The specific working process is as follows:

After the X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and a-axis all return to the original point for standby, the right jig positioning cylinder 41 is started to extend the right jig positioning rod 42 to stop the goods. Then the feeding and discharging motor 15 starts the belt to run to wait for feeding, and the equipment is in a standby state.

The A shaft 22 of the wire pulling motor is started to rotate reversely, the left side of the wire pulling synchronous belt 26 moves forwards to drive the rear wire pulling mechanism 23, and meanwhile, the right side moves backwards to drive the front wire pulling mechanism 24 to the root positions of the wire tails on the two sides of the product. The main controller starts the wire pulling upper clamp pressing cylinder 32 to drive the wire pulling upper clamp plate 29 to press downwards to be clamped with the wire pulling lower clamp plate 28, the wire tail is clamped between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate, and wire clamping is completed. And then, the wire pulling motor A shaft 22 is started to rotate forwards, the rear wire pulling mechanism 23 and the front wire pulling mechanism 24 synchronously move outwards towards the two sides of the jig simultaneously until the moving distance is longer than the length of the tail wire, the rear wire pulling mechanism 23 and the front wire pulling mechanism 24 stop moving, the main controller controls the wire pulling upper clamp pressing cylinder 32 to reset, the wire pulling upper clamp plate 29 rises back to the original point, the wire pulling action is completed, and 10 products are pulled out simultaneously at one time. Starting a motor which moves the X shaft 7 leftwards and rightwards to move the whole wire pulling mechanism rightwards, carrying out wire pulling operation on the remaining 10 products of the jig, moving to the designated position, then circulating the action of the step 6 again until the wire pulling operation is completed on all 20 products of the whole jig, and pulling the tail of each wire neatly, straightening and tensioning. After the wire drawing operation is finished, the motor which moves the X shaft 7 leftwards and rightwards is started to move the whole wire drawing mechanism leftwards to the standby position.
The left jig goods blocking cylinder 34 is started to drive the left jig goods blocking rod 33 to extend to block a former process down-flow jig, the left jig clamping rod 36, the right jig clamping rod 39 and the right jig positioning rod 42 are simultaneously released, the feeding and discharging motor 15 is started to operate by a belt, the product jig 18 is sent out, when the product jig is sent out to exceed the discharging optical fiber inductor, the right jig positioning rod 42 extends out, the left jig goods blocking rod 33 is retracted, the equipment enters a standby state again, and an automatic wire pulling period is completed. When the jig is fed in the later stage, the automatic wire pulling operation is carried out from the 4 th step in a circulating action mode, and the process does not need to be watched by people.
