本发明属于服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔软等几个方面的特点,现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料,而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料,混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来,有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的,一般服装面料分为二大系列:梭织面料:主要用于服装的外衣和衬衣针织面料:服装的内衣和运动系列服装,但由于科技的发展,针织布也向厚重、挺括发展,逐渐使针织内衣外化,针织面料梭织做法,成为外衣的补充,随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保,智研数据研究中心数据显示:棉价上涨导致整个生产链成本增高,生产链的一系列产品不得不涨价,恰恰催生了服装行业面料的新契机,棉花的升级替身玉米纤维、竹纤维、新型植物麻纤维等闪亮登场,这些生物基面料比棉布在生产过程中更节省水和农药,符合消费者乃至全社会对低碳环保的需求,现有的一些服装面料有的舒适性很好,有的防水,耐割等的性能良好,但是现在服装讲究的多功能性,很少有面料能够同时满足这些条件,所以现在设计一种服装面料来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:棉纤维30~40份、竹炭纤维25~35份、麻纤维30~35份、涤纶纤维20~25份、固色剂5~10份、莫代尔纤维20~25份、海鞘纤维素15~25份、真菌纤维20~35份、聚乙炔纤维15~25份、聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂25~40份、异丙醇5~10份、阳离子表面活性剂3~6份。
进一步地,所述真菌纤维通过以下方法制备得到:
(1)将购买的磨菇切成大小均一的块状,然后浸泡于装有去离子水的容器中,放置在温度为85~90℃的恒温水浴锅中加热2~4h。
(2)然后将步骤(1)中得到的组织块置于事先配置好的0.5~0.8mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中煮沸15~30min,冷却后用去离子水反复冲洗几次,再放入0.1~0.15mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中静置2~3d,用冰乙酸洗涤中和直至pH=7。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的组织块用纤维解离机在5000~6000r·min-1下碎解5次,得到粗纤维溶液,继续采用高速匀质机进行细纤维化,得到水溶状态的真菌纤维。

所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂、海鞘纤维素、真菌纤维加入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延,最后拉伸成纤维膜。
S2:将棉纤维、麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线。
S3:将涤纶纤维和聚乙炔纤维经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线。
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150~180g/m2,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180~200g/m2。
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜I和II中,向搅拌釜I中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,向搅拌釜II中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,搅拌10~15min,温度控制在40~60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪。
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中,通过在里层面料中采用了棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维做为主要原料,保证了面料的舒适性、透气性和抗菌性能,采用了莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维增加了面料整体的柔软性能和韧性,保障了面料整体性能的完整性;本发明通过栽面料中增加了聚乙炔纤维,能够有效的减少静电的产生;本发明通过在面料制作过程中面料的表层形成防水膜,有效的保证防水性能,同时外层面料粘合时采用了防水黏胶剂,与聚四氟乙烯分散树脂制作而成的微孔性薄膜粘合,提高了面料的防风和防水性能。

实施例1
一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:棉纤维30份、竹炭纤维25份、麻纤维30份、涤纶纤维20份、固色剂5份、莫代尔纤维20份、海鞘纤维素15份、真菌纤维20份、聚乙炔纤维15份、聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂25份、异丙醇5份、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂3份。

S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为180g/m2,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为200g/m2。
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜I和II中,向搅拌釜I中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,向搅拌釜II中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,搅拌15min,温度控制在60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪。
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
实施例3
一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:棉纤维35份、竹炭纤维30份、麻纤维32份、涤纶纤维22份、固色剂7份、莫代尔纤维22份、海鞘纤维素20份、真菌纤维25份、聚乙炔纤维20份、聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂30份、异丙醇7份、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂4份。
进一步地,所述真菌纤维通过以下方法制备得到:
(1)将购买的磨菇切成大小均一的块状,然后浸泡于装有去离子水的容器中,放置在温度为87℃的恒温水浴锅中加热3h。
(2)然后将步骤(1)中得到的组织块置于事先配置好的0.6mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中煮沸20min,冷却后用去离子水反复冲洗几次,再放入0.12mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中静置2.5d,用冰乙酸洗涤中和直至pH=7。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的组织块用纤维解离机在5500r·min-1下碎解5次,得到粗纤维溶液,继续采用高速匀质机进行细纤维化,得到水溶状态的真菌纤维。
具体包括以下步骤:

S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜I和II中,向搅拌釜I中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,向搅拌釜II中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,搅拌12min,温度控制在50℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪。
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
实施例4
一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:棉纤维38份、竹炭纤维32份、麻纤维34份、涤纶纤维24份、固色剂9份、莫代尔纤维24份、海鞘纤维素23份、真菌纤维30份、聚乙炔纤维23份、聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂35份、异丙醇9份、季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂5份。
进一步地,所述真菌纤维通过以下方法制备得到:
(1)将购买的磨菇切成大小均一的块状,然后浸泡于装有去离子水的容器中,放置在温度为88℃的恒温水浴锅中加热3.5h。
(2)然后将步骤(1)中得到的组织块置于事先配置好的0.7mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中煮沸25min,冷却后用去离子水反复冲洗几次,再放入0.14mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中静置3d,用冰乙酸洗涤中和直至pH=7。
(3)将步骤(2)得到的组织块用纤维解离机在5800r·min-1下碎解5次,得到粗纤维溶液,继续采用高速匀质机进行细纤维化,得到水溶状态的真菌纤维。
具体包括以下步骤:

S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜I和II中,向搅拌釜I中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,向搅拌釜II中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,搅拌14min,温度控制在55℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪。
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括以下原料:棉纤维30~40份、竹炭纤维25~35份、麻纤维30~35份、涤纶纤维20~25份、固色剂5~10份、莫代尔纤维20~25份、海鞘纤维素15~25份、真菌纤维20~35份、聚乙炔纤维15~25份、聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂25~40份、异丙醇5~10份、阳离子表面活性剂3~6份;
进一步地,所述真菌纤维通过以下方法制备得到:
(1)将购买的磨菇切成大小均一的块状,然后浸泡于装有去离子水的容器中,放置在温度为85~90℃的恒温水浴锅中加热2~4h;
(2)然后将步骤(1)中得到的组织块置于事先配置好的0.5~0.8mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中煮沸15~30min,冷却后用去离子水反复冲洗几次,再放入0.1~0.15mol·L-1的NaOH溶液中静置2~3d,用冰乙酸洗涤中和直至pH=7;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的组织块用纤维解离机在5000~6000r·min-1下碎解5次,得到粗纤维溶液,继续采用高速匀质机进行细纤维化,得到水溶状态的真菌纤维;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将聚乙烯乙烯醇树脂、海鞘纤维素、真菌纤维加入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延,最后拉伸成纤维膜;
S2:将棉纤维、麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线;
S3:将涤纶纤维和聚乙炔纤维经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线;
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150~180g/m2,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180~200g/m2;
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜I和II中,向搅拌釜I中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,向搅拌釜II中加入阳离子表面活性剂和异丙醇,搅拌10~15min,温度控制在40~60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪;
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗静电抗菌效果的服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
