Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defect of reverse release peeling in the composite die cutting of the OCA and other materials with release films in the prior art.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
the blade of the stripping knife is in contact connection with the highest point of the second round roller when the device works, a certain downward pressure can be applied to the stripping part by the connecting structure, and the composite material is pre-layered with the release film in the stripped material by means of the bending stress of the release film; meanwhile, the third round roller provides a vertical downward traction force for the second round roller, the stripping angle position is more than 90 degrees, the downward traction force can realize that the composite material can be stripped from the release film, and the phenomenon of delamination of the OCA attached to the composite material is prevented. By using the device, the composite material can be pre-layered with the release film by means of the bending stress of the release film, so that the original release film of the attached composite material has lighter peeling force and does not delaminate.

The invention provides a stripping device for preventing reverse type, which comprises a stripping device 1, a second stripping lower assembly 2, a first circular cutter device 3 and a second circular cutter device 4.

Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the peeling apparatus 1 is installed at both ends of a first circular cutter support 32, the second peeling lower assembly 2 is installed at both ends of a second circular cutter support 42, and the first circular cutter holder 31 and the second circular cutter holder 41 are placed on the ground at equal levels.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the peeling apparatus 1 includes an upper peeling assembly 11 and a lower peeling assembly 12 having a symmetrical structure, the upper peeling assembly 11 includes a first round roller 111, a peeling knife 112, a first connecting member 113 and a second connecting member 114, preferably, the peeling knife 112 may be made of steel, the present invention is not limited thereto, the knife edge is chamfered, so as to prevent the surface of the material from being scratched during the production process, and at the same time, to further prevent the surface of the material from being scratched, the peeling knife 112 is provided with a scratch-proof member 5, preferably, the scratch-proof member 5 is made of an adhesive tape, the non-adhesive surface of the adhesive tape needs to be smooth, hardly adhere any substance, have good adhesion resistance, prevent the surface of the adhesive tape from adsorbing foreign substances to scratch the composite material, avoid the surface of the composite material from being uneven, and the adhesive surface needs to be firmly adhered to metal, and hardly fall off, and have a long service life, finally, the teflon adhesive tape is integrally stuck on two surfaces of the peeling knife 112, the width of the teflon adhesive tape exceeds the width of the peeled composite material, the first connecting piece 113 connects the first round roller 111 and the peeling knife 112, the second connecting piece 114 connects the first round roller 111 and the first fixing piece 33, so that the peeling upper assembly 11 is installed on the first round knife device 3, preferably, the connection mode is a detachable screw connection, the first round roller 111 can freely adjust the angle position of the peeling knife 112 taking the first round roller as the radius through a first connecting piece 113, a second connecting piece 114 can fix the first round roller 111, and the position of the radius of the first fixing piece 33 can be freely adjusted without detaching the whole bracket, the first fixing pieces 33 are symmetrically distributed on the first circular cutting machine bracket 32, the connection is detachable through a threaded bolt, so that the installation and maintenance work of the equipment by workers is facilitated; the first stripping lower assembly 12 comprises a second round roller 121, a first bracket axis 122 and a third connecting piece 123, preferably, the surface of the second round roller 121 is sand-blasted to be smooth and free from concave-convex feeling, the second round roller 121 is provided with foam 6, two ends of the second round roller are connected with the first bracket axis 122, the foam 6 with the thickness of 1mm is attached to the whole round roller surface and is penetrated by the axis, two end surfaces of the second round roller 121 are provided with bearings which can rotate freely, the first bracket axis 122 is connected with a first fixing piece 33 through the third connecting piece 123, the third connecting piece 123 can fix the first bracket axis 122 and can freely adjust the position of the second round roller 121 with the radius without detaching the whole bracket, preferably, the connecting mode is detachable threaded connection, the first fixing pieces 33 are symmetrically distributed on the first round cutter bracket 32, the connection is detachable threaded bolt connection, the installation and maintenance work of the equipment by workers is facilitated; specifically, the upper stripping assembly 11 is mounted on the lower stripping assembly 12, and when the apparatus is in operation, the blade of the stripping knife 112 is in contact connection with the highest point of the second round roller 121, and the non-slope surface is perpendicular to the horizontal axis passing through the center of the circle of the second round roller 121.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second peeling off lower assembly 2 having a symmetrical structure includes a third round roller 21, a second frame axle 22 and a fourth connecting member 23, the surface of the third round roller 21 is sand-blasted to be smooth and free from unevenness, both ends of the third round roller 21 are connected to the second frame axle 22, both end faces of the third round roller 21 are provided with bearings, the second bracket axle center 22 is connected with the second fixing piece 43 through the fourth connecting piece 23, the fourth connecting piece 23 can fix the second bracket axle center 22 and can freely adjust the position of the third round roller 21 taking the second bracket axle center as the radius without dismounting the integral bracket, preferably, the connection mode is detachable screw connection, the second fixing pieces 43 are symmetrically distributed on the second circular cutter machine bracket 42, the connection here adopts the detachable connection of screw bolt, makes things convenient for the installation maintenance work of staff to this equipment.
Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the apparatus is in operation, a material to be peeled is placed at a connection between a blade of the peeling knife 112 and the second round roller 121, and the connection ensures that a certain downward pressure can be applied at the peeling position, and simultaneously, by using the buffer performance of the foam 6, the composite material is pre-delaminated between the composite material in the material to be peeled and the release film by virtue of the bending stress of the release film itself, the horizontal axes of the second round roller 121 and the third round roller 21 passing through the center of the circle are parallel to each other, the material to be peeled is placed on the third round roller 21, the third round roller 21 provides a vertical downward traction force for the second round roller 121, and simultaneously, the position of the peeling angle is ensured to be greater than 90 °, the downward traction force can realize peeling of the composite material from the release film, when the apparatus is used, the composite material can be pre-delaminated between the composite material in the material to be peeled and the release film by virtue of the bending stress of the release film itself, the original release film of the pasted composite material has lighter peeling force and does not generate the delamination phenomenon.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the OCA is attached to the foam and the carrier tape, the light release film is removed from the OCA double-sided tape, the first guide member 71 carries the foam to be attached, and the second guide member 72 carries the carrier tape to be attached. The whole device is provided with a driving source which drives the first driving shaft 34, the second driving shaft 44 and the winding pipe 8 to rotate, and simultaneously the first rubber roller 35 and the second rubber roller 36 start to roll, and the attached composite material moves into the first circular cutter device 3. After being peeled by the peeling device 1, the foam release film is rolled by the rolling pipe 8 through the third guiding element 73, and the bonded composite material enters the second circular cutter device 4 through the second peeling lower assembly 2. The second driving shaft 44 rotates, and simultaneously the third rubber roller 45 and the fourth rubber roller 46 start to roll, so as to drive the laminated composite material to enter the next process.
