Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ointment, and particularly relates to scald ointment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Burns (scalds) are tissue injuries caused by flameless high temperature liquids (boiling water, hot oil, molten steel), high temperature solids (burning hot metals, etc.) or high temperature vapors, etc. Low-heat scalds are common and can be called low-temperature scalds. Is a scald caused by the skin being in contact with a low-heat object higher than the body temperature for a long time. The skin may be scalded by exposure to a temperature of 70 ℃ for 1 minute; when the skin is exposed to a temperature of approximately 60 c for more than 5 minutes, there is a possibility of causing a scald, which is called a low-temperature scald.
Burn generally refers to the thermal damage of tissues caused by hot liquid (water, soup, oil, etc.), steam, high temperature gas, flame, hot metal liquid or solid (such as molten steel, steel ingot), mainly refers to skin and/or mucous membrane, and serious patients may also injure subcutaneous or/and submucosal tissues, such as muscle, bone, joint and even viscera.
At present, a plurality of medicines for treating scalds are available, and the effect is also uneven. However, most of the existing scald ointments generally have the defects of long treatment period, slow effect, susceptibility to infection, easy scar remaining and the like, and the burn and pain of the injury after being smeared are obvious, so that the pain of a patient is aggravated.
