Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the rehabilitation limiter 9 of the present invention, which can reduce the load of the knee joint and can be quickly disassembled and assembled, is composed of an upper pad assembly 1, a lower pad assembly 2 and a support 3. Go up protective equipment subassembly 1 and protective equipment subassembly 2 can be installed on knee joint rehabilitation person's thigh and shank fast respectively, and support 3 is connected at last protective equipment subassembly 1 and under between the protective equipment subassembly 2, goes up protective equipment subassembly 1 and lower protective equipment subassembly 2 and relies on support 3 and can do upper and lower position control relatively the knee joint respectively. The position of the support 3 opposite to the knee joint is an angle adjusting disc 32, and the angle adjusting disc 32 can be provided with an angle value to limit the angle range of the lower leg relative to the upper leg by using the knee joint as a rotating shaft 722.
One, upper protective tool component 1 and lower protective tool component 2
The upper shield assembly 1 and the lower shield assembly 2 of the present invention are identical in structure and each include at least one set of retention set 4. preferably, the upper shield assembly 1 and the lower shield assembly 2 each include two sets of retention sets 4, which facilitates stable positioning of the support frame 3. I.e., from top to bottom along the leg, the two sets of retention kits 4 in the upper shield assembly 1 are the first and second retention kits 4, respectively, and the two sets of retention kits 4 in the lower shield assembly 2 are the third and fourth retention kits 4, respectively.
Each set of retention kits 4 consists of at least one retention shield 5, at least one fastening strap 6, and at least one pinch plate 7.
1. Fixing guard board 5
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 7, 8a, and 9c, the main structure of the sleeve is a flat sleeve, the upper and lower end faces of the sleeve are open, the left and right sides of the sleeve are rectangular retaining rings, and a vertical fixed shaft, hereinafter referred to as a sleeve shaft 51, is disposed in the retaining rings.
The outer surface of the sleeve is provided with a keyhole 53, a strip-shaped button handle 54 made of elastic material is arranged in the inner cavity of the sleeve, the inner end of the button handle 54 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sleeve, the exposed end of the button handle 54 is a button buckle 55, the button buckle 55 is arranged at the position of the keyhole 53, the button buckle 55 is pressed inwards by using fingers to the keyhole 53, and the button buckle 55 can elastically retract.
When one bracket 3 is used, only one corresponding retention shield 5 can be used, in which case the retention shield 5 is made longer along the arc length of the leg circumference, preferably approximately half the length of the leg circumference.
When two brackets 3 are used, the number of the corresponding retention guards 5 is two, and the retention guards 5 are respectively positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the leg, in this case, the length of the retention guards 5 along the arc length of the leg circumference may be shorter.
2. Fastening tape 6
The present invention selects two kinds, namely, a knitted band 61 and a soft plastic band, and for the purpose of distinction, the soft plastic band is referred to as a muscle support band 62.
Both types of fastening straps 6 may be used to fasten the rehabilitation limiter of the present invention to the leg.
1) The strap 61, such as a conventionally used lace (see fig. 4 and 10), has a certain width, and is advantageous in that it is low in cost and flexible, but has disadvantages in that: during use, the strap 61 is folded in the vertical direction as the leg of the rehabilitee moves, so that the length of the strap in the vertical direction becomes narrower, and in a severe case, the strap is formed into a strip shape. This drawback is not only disadvantageous for supporting the leg muscles at the bindings, but also for the retention shield 5 to slide down.
2) The muscle protector 62 has a width, which is soft, elastic, and does not wrinkle in the vertical direction. Two rows of barb teeth 63 are arranged on the inner surface of the area of the two ends of the muscle support protective belt 62 near the end, the two rows of barb teeth 63 extend along the length direction of the muscle support protective belt 62, and a reinforcing rib is arranged between the two rows of barb teeth 63. The advantages are that: because it can not produce the fold in vertical direction, in recovered person's shank activity in-process, in vertical direction, it hugs closely on recovered person's leg with the broad face all the time, consequently, it not only can play a fine support effect to the shank muscle of binding department, still can effectively prevent the landing downwards of maintenance backplate 5, simultaneously, can also distribute the partial weight on the thigh to support 3 through buckle 7, maintenance backplate 5 to effectively alleviate the pressure that the knee joint bore (see fig. 9e, 10).
3. Buckle 7
As shown in fig. 5a, 5b, 5c, 9a, and 9b, the elastic hook is made of a hard plastic with certain elasticity, and has a plate-type hook 71 (i.e., a hook with a bent flat plate) on one side and a buckle 72 on the other side.
1) And the plate-type hook 71 is used for quickly hooking the buckle plate 7 on the sleeve shaft 51.
a. Mounting of
In order to quickly mount the buckle 7 on the sleeve shaft 51 and stably sleeve the buckle 7 on the sleeve shaft 51 (i.e. the buckle 7 can be rotated within a set angle range and cannot automatically fall off). The plate type hook 71 is designed into two parts along the axial direction, namely two outer side hooks 711 and one inner side hook 712, wherein the hook parts of the outer side hooks 711 and the inner side hooks 712 are different in length, namely the outer side hooks 711 are longer, and the inner side hooks 712 are shorter; the inner hook 712 may be longer and the outer hook 711 may be shorter.
The longer hook part can lead the pinch plate 7 to be stably sleeved on the sleeve shaft 51 and bear external pulling force; the shorter hook portion is used for guiding the buckle plate 7 to be hooked on the sleeve shaft 51.
The fastening plate 7 and the fixing guard plate 5 are designed to be in a hooking structure, so that the fixing sleeve 4 can be quickly mounted on the legs, and the fastening belt 6 can be instantly adapted to the leg circumference shape of different rehabilitees due to the relative rotation between the fastening plate 7 and the fixing guard plate 5 (see fig. 6 a).
When the clip is attached, the clip 7 (the side where the plate hook 71 is not provided) is held by a hand, and the plate hook 71 is hooked on the sleeve shaft 51. The plate-type hook 71 has a certain elasticity, the buckle plate 7 is pulled outwards, and the sleeve shaft 51 is pulled into the hook to be clamped, so that the installation is completed (see fig. 6a, 9c and 9 d).
b. Disassembly
In order to rapidly detach the buckle 7 from the sleeve shaft 51, the sleeve shaft 51 is provided with a strip, referred to as a rotation stop rampart 52 (see fig. 5c and 6 b), which protrudes outwards in the radial direction of the sleeve shaft 51. The rotation preventing protrusion 52 is only provided on the sleeve shaft 51 at the front end of the hook part of the outer hook 711 or the inner hook 712 having a shorter hook part, that is, the rotation preventing protrusion 52 restricts the rotation of the shorter outer hook 711 or inner hook 712 in the set direction around the sleeve shaft 51 (that is, when the buckle 7 and the retention shield 5 are in the same plane, the buckle 7 is continuously rotated to the outside of the leg, and the buckle 7 is restrained by the rotation preventing protrusion 52 and is not rotated).
When the buckle 7 needs to be detached from the sleeve shaft 51, the buckle 72 (the other side opposite to the plate-type hook 71) on the buckle 7 is held by a hand and turned towards the outer side of the leg by a certain angle (the angle is not less than 15 degrees, and is preferably 30-75 degrees), so that the longer outer side hook 711 or inner side hook 712 can be detached from the sleeve shaft 51, and at the moment, the plate-type hook 71 is pulled towards the outer side of the leg, so that the buckle 7 can be easily detached from the sleeve shaft 51. The principle of realizing quick disassembly is as follows: when the buckle 7 is turned over to the outside of the leg, the shorter outer hook 711 or inner hook 712 is pushed by the rotation stop protrusion 52 and cannot rotate, at this time, the rotation continues, the hook wall portions of the outer hook 711 and inner hook 712 continue to penetrate into the retaining ring of the retention guard 5, and the longer outer hook 711 or inner hook 712 falls off from the sleeve shaft 51 as the hook wall penetration displacement reaches a set value (see fig. 6 b).
2) Buckle 72
For connecting the fastening band 6, which is provided on the other side of the fastening plate 7 opposite to the plate hook 71, the buckle 72 is constructed depending on the fastening band 6 using the binding band 61 and the muscle protector 62.
a. Corresponding buckle 72 configuration when strap 61 is used (see fig. 5a, 5 b)
The structure is like a reverse folding type fastening buckle used in a conventional backpack or schoolbag, namely, the structure is composed of a rectangular ring and a shaft arranged in the rectangular ring, when in use, one end of a binding belt 61 passes through the rectangular ring and is wound on the shaft in the rectangular ring, and then the binding belt is reversely rotated for 360 degrees and is led out along the original path.
Hook surfaces of the hook and loop fasteners are provided at both ends of the binding band 61, a loop surface of the hook and loop fastener is provided at the middle region of the binding band 61, and after the binding band 61 is fastened to the buckle 72, the binding band 61 is tightened and the hook surface thereof is adhered to the loop surface thereof. b. The corresponding buckle 72 structure when the muscle support belt 62 is used (see fig. 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 9 e)
The structure is a ratchet 726 buckle structure, that is, the muscle support protecting band 62 passes through the ratchet 726 buckle structure, and the barb teeth 63 on the muscle support protecting band 62 can be hooked with the ratchets 726 in the ratchet 726 buckle structure, thereby fastening the muscle support protecting band 62.
The buckle structure of the ratchet 726 is composed of a buckle cavity 721, a rotating shaft 722 arranged on the buckle cavity 721, a release plate 723 assembled on the rotating shaft 722 and a return spring 727 sleeved on the rotating shaft 722, the release plate 723 is provided with a handle 724 arranged outside the buckle cavity 721 and a connecting plate arranged in the buckle cavity 721, the handle 724 is provided with a hole 725 allowing the support muscle protecting belt 62 to pass through, the outer side of the front end of the connecting plate (i.e. the side of the part in the buckle cavity 721 opposite to the barb teeth 63 on the support muscle protecting belt 62) is provided with the ratchet 726, and the ratchet 726 is arranged opposite to the barb teeth 63 on the support muscle protecting belt 62.
When the muscle support protecting belt 62 is installed, the end of the muscle support protecting belt 62 is inserted into the buckle cavity 721 through the belt hole 725 to a set position, at this time, the barb teeth 63 on the muscle support protecting belt 62 are meshed with the corresponding ratchet 726, and therefore the muscle support protecting belt 62 is fastened on the buckle 7.
And (3) detaching, lifting the handle 724 of the release plate 723 to enable the ratchet 726 at the front end of the release plate 723 to be disengaged from the barbed teeth 63 of the muscle support band 62, and drawing out the muscle support band 62.
4. Preferred combination
As described above, the upper guard assembly 1 is constituted by combining the first retention kit and the second retention kit in the vertical arrangement; the lower shield assembly 2 is composed of a third retention set and a fourth retention set combined in an up-down arrangement.
Each retention suite 4 adopts two retention guard plates 5, at least one fastening belt 6 and at least one buckle plate 7, and the number of the corresponding brackets 3 is two.
The fastening bands 6 of the four retention kits 4 may be all the straps 61, all the muscle support bands 62, or a combination of the straps 61 and the muscle support bands 62.
Preferred combinations of the invention are:
1) the fastening belts 6 adopted by the first fixing external member and the fourth fixing external member are the combination of one binding belt 61 and one muscle supporting protecting belt 62, the number of the adopted fixing protecting plates 5 is two, and the number of the buckle plates 7 is three.
Two ends of the muscle support guard belt 62 are respectively connected with a buckle plate 7, and the buckle plate 7 is hooked on the sleeve shaft 51 at the corresponding side of the corresponding retention guard plate 5.
One end of the binding band 61 is connected with a buckle plate 7, the buckle plate 7 is hooked on the sleeve shaft 51 of the first retention guard plate 5, and the other end of the binding band 61 is directly sleeved on the sleeve shaft 51 of the second retention guard plate 5 (for the same retention guard plate, the sleeve shaft 51 is the sleeve shaft 51 on the other side opposite to the sleeve shaft 51 hooked by the muscle support guard band).
The muscle protector 62 and the strap 61 in the first retention set are placed on the front and rear sides of the thigh, respectively, and the muscle protector 62 and the strap 61 in the fourth retention set are placed on the rear and front sides of the calf, respectively.
The lower edge of the retention shield 5 in the first retention set extends downwards, and the function of the retention shield is to form a certain distance between the first retention set and the second retention set which are installed on the thigh.
The upper edge of the retention guard 5 in the fourth retention set extends upwards, and the function of the retention guard is to form a certain distance between the third retention set and the fourth retention set which are installed on the lower leg.
The muscle protector 62 of the first and fourth retention sets is disposed at the following three combinations:
a. a first combination of:
the muscle protector 62 of the first and fourth retention sets are disposed on the thigh front side and the shank front side, respectively.
Because the muscle support protecting band 62 has the characteristic of small elastic deformation amount, the angle limiting effect is better than that of a common knitting bandage, namely the rigidity effect of the connection between the muscle support protecting band 62 and the bracket 3 is better, therefore, the combination mode can effectively prevent the knee joint hyperextension of the knee joint of a rehabilitee (the knee hyperextension means that the knee joint is sunk backwards, namely the lower leg is inclined backwards from bottom to top, and the thigh is inclined backwards from top to bottom).
b. A second combination of:
the muscle support bands 62 of the first and fourth retention sets are provided on the rear thigh side and the rear calf side (upper calf position), respectively.
The combination mode can effectively limit the flexion angle of the knee joint of the patient (namely, the included angle formed by backward bending between the thigh and the shank is limited).
c. In a third combination:
the muscle protector 62 in the first retention set is provided on the thigh front side, and the muscle protector 62 in the fourth retention set is provided on the calf rear side (calf gastrocnemius upper side position).
The combined mode can effectively support the stress, thereby achieving the purpose of transmitting partial gravity of the body to the crus muscle supporting protective belt 62 through the bracket 3, achieving the effect of reducing the load of the knee joint and playing the effect of avoiding the load of the knee joint.
The principle that the combined mode can reduce the load of the knee joint is as follows:
the shape characteristics of the leg part: the shape from the thigh to the knee joint part is approximately a round frustum shape (i.e. thick at the top and thin at the bottom), and the shape from the calf and the knee joint part is approximately a round frustum shape (i.e. thin at the top and thick at the bottom). In view of the above characteristics, since the deformation of the muscle support band 62 is small, the wide band surface can be always maintained without deformation, and therefore, the muscle support band 62 in the first retention set can effectively transmit the acting force of the upper body weight on the muscle support band 62 to the bracket 3, and then the acting force is transmitted to the muscle support band 62 in the fourth retention set through the bracket and is received by the calf, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the pressure of the upper body weight on the knee joint.
2) The fastening belts 6 in the second fixing external member and the third fixing external member are both provided with one binding belt 61, the number of the adopted fixing protective plates 5 is two, and the number of the buckle plates 7 is one.
The binding band 61 is slightly longer, one end of the binding band is connected with a buckle plate 7, the buckle plate 7 is hooked on the first fixing protection plate 5, and the other end of the binding band 61 passes through the second fixing protection plate 5 and then is connected on the sleeve shaft 51 at the other side of the first fixing protection plate 5.
According to the principle of ergonomics, in order to adapt to the shape of the leg, the muscle support band 62 is more closely attached to the skin of the leg, and the middle part of the muscle support band 62 is designed to be a curved part which is in an arc-cone shape with a large upper part and a small lower part.
In order that the upper edge or the lower edge of the muscle protector 62, which is tied to the leg, does not give a fleshy feeling to the skin, the top edge and the bottom edge of the bent portion are designed as reverse edges that are slightly inclined outward.
Secondly, the bracket 3
The bracket 3 is a rod-type plate made of aluminum alloy material and is arranged on the inner side and/or the outer side of the leg.
The holder 3 is composed of an upper holder 3 and a lower holder 3, and a lower end of the upper holder 3 and an upper end of the lower holder 3 are connected together by an angle adjusting plate 32 to be relatively rotatable therebetween (see fig. 11).
The upper part of the upper bracket 3 and the lower part of the lower bracket 3 are each provided with a plurality of positioning holes 31, and when the retention kits 4 of the upper protector assembly 1 and the lower protector assembly 2 are mounted on the brackets 3, these retention kits 4 can be mounted at different heights as required. The specific operation is as follows: the retention guard 5 of the retention set 4 is threaded on the bracket 3, the button 55 on the retention guard 5 is pressed inward, the retention guard 5 is pushed to move up or down along the bracket 3 to a target height, and the button 55 is released, so that the button 55 can be clamped in the corresponding positioning hole 31, thereby positioning the retention guard 5 with the entire retention set 4 at a desired position (see fig. 7, 8a and 8 b).
The angle adjusting disc 32 is provided with a buckling area and an extending area, angle display lines of-10 degrees to 120 degrees are engraved in the buckling area and the extending area, and the angle display of buckling and extending is in 10 degrees. The flexion area is used for representing the angle range of the backward bending movement of the lower leg, and the extension area is used for representing the angle range of the forward bending movement of the lower leg.
The angle adjusting plate 32 is further provided with two limiting locks, namely a buckling limiting lock and an extending limiting lock, and after the buckling limiting lock and the extending limiting lock are set, the shank of a rehabilitee can only perform bending movement between the angle limited by the buckling limiting lock and the angle limited by the extending limiting lock.
Three, soft liner 8
The inner side of the retention guard plate 5 is provided with the soft pad 8, the soft pad 8 is provided with a plurality of indentation grooves, the design can increase ventilation, and can be bent and attached to the leg shape, and a user can cut the soft pad 8 suitable for the leg circumference length of the user along the indentation grooves according to the leg circumference size of the user.
Fourth, use method
1. Mounting of
1) The retention guard 5 of the retention kit 4 is first assembled to the bracket 3.
The retaining guard 5 is locked by pressing the button 55 of the retaining guard 5 inwardly with fingers at the keyhole 53 of the retaining guard 5, inserting the bracket 3 into the inner cavity of the retaining guard 5, sliding the retaining guard 5 to a proper position on the bracket 3 and causing the button 55 to snap back into the positioning hole 31 of the corresponding position on the bracket 3.
According to the invention, five positioning holes 31 are arranged on the bracket 3, and the height of the retention guard plate 5 is adjusted by a rehabilitee according to the leg length of the rehabilitee.
