背景技术

在该实施例的替代版本(未示出)中,螺钉(3)具有不同的预定长度和直径以覆盖分别对应于不同的牙槽窝(2)的深度和尺寸的所有解剖学情况。
可生物降解材料优选基于聚合物和/或基于金属。可生物降解材料优选包括镁和/或锶。可生物降解材料还可包括在螺钉(3)内或其表面上的生长因子和/或抗生素剂。螺钉(3)的不同部分可由具有不同成分和/或密度的可生物降解材料制成。
在该实施例中,螺钉(3)的螺纹(8)适于预攻。替代地,螺钉(3)的螺纹(8)可适于自攻。螺纹(8)优选仅设置在螺钉(3)的锥形顶端。
图2示出了图1的牙科设备(1)的剖视图。如图2所示,牙科设备(1)具有形成到螺钉(3)的顶部上的平坦表面(9),该平坦表面可以充当屏障本身或者用作牙屏障膜的支撑。平坦表面(9)等于或基本上大于螺钉(3)的外径以便覆盖整个牙槽窝(2)。牙屏障膜用于覆盖牙槽窝(2)。牙屏障膜与平坦表面(9)分开提供。平坦表面(9)具有适于支撑牙屏障膜的尺寸和形状,如垫层。
在该实施例的替代版本中,平坦表面(9)具有不同的预定尺寸和形状以覆盖分别对应于不同牙槽窝(2)的尺寸和形状的所有解剖学情况。
如图2所示,平坦表面(9)和包括空腔(6)和孔洞(7)的螺钉(3)提供为由可生物降解材料制成的整体件,优选由镁合金制成。牙科设备(1)优选部分或全部通过增材制造方法制造。增材制造方法优选包括应用于粉末形式的上述可生物降解材料的选择性激光熔化方法。在增材制造过程中通过可生物降解材料的选择性激光熔化形成具有优选直径或尺寸的孔洞(7)。
如图2所示,螺钉(3)具有围绕空腔(6)的穿孔结构。该穿孔结构在螺钉(3)中形成孔洞(7)以用于血液灌注。替代地,可以制造网格状或支架状结构以在螺钉(3)中形成孔洞(7)以用于血液灌注。
如图2所示,螺钉(3)在顶端具有开口(10),以允许血液从颌骨(4)灌注到空腔(6)中。并且螺钉(3)在远端封闭,以防止软组织和类似物侵入空腔(6)。
牙科设备(1)可在植入前用于新的拔牙部位。牙医确定牙槽窝(2)的深度、尺寸和形状,并选择长度、直径、尺寸和形状正确匹配的牙科设备(1)。此后,将螺钉(3)插入到牙槽窝(2)中,使得上端与牙槽嵴(5)处于同一水平。接下来,任选地将牙屏障膜放置在平坦表面(9)上并且通过周围牙龈中的牙龈瓣(11)固定就位。牙龈瓣(11)用缝线连接。当拔牙部位愈合时,牙科设备(1)被完全吸收,无需进行移除手术。此后,可以将种植体插入再生的颌骨中。利用本发明,可以显著降低植入失败率。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于保留拔掉的牙齿的牙槽窝(2)周围的牙槽嵴并促进拔掉的牙齿的牙槽窝(2)内的颌骨再生的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述牙科设备(1)包括:
螺钉(3),所述螺钉完全由可生物降解材料制成,以消除进行移除手术的需要,
其中所述螺钉(3)适于在所述牙槽窝(2)中的所述颌骨(4)内牢固固定,以防止骨组织再生期间的微运动,
其中所述螺钉(2)的长度使得其顶部在插入状态下与所述牙槽窝(2)周围的所述牙槽嵴(5)处于同一水平,以促进所述牙槽窝(2)内的完全骨再生,并且
其中所述螺钉(3)具有空腔(6)和孔洞(7),以允许血液灌注到所述空腔(6)中以用于形成血液凝结物,以充当所述牙槽窝(2)内的骨生长的生物基质,其中一个或多个所述孔洞(7)的直径都基本上等于或大于20微米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述孔洞(7)的所述直径基本上等于或大于30微米,或者基本上等于或大于60微米。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述孔洞(7)的所述直径基本上小于500微米。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)的长度和/或直径设置有多个预定长度和/或直径中的任一者,以覆盖分别对应于不同牙槽窝(2)深度和尺寸的所有解剖学情况。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述可生物降解材料是聚合物基和/或金属基的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述可生物降解材料包括镁。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述可生物降解材料包括锶。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述可生物降解材料包括生长因子和/或抗生素剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述生长因子和/或所述抗生素剂沉积在所述螺钉(3)的表面上。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)的螺纹(8)适于自攻。
11.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)的螺纹(8)适于预攻。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺纹(8)仅设置在所述螺钉(3)的锥形顶端处。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,还包括形成到所述螺钉(3)的顶部上的平坦表面(9),其中所述平坦表面(9)等于或基本上大于所述螺钉(3)的外径,以覆盖所述牙槽窝(2)和所述螺钉(3)之间的空间。
14.根据权利要求13所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,还包括:用于覆盖所述牙槽窝(2)的牙屏障膜,其中所述平坦表面(9)具有适于从下方支撑所述牙屏障膜的尺寸和形状,其中所述牙屏障膜与所述平坦表面(9)分开提供。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述平坦表面(9)具有不同预定尺寸和形状中的任一者,以覆盖分别对应于不同牙槽窝(2)尺寸和形状的所有解剖学情况。
16.根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述平坦表面(9)和包括所述空腔(6)和所述孔洞(7)的所述螺钉(3)被提供为由所述可生物降解材料制成的整体件。
17.根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述牙科设备(1)已经部分或全部通过增材制造方法制造。
18.根据权利要求17所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述增材制造方法包括选择性激光熔化方法。
19.根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)具有围绕所述空腔(6)的网格状、穿孔状和/或支架状结构。
20.根据权利要求1至19中任一项所述的牙科设备(1),其特征在于,所述螺钉(3)在顶端具有开口(10),以允许血液从所述颌骨(4)灌注到所述空腔(6)中,并且其中所述螺钉(3)在远端封闭,以防止软组织和类似物侵入所述空腔(6)。
