Abstract
一种其上设有一扣件(40)及一钩件(90)的铰链。扣件固定于一第一组件上,钩件则固定于一第二组件上,以形成一铰接头。由于在铰接装置中使用一钩件,故此一铰链装置的组件可以有较大的移动自由度。钩件的作用有如一枢接点,而扣件则可防止钩件沿侧向或沿横向被拖拉移离于扣件。
Description
本发明乃有关一种铰接装置,同时亦有关于一种将此一铰接装置纳入其中的展示系统。此外,本发明亦有关于一种用以制造一个将此一铰接装置纳入其中的展示系统的方法。
展示系统,类如招牌箱或展示柜,乃用以将资讯展示在公众的眼前者。一般而言,所展示的内容不外乎印刷品、广告文宣、标题、通告、展示项目、展示品等。这些展示系统通常包括一柜体在内,以将相关资讯纳入其中。该柜体的上至少设有一由一透明材料,例如玻璃或透视材(perspex),所构成的面板,以使载于柜内的资讯得以自外侧观视,而又得以确保资讯的不受晴雨气候因素,以及歹徒非法蓄意的冲击及破坏。为将资讯插入展示系统内或将系统内的资讯加以更换起见,透明材制面板乃可移动,以利达及展示柜的内部。
就早前由Kim Huat Teo所取得的英国专利2,280,5332而言,其中所采用的透明材制可移动面板乃配置有采用钢珠/珠窝机构的铰链。在该英国专利2,280,532中,钢珠大体上而言是由球窝加以围绕,(专利权人Teo称之为“圆珠”及“槽沟”)。此一设计的一有利因素在于钢珠不能自球窝中卸下,因此透明面板就无法自其铰链上拉离的。但,此一有利因素同时受制于一不利因素,因为包围的球窝同时限制了钢珠在球窝内的回转移动。例如,就该英国专利2,280,932所例示的实施例而言,其可移动的面板所可旋转的角度顶多不过是45°至50°左右而已。
就另一由Cattermole等人所取得的更早期英国专利2,062,745而言,在一较浅的凹球窝内以可枢转的方式设有一局部表面呈曲线造型的凸件。该凹球窝的表面上亦有一部分呈曲线造型。该等有曲线的部件互相滑倚,以发挥宛如一钢珠及珠窝机构的枢转机能。但,就此一结构而言,凸件是可以自凹球窝内拉出的,因为凹球窝并不能完全将凸件围绕,此一情况就一真正典型的钢珠/球窝机构而言,亦复如此。同样地,再就英国另一专利案,由Radin所取得的英国专利2,114,351而言亦复如此,该案中的可移动面板亦可自主柜中抽离,因为在该Radin专利案中凸件的有曲线部分并未完全由有曲线的凹球窝部分加以包围。所以无论是由Catterole或由Radin所取得的专利案,其所可取得的可移动面板的能外旋及枢围至约90度的有利因素恰为该各案的面板可自柜体中被抽离的不利因素所抵消掉了。就Radin及Cattermole两专利案所使用的铰接装置而言,任何试图将凸件更紧密地封固于凹球窝内的努力均将造成可移动面板构件的回旋再度的减少。
本发明的一目的在于克服或至少大幅改善至少是习知技术的某些不利因素。所以本发明概括而言,并非致力于克服每一个上述的困扰或问题,而是至少克服或改善上述的某些问题。
本发明的要旨乃在提供一种将一第一组件及一第二组件加以联结的铰接装置,该铰接装置具有一个旋转轴和包含有:
一扣件和一钩件;
该扣件可附接于一第一组件上,而该钩件则可固定于一第二组件上,以使在使用时,该等第一组件及第二组件可经由该铰接装置加以联结,从而第二组件可相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的一预定移动角度旋转移动;
该钩件与该扣件协同作用,以使在使用时,该扣件通过限制扣件侧向地在相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的整个预定移动角度的移动,可防止该钩件沿侧向方向或沿横向方向被分离于该扣件;
该钩件具有一干柄和一钩部分,该钩部分包括一个从钩部分的末端上以一朝内侧回向干柄突伸的唇部;
该唇部操作地适合于减低钩件相对于扣件在大体所述侧向方向的移动。
本发明的另一要旨乃在提供一种将一第一组件及一第二组件加以联结的铰接装置,该铰接装置具有一个旋转轴和包含有:
一扣件和一钩件;
其中该钩件与该扣件协同作用,以使在使用时,该钩件可相对该扣件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的一预定移动角度旋转移动;
从而该扣件通过限制扣件侧向地在相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的整个预定移动角度的移动,可防止该钩件沿侧向方向或沿横向方向被分离于该扣件;
该钩件具有一干柄和一钩部分,该钩部分包括一个从钩部分的末端上以一朝内侧回向干柄突伸的唇部;
该唇部操作地适合于减低钩件相对于扣件在大体所述侧向方向的移动;
该扣件可附接于一第一组件上,而该钩件则可固定于一第二组件上,以使一第一组件及一第二组件由铰接装置加以联结。

就本发明的再一观点而言,其着眼点乃在提供一在其中具有一用以纳置展示资讯的封体的展示柜,以及一具有一透明面板的盖体,其中,该盖体乃藉如前所述的铰接装置而与该封体形成可互相啮合的态势。
在展示柜内,该封体较佳为利用四个藉框接头而可分离地被结合的柜框构件以形成正交侧部。

该钩件与该扣件协同作用,以使在使用时,该扣件通过限制扣件侧向地在相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的整个预定移动角度的移动,可防止该钩件沿侧向方向或沿横向方向被分离于该扣件;

参照附图,其中图1所例示的为一铰接装置10的一第一实施例。图1与图1A相同。图1A、1B及1C三图是用以例示铰接装置的动态示意。
铰接装置10的目的在于:在一第一组件及一第二组件之间形成一铰链联结。就此一实施例而言,第一组件乃指一展示柜的封体20,而第二组件则为该展示柜的一盖体30。
在图1中,铰链10具有一呈一沟槽构件40形式的扣件。该沟槽构件40上设有一直立干柄50,其末端上配置有一从动突缘60。沟槽构件40的底端70锚定于一成型于第一组件本体内的凹部80内。
一呈一钩状突缘90形式的钩件在配置之后可与沟槽构件40形成可移动的啮合态势。就此一实施例而言,钩状突缘90是由一弯曲的钩部分100及一钩杆110所组成。钩状突缘90是因为钩部分100的可钩着于沟槽构件40的从动突缘60上,所以才能与沟槽构件40形成啮合态势。
钩部分100并非一定要与突缘60直接接触。但,一旦铰接装置10组合完成之后,钩件就无法解除其与扣件的啮合状态。进而言之,也就是说,扣件可防止钩件沿侧向或沿横向被拉离于扣件。此一要旨可自图1A、1B和1C的连续示意图中得悉之。自图中可看出,钩状突缘90可以在90度左右的展角下,相对于沟槽构件40而移动。在图示的每一定位下,沟槽构件40均限定出钩状突缘90的可容许移位界限。因此,钩状突缘90虽可相对于沟槽构件40而回转,但却无法被拉离于沟槽构件40。
在图1中,沟槽构件40限定出一具有一开口130的凹部120。(在图1中,弯曲的钩部分100乃位处于开口130的内。)凹部120的尺寸大小足以将弯曲的钩部分100纳陷于凹部内,而开口130的大小又足以容许钩杆110贯穿其间。但,开口130的尺寸大小并不足以容许整个钩部分100贯穿开口130。因此,此一钩定机构可使钩件相对于扣件而移动,而扣件则可防止钩件的脱离啮合状态。
此一钩定机构明显地有别于其他的联接机构,诸如:钢珠及球窝造型的接头。此一钩定机构的利因素在于:钩件可享有最大的相对于扣件而移动的自由度,此一有利因素,在与其旋转角度受限于插座的开口部位的钢珠/球窝类型机构相较之下,更为明显。所以,此一实施例的段于钢珠/球窝类型的机构的有利因素至为明显,因为此一实施例的构件不但其移动幅度更大,而且至少在铰接装置完成组合之后,组件仍然可以不分离,更属一特点。
就此一实施例而言,扣件及钩件乃挤压成型,是以扣件及钩件在实际上构成了一长型结构体的一部分,而钩件及扣件则分别纳入长型结构件的截面部位之内。所以,将扣件及钩件分别固定于第一及第二组件上的结合关系,可以藉构件与该等组件一体成型的方式来达成。在图1中,采直立杆柄50造型的扣件乃以可拆除的方式固定于组件上,而本实施例的钩件则是利用挤压技术而与组件一体成型的方式加以附接。
就其他实施例而言,铰接装置可以不必采挤压成型的生产模式,而改采单一独立铰接装置的造型。
图2所示者为一铰接装置的另一实施例,此一实施例乃将图1所示的实施例略加改良之后而得者。就图2所示的此一铰接装置而言,弯曲钩部分的端缘上设有一朝内侧突出的唇部140,此一唇部140朝内突进,并朝钩杆110回突。此一铰接装置的实施例的功能动作在图2A、2B及2C中有连续图解说明。
就此另一实施例而言,其中设有突唇部140的一大有利因素在于:该唇部可以将钩件在凹部内的平移或侧对侧的移动减至最低限度。举例言之,就图1所示的实施例而言,有相当充裕的余裕空间可供钩件自右侧平移至左侧(自图中观察而得的方向为准)。这是由于在弯曲钩部分100的端缘与钩杆110之间有一相当大的余隙存在。从动突缘60就位于此一余隙之内。从动突缘60可防止钩件的被沿着侧向拉离,但仍有足够的余裕可供钩件自右侧移向左侧。相较之下,就图2所示的实施例而言,其中所示的铰接装置的内突唇部140可缩小弯曲钩部分100的端缘与钩杆110之间的余隙,因而得以将钩件的侧向位移减至最低限度。所以,就图2所示的实施例而言,可供钩件沿侧向自右侧移至右侧的余裕较小,而此一效应是用不着牺牲铰接组件的旋转移动的自由度,就可以达成。
依本发明的各种不同实施例而制得的铰接装置,其在其他应用之中是应用于展示柜上。此种展示柜的一实施例分别图解说明于图3A、3B、3C及图4~6中。(图3A~3C分别例示铰接装置的功能动作,与图1A、1B、1C的例示方式相类似)。
参照图3A,其中所示的展示柜是由如前文中所叙述的封件20及盖体30所组成。展示柜的封体20其内可纳置以展示资讯,包括:印刷品、广告文宣、通告、展示品目等。纳于封体20内的展示资讯可藉盖体30加以保护,免遭风吹雨打的侵害。盖体30上设有一透明面板150以使展示资讯得以经由此一面板150而一览无遗。盖体30经由铰接装置10枢接至封体20上,在展示柜中所使用的铰接装置乃是采用本发明铰接装置的实施例。
就如图4、图5所示的展示柜的实施例而言,封体20乃是由四个柜框构件160A、160B、160C、160D所组成的正交侧边所构成。而这些柜框构件再藉框接头170以可分离的方式加以接合。柜框构件由两具水平框构件160A、160B及两具垂直框构件160C、160D所组成。该两具水平框构件与另两具垂直框构件乃经由框接头170而在各个框构件的端缘处加以接合,以形成用以限定封体20的正交柜框。
盖体30也是以四具盖框构件180A、180B、180C、180D形成正交侧边,这些盖框构件再分别以盖框接头190接合的。框构件是由两具水平框构件180A、180B及两具垂直框构件180C、180D所组成。该两具水平框构件与另两具垂直框构件乃经由框接头190在各个框构件的端缘处加以接合,以形成一正交的盖框体。
图6为图5中圈示部位的放大示意图,自图6中可看出(由构件160A-D所组成的)封体20乃利用上述的铰接装置10枢接至由构件180A-D所组成的盖体30上。因此,由于前文中所叙述的铰接装置的特性,盖体30得以在90度左右的角度下枢绕封体20而旋转,且在使用期间无盖体解除其与封体的啮合机制之虞。若欲将盖体卸下,则整个柜框构件均必须加以拆卸。
(图6所示的铰接装置乃图2所成就的实施例。所以,该铰接装置的结构细节必须依图2所示及针对图2所作的说明叙述为基准。)
各结构单元组件,例如框构件及枢接头的大小尺寸及长度可加以修改,以制作出多种不同尺寸大小的展示柜。
虽然以上乃针对本发明铰接装置实施于一展示柜上所作的说明,但,必须指出的是:本发明的铰接装置亦可另作其他应用,尤以藉一铰接装置所枢接的元件必须做大角度的回转的情况下为然。
在某些应用情况下,展示柜的组件可以提供如一套零件组,以便使用者在现场自行装组成型。使用人必须依据前述的组装原则及要锁、方法组装,方可装配出一展示柜。
以上所提出的实施例仅为实施例,在不超越如申请专利范围中所限定的本发明的精神及范畴之前提下,加以修改、修正,是乃可能的。
Claims (21)
1.一种铰接装置,其是用来将一第一组件及一第二组件加以联结,该铰接装置具有一个旋转轴和包含有:
一扣件和一钩件;
该扣件可附接于一第一组件上,而该钩件则可固定于一第二组件上,以使在使用时,该等第一组件及第二组件可经由该铰接装置加以联结,从而第二组件可相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的一预定移动角度旋转移动;
该钩件与该扣件协同作用,以使在使用时,该扣件通过限制扣件侧向地在相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的整个预定移动角度的移动,可防止该钩件沿侧向方向或沿横向方向被分离于该扣件;
该钩件具有一干柄和一钩部分,该钩部分包括一个从钩部分的末端上以一朝内侧回向干柄突伸的唇部;
该唇部操作地适合于减低钩件相对于扣件在大体所述侧向方向的移动。

15.一种以铰接方式将一第一组件与一第二组件加以联接的方法,其步骤包含有:
将一扣件附接于一第一组件上;
将一钩件附接于一第二组件上;
使该钩件与该扣件互相啮合,以形成一铰接装置,该铰接装置具有一个旋转轴,以使第二组件可相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的一预定移动角度旋转移动;
该钩件与该扣件协同作用,以使在使用时,该扣件通过限制扣件侧向地在相对第一组件以绕铰接装置的旋转轴的整个预定移动角度的移动,可防止该钩件沿侧向方向或沿横向方向被分离于该扣件;
该钩件具有一干柄和一钩部分,该钩部分包括一个从钩部分的末端上以一朝内侧回向干柄突伸的唇部;
该方法还包括使用唇部以减低钩件相对于扣件在大体所述侧向方向移动的步骤。
