The inner tub 4 continues to rotate at the first rotation speed S1 for a second set time T2, for example, for 30 seconds, after the washing device 9 is turned off. Then the rotating speed of the inner barrel is reduced, and the fluff cleaning process is finished.
Wherein the first speed S1 may be constant or variable. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6A, as can be seen from the rotation speed curve L1, the rotation speed of the inner tub is maintained at the specific rotation speed s0 for a certain period of time after rising. The first rotation speed S1 is the specific rotation speed S0 of the maintenance phase. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6B, as can be seen from the rotation speed curve L2, after the rotation speed of the inner tub rises to the first value s1, the washing device 9 is turned on. The inner tub rotates continuously to the second value s2 and then descends. The first rotational speed S1 is a non-constant rotational speed in a higher section of the rotational speed curve as shown in fig. 6B, for example, a rotational speed value between the first value S1 and the peak second value S2.
Theoretically, the higher the first rotation speed S1, the more the washing water is prevented from entering the inner tub 4. It is acceptable that the first rotation speed S1 is more than 200 rpm in consideration of energy consumption and system load capacity.
In some embodiments, the first rotation speed S1 is set to cause the laundry in the inner tub 4 to cling to the inner tub peripheral wall 41. In this way, the centrifugal acceleration of the position of the inner tub peripheral wall 41 is large, so that the washing water is less likely to approach the inner tub 4, or the water droplets reaching the inner tub peripheral wall 41 are quickly thrown off centrifugally and finally flow along the outer tub wall 20 to the bottom of the outer tub 2.
The first rotation speed S1 can be set accordingly according to actual conditions.
With the laundry treating apparatus 1 in which the rotation shaft 40 of the inner tub 4 is disposed horizontally or obliquely as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the passage inlet 51 is at least partially positioned above the peripheral wall 41 of the inner tub 4. The upper portion here includes a vertical upper portion of the projection range of the inner tub peripheral wall 41 as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and also refers to a position higher than the inner tub peripheral wall 41 as shown in fig. 3. Regardless of the position of the passage inlet 51 as shown in fig. 1 and 2 or fig. 3, the washing water may directly fall onto the inner tub peripheral wall 41 through the passage inlet 51, thereby entering the inner tub through the through-holes 43 in the inner tub peripheral wall 41 to wet the laundry. In this regard, the first rotation speed S1 may be set such that the centrifugal acceleration at the position of the inner tub peripheral wall 41 is greater than the gravitational acceleration. The first rotation speed S1 required by the inner tub can be calculated.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the inner tub 4 includes a first side 401 and a second side 402 divided by a vertical plane 13 passing through the rotation shaft 40. The channel entrance 51 is located above the first side 401. In this case, the control device 10 is configured such that the rotation direction of the inner tub 4 is such that the tip of the inner tub 4 rotates in the first side 401 direction as indicated by the arrow a in fig. 1 during the nap cleaning process. The arrangement is such that the washing water is moved in a lower direction by centrifugal force and the air ring B driven by the rotation of the inner tub 4, rather than being thrown in a higher direction. With the arrangement, the required rotating speed of the inner barrel 4 can be lower, and the effect of better preventing the washing water from entering the inner barrel 4 can be achieved. On the other hand, if the rotation direction of the inner tub is reversed, a higher rotation speed is required to prevent the washing water from falling into the inner tub after moving upward.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the fan 7 may be kept off during the lint cleaning process. Turning off the fan 7 prevents wash water from being drawn downstream of the process air channel 5 by the air flow generated by the fan 7. It is particularly necessary and advantageous that the fan 7 is kept off during the fluff cleaning process, especially when the fan 7 is at a short distance from the passage inlet 51. The fan 7 may be turned on as needed after the flush valve 92 is closed and waits for a period of time.
During the start-up of the washing apparatus, the drain pump 12 connected to the bottom of the outer tub 2 is continuously turned on or turned on as needed to ensure that the level of washing water entering the outer tub 2 is not higher than the bottom of the inner tub peripheral wall 41. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the drain pump 12 is opened after the rinse valve 92 is opened.
The lint cleaning process can be incorporated into the drying program or automatically triggered when the drying program is triggered. Thus, when the user selects the drying program and starts the machine, the lint cleaning process can be automatically performed during the operation of the drying program, and/or before and after interfacing with the drying program.
In some embodiments, the pile cleaning process may be run separately after being selected as a program option. For example, when the user is concerned about fluff clogging, or the machine prompts fluff clogging, or a maintenance person feels it necessary, the fluff cleaning process option can be selected on the display screen or by means of a knob, a key, etc., and then the operation is started.
The drying process includes a thermal dehydration process, a main drying process, and a cooling process in this order. During the thermal dehydration process, the inner tub is generally rotated at a relatively high rotational speed. Thus, in some embodiments, the fluff cleaning process can be run in a thermal dehydration process. The fluff cleaning process can now be started with the air heating device 8 in the process air channel 5 and also with the fan 7. In this case, it is preferably provided that the flushing device 9, in particular the water outlet of the flushing device, is at a safe distance from the fan, within which safe distance no or as little flushing water is sucked downstream of the process air channel 5 by the fan as possible.
In some embodiments, the fluff cleaning process can be run during a cooling process. Since the laundry is already substantially near dry at this time, water entering the inner tub is avoided or reduced as much as possible. Thus, for the fluff cleaning process in combination with the cooling process, the first rotational speed is higher than the rotational speed required in combination with the other stages of the drying program. For example, the first rotational speed may be set to be greater than 600 revolutions per minute.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises running the fluff cleaning process a plurality of times at intervals during, and/or before and after connection with, the drying program.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are merely illustrative of the invention.
