Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of instrument control, and particularly relates to a method for controlling the wavelength and double frequencies of an infrared LED (740nm +950nm) for a skin beauty instrument and a depilator.
Background
It is well known that skin cells are stimulated by various means, such as light therapy, vibration therapy or heat and cold therapy, to positively affect the skin and achieve a cosmetic effect. Among them, LEDs can only generate specific wavelengths (without ultraviolet rays) to improve energy utilization efficiency, so that LEDs are evolving into diversified industries, and especially, phototherapy beauty treatment using LED light sources is the current development direction. The light has an effect on the organism, namely a biological effect, and the LED light with different wavelengths has different biological effects. After the light is absorbed by the skin, the light energy is converted into the energy in the cells, the microvessels are dilated and strengthened, and photochemical reaction, namely enzymatic reaction is generated with the skin, so that the content of glycogen and protein is increased, and the metabolism and the synthesis of the cells are promoted.
However, in the infrared LED wave band selected by currently marketed LED beauty instruments and hair removal instruments, the power supply of the infrared LED is direct current, which is basically realized according to LED illumination, and the penetration depth of the infrared LED wave band into skin is not enough, and the infrared LED wave band cannot penetrate into hair follicles, and the efficacy of the specific infrared wavelength LED cannot be fully exerted, thereby affecting the beauty and hair removal effects of the infrared LED. Therefore, there is a need to develop an effective LED control method for a skin beauty instrument and a depilation instrument, which can effectively improve the use efficiency of LEDs to meet the use requirements of users.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the LED wave band in the prior art is not deep enough to penetrate into the skin, can not penetrate into hair follicles and can not fully exert the efficacy of an LED with a specific infrared wavelength, the invention provides a double-infrared wavelength and double-frequency control method for a beauty instrument or a depilatory instrument, wherein two wavelengths of 740nm and 950nm are designed, and the double-frequency control is combined to achieve the efficacy of penetrating into the hair follicles and improving skin care. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a dual infrared wavelength and dual frequency control method for a cosmetic instrument or an epilator comprises the following steps:
step 1: setting two different infrared LED wavelengths, wherein one is the infrared LED740nm wavelength, and the voltage is 1.8-2.4 v; the other is an infrared LED950nm with the wavelength and the voltage of 1.4-1.8 v;
step 2: setting double frequency oscillation of 1000HZ plus 100 HZ; then driving the MOS tube to work, namely controlling the LED to work;
and step 3: driving the MOS according to the oscillation frequency of 1000Hz, Duty 50%, 100Hz and Duty 50% and the repetition frequency;
in the method, the light source outputs of the infrared LED740nm wavelength and the infrared LED950nm wavelength are maximum power;
in the method, the maximum power is 4W-70W, which is set according to different product instruments of a skin beauty instrument or a depilatory instrument;
in the method, the control method specifically comprises the steps of driving an amplifying circuit, a power amplifying circuit and a corresponding power supply through a waveform generated by a PWM (pulse width modulation) and software program generated by an MCU (microprogrammed control unit) internal circuit and a peripheral circuit, and outputting corresponding currents to infrared LEDs with the wavelengths of 740nm and 950nm through 1000Hz and 100Hz double-frequency oscillation to radiate the infrared LEDs to human skin.
The double-infrared wavelength and double-frequency control method for the beauty instrument or the hair removal instrument is applied to controlling the LED skin beauty instrument or the hair removal instrument for yards or in commercial households.
Compared with the prior art, the double-infrared wavelength and double-frequency control method for the beauty instrument or the depilatory instrument has the following beneficial effects:
the control method adopts two wavelengths of 740nm and 950nm and double frequencies (1000HZ +100HZ), converts LED current into light energy, and can emit 2 wavelengths and two frequencies simultaneously by one-time irradiation. The wavelength and the frequency can irradiate hair follicles in a shallow area and hair follicles in a deep area of the skin; thereby effectively inhibiting the growth of hair follicles, achieving the effects of tendering skin by photons, tightening pores, improving skin elasticity and wrinkles, promoting the generation of collagen, and achieving the effects of improving or improving the skin care such as whelk, black eye and the like.
The control method is simple and convenient to operate, safe, effective and good in realizability.
