In order to solve the problems, a body builder can exercise more conveniently through the intelligent mirror, and the invention mainly aims to provide the intelligent mirror, so that a menu of body building courses is listed on the mirror surface of the mirror for the body builder to select.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent mirror with a fitness menu, which can provide the fitness menu for selection according to the fitness equipment prepared by the user.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent mirror with a fitness menu, which can provide the fitness menu for selection according to the action posture of the user.
The invention provides an intelligent mirror with a body-building menu, which can guide a user to do body-building exercise and comprises:
a frame;
a mirror surface arranged on the frame for the user to watch the virtual image reflected by the mirror surface;
a display device, which is arranged behind the mirror surface and is used for the user to watch information and images on the mirror surface, wherein the images comprise guide images for the user to move along;
a control unit for controlling the operation of the intelligent mirror;
it is characterized in that the method further comprises:
the identification unit is arranged on the intelligent mirror and connected with the control unit, and is used for detecting and identifying the human body image and the body-building equipment image; and
a body-building menu unit connected with the control unit for providing a list of body-building courses; the control unit displays corresponding fitness courses on the mirror surface according to the human body action posture and the fitness equipment detected and identified by the identification unit for the user to select.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the recognition unit is configured to recognize a posture/gesture of a human body; the user can select the fitness course displayed on the mirror surface through the posture/gesture.
Preferably, the user can touch the mirror surface in a touch manner to select the exercise course.
Preferably, the exercise menu unit is used for providing an exercise recommendation list; the fitness course is set in the fitness recommendation list.
Preferably, in the above-described aspect, the fitness recommendation list preferably includes: an action posture item and a fitness equipment item; different body-building exercises are arranged in the action posture items, and each body-building exercise has at least one body-building course; different types of fitness equipment are arranged in the fitness equipment items, and each fitness equipment has at least one fitness course.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the human body movement posture recognizable by the recognition unit includes: any one or more of the types of exercises of stretching, aerobic, core muscle group, yoga, boxing, pirati, ballet.
Preferably, the body building apparatus identifiable by the identification unit includes: any one or more of dumbbell, barbell, bar, kettle bell, yoga mat, skipping rope, ball and boxing glove.
Preferably, the identification unit is an image pickup device, an optical sensor or an infrared sensor.
Preferably, in the above aspect, the identification unit is provided on the frame.
Therefore, the type of exercise to be performed by the user or the type of the fitness equipment to be selected by the user is directly judged by the image detection mode, and the related fitness course menu is directly listed on the mirror surface of the mirror in real time for the user to select, so that the user can perform fitness according to the fitness courses, and the fitness activities are more convenient.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are shown an appearance schematic view and a configuration schematic view of an intelligent mirror 10 (hereinafter referred to as an intelligent mirror) with a fitness menu according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which includes: a frame 20, a mirror 22 installed in the frame 20, a control unit 30, a display device 32, an identification unit 34, a voice device 36, a network module 38 and a body-building menu unit (menu unit) 40. Referring to fig. 3, the mirror surface 22 of the intelligent mirror 10 can present a guiding image (preferably a coach-looking image) 50 for a fitness class, and the user can see a virtual image 52 of the user on the mirror surface 22 and follow the guiding image 50 to perform fitness activities.
The mirror 22 can present a virtual image 52 of the user, and preferably has a touch function.
The control unit 30 is the operation center of the intelligent mirror 10, and is connected to the display device 32, the recognition unit 34, the voice device 36, the network module 38 and the menu unit 40 to control the operation of the intelligent mirror. The control unit 30 has an operation function, a comparison function and a judgment function, and can receive and judge signals, and send appropriate signals to relevant devices, modules or units after operation so as to execute various functions of the intelligent mirror 10. The control unit 30 is built-in with a memory device and an external memory device for storing a driver program, an operating system, an APP application program, and necessary files, such as a demonstration guide movie of fitness/exercise and exercise/fitness exercise program, for the operation of the intelligent mirror.
The display device 32, which is a liquid crystal display in the preferred embodiment, is disposed on the back of the mirror 22 and displays images and various information such as pictures, images, graphics, messages, etc. on the mirror 22. The images are images for various purposes, including: images of the breakdown and description of the exercise movements, guidance images 50 of the exercise demonstration of the continuous movements, and the like. The information includes: general information and motion information, the general information including: date, time, text (e.g., encouraging text), etc., the athletic information includes: heart rate, calories, time of exercise progress, exercise profile, exercise progress and statistics, exercise goal values, achievement rates, etc. The mirror surface 22 is a plane mirror of a half-transparent mirror; various images and information of the display device 32 can penetrate through the mirror surface 22 and be displayed on the mirror surface 22 of the intelligent mirror 10, so that when a user looks at the mirror body, as shown in fig. 3, the user can see a virtual image 52 of the user and images (including the guide image 50), pictures and information displayed on the mirror surface by the display device 32 on the mirror surface at the same time.
The voice device 36 is a speaker (loudspeaker) to emit various sounds, so that the intelligent mirror 10 can emit various sounds or voices, such as warning sounds, video sounds, words of encouraging a fitness person, etc., according to the use status. The voice device 36 further includes a voice receiving module, so that the user can control the intelligent mirror through voice.
The network module 38 is a wireless network module and/or a wired network module, so that the intelligent mirror 10 can be connected to a cloud via a network, or connected to various intelligent devices such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, etc., to update and transmit data, and receive exercise courses.
In addition, the intelligent mirror 10 can be further provided with a Bluetooth module which is wirelessly connected with other Bluetooth devices and transmits data. And a power module is arranged to control the intelligent mirror to be turned on or turned off.
The aforementioned identification unit 34 is installed on the frame 20, and can identify or determine the fitness equipment prepared/selected by the user, the action posture of the user, or the posture/gesture of the user, and transmit the identified or determined message to the control unit 30, so that the control unit 30 can make a suggestion of the fitness menu. The recognition unit 34 may be a camera (e.g., a video camera) installed on the intelligent mirror 10, or an optical sensor, an infrared sensor, a thermal sensor or other detection devices, and has an image recognition function 341 to detect or sense an image of a human body or an image of a fitness equipment.
Referring to fig. 4, the image recognition 341 performed by the recognition unit 34 includes: a human image recognition 342 and a device image recognition 345, wherein the human image recognition 342 includes, but is not limited to, detecting and recognizing a motion gesture 343 and a gesture/gesture 344 of a human body, and the recognizing the motion gesture 343 includes: the method includes the steps of identifying and detecting the posture and height of the human body, such as detecting the motion mode of the user, whether the body is standing or sitting, lying or squatting, whether the motion is high or low jumping or front, back, left and right movement, and the like, and detecting and identifying the height of the user (such as detecting the position of the head or eyes of the user), the activity of four limbs, the motion pattern of the four limbs including leg motion or hand motion, the motion speed, and the like. The fitness equipment identified by the equipment image identification 345 includes, but is not limited to, dumbbells, barbells, bars (including curved bars), kettle bells, yoga mats, jump ropes, balls, boxing gloves, and the like.
The control unit 30 (including the storage unit thereof) is built-in with picture data or images of various body-building actions, postures and gestures, and picture data or images of body-building equipment, so that the control unit 30 compares the images recognized by the recognition unit 34 with the postures and gestures of the body-building actions, the gestures or the body-building equipment.
Referring to FIG. 5, the exercise menu unit 40 has an exercise recommendation list 42 for displaying a specific exercise item course on the mirror 22 via the display device 32 according to the result identified by the identification unit 34. The fitness list 42 of the present embodiment has three categories corresponding to the types of image recognition 341, including fitness equipment items 43, motion posture items 44, and the like. Different types of fitness equipment are provided within this fitness equipment item 43, including: dumbbell, barbell, bar, kettle bell, yoga mat, skipping rope, ball and boxing glove. For example, when the recognition unit 34 recognizes that the user selects a dumbbell to exercise, a plurality of exercise course menus 431 for exercising with dumbbell will be recommended and displayed on the mirror 22 for the user to select. The user may select the desired course menu 431 by touching the mirror 22 of the mirror 10 or by a specific operating gesture/posture (e.g., a physical object being in the air or not touching the mirror 22).
The exercise posture item 44 includes recommended exercises such as stretching, aerobic, core muscle group, yoga, boxing, Pilates, ballet, etc. according to various common exercises, and each exercise is provided with a plurality of course menus 441 for the user to select.
A user may perform a variety of fitness exercises with the intelligent mirror 10 of the present invention, including: muscular endurance training, stretching, yoga, cardiopulmonary/aerobic exercises, core muscle groups, boxing, skipping ropes, and the like to train the muscular endurance, core muscle groups, extensibility, and cardiopulmonary functions of various parts of the body. One way of exercising the intelligent mirror 10 of the preferred embodiment is described below.
Referring to fig. 6, when a user is located in front of the intelligent mirror 10 and wants to exercise with two dumbbells 60, the identification unit 34 identifies the exercise equipment selected by the user as the dumbbells 60 after performing image identification, and the control unit 30 displays the exercise courses 431 of the dumbbells under the exercise equipment items 43 of the exercise recommendation list 42 of the exercise menu unit 40 on the mirror 22 of the intelligent mirror 10 as recommended exercise courses for the user to select according to the identification result.
Referring to FIG. 7, a plurality of dumbbell workout sessions 431 shown on mirror 22 include: alternating dumbbell bend lifting, dumbbell sloping plate bend lifting, dumbbell two-head alternate bend lifting, dumbbell concentrated bend lifting, dumbbell two-head bend lifting, dumbbell hammer type bend lifting and the like. If the user is interested in the recommended workout of FIG. 7, the user may select the desired workout by touching mirror 22 or a particular gesture/posture. After selecting the exercise course, the control unit 30 of the intelligent mirror 10 facilitates the mirror 22 to play the guidance image 50 (as shown in fig. 3) of the selected exercise course, so that the user can exercise the dumbbell according to the movement and steps of the guidance image 50.
Similarly, if the fitness equipment selected by the user is barbell, the identification unit 34 identifies the fitness equipment selected by the user as barbell, and the control unit 30 displays the fitness course 431 of the barbell under the fitness equipment item 43 of the fitness recommendation list 42 of the fitness menu unit 40 on the mirror surface 22 of the intelligent mirror 10 according to the identification result, and provides the recommended fitness course for the user to select. Figure 8 shows a number of barbell workout 431 displayed on mirror 22.
Fig. 9 to 14 are schematic diagrams illustrating the image recognition type of the intelligent mirror 10, wherein fig. 9 represents that the recognition unit 34 of the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes the exercise device taken by the user and recommends the corresponding exercise course, for example, the user of fig. 9 holds the dumbbell 60, the recognition unit 34 recognizes that the exercise device is the dumbbell, and displays several exercise courses 431 of the dumbbell on the mirror 22 for the user to select according to the recognition result. Similarly, if the user uses other types of fitness equipment, such as barbells, pot bells, yoga mats, jumping ropes, bars, balls, boxing gloves, etc., the intelligent mirror 10 will display the recommended fitness course 431 corresponding to the fitness equipment on the mirror surface 22 for the user to select immediately after the identification unit 34 identifies the fitness equipment. If the intelligent mirror detects and identifies the yoga mat or ball, the yoga fitness item can be recommended; if a boxing glove is identified, a boxing fitness course can be recommended. After the user selects a specific exercise session, the mirror 22 plays the guidance image 50 of the selected exercise session for the user to move according to the guidance image 50.
Referring to fig. 10, if the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes that the user is performing the stretching exercise through the movement posture of the user, a plurality of fitness courses 441 for the stretching exercise of the upper limbs, the lower limbs or the whole body can be recommended to the mirror 22 for the user to select.
Referring to fig. 11, if the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes the user to perform yoga exercise through the user's movement posture, a plurality of fitness courses 441 for yoga exercise can be recommended on the mirror surface 22 for the user to select, such as weight reduction yoga, thermal core yoga, repair yoga, mild yoga, strong yoga, pregnant yoga, dynamic yoga, stretch yoga, ball yoga, etc.
Referring to fig. 12, if the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes that the user performs cardiopulmonary/aerobic exercise by the movement posture of the user, several exercise courses 441 of aerobic exercise, such as high intensity intermittent exercise, leg lifting, jumping, mountain climbing, mountain bending, mountain climbing, wave ratio jumping, turning, etc., can be recommended to the mirror 22 for the user to select.
Referring to fig. 13, if the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes the core muscle group exercise of the user through the action posture of the user, several exercise courses 441 of the core muscle group exercise can be recommended to the mirror 22 for the user to select, such as bar type, bridge type, limb extension, straight leg curl, supine press and leg lift, semi-lying leg lift, etc.
Referring to fig. 14, if the intelligent mirror 10 recognizes that the user performs boxing exercise through the motion posture of the user, a plurality of fitness courses 441 of boxing exercise items can be recommended on the mirror 22 for the user to select.
Other types of fitness exercises, such as Pilatus, ballet, etc., identified by the intelligent mirror 10, will also display corresponding fitness courses on the mirror 22 for selection by the user, allowing the user to follow the guide image 50 played on the mirror for fitness exercises.
If the user does not perform the recommended fitness course, other fitness courses can be selected by the user through the mobile phone (APP preloaded with the intelligent mirror).
In application, the intelligent mirror can photograph the motion of the user through the identification unit 34, and play the motion of the user and guide images on the mirror surface at the same time, so that the interaction between the sporter and the intelligent mirror and the motion training effect are improved.
The intelligent mirror provided by the invention can directly judge the type of exercise to be performed by a user or the type of selected fitness equipment through image detection and identification, directly list a plurality of fitness courses on the mirror surface of the mirror in real time for the user to select, and implement fitness exercise according to the fitness courses, so that the fitness activities are more convenient, and the fitness items do not need to be selected through a mobile phone or other controllers.
