The invention relates to the technical field of bathroom sanitary ware, in particular to a lever type flushing button and a flushing water tank using the same.
Background
The mechanical water pumping key of the traditional bathroom water tank is generally vertical type to press, the key pressed vertically is inconvenient to a user with a longer nail, the nail is easy to break, the installation mode of the water pumping key of the bathroom water tank is that a lever is connected between connecting rods, and the connecting rods are longer, on one hand, the whole structure of the key occupies the water tank and is overlarge, on the second hand, the joint of a piston and a water outlet of the water tank is easy to generate sealing deficiency to permeate water, the traditional mechanical water pumping key also needs larger strength when being pressed, the water pumping key is not friendly to female use, the water yield is also uncontrollable, and water resource waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least solve one of the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a lever type flushing button which can realize inclined lever type pressing of the flushing button, can prevent the clamping situation in the use process, is beneficial to improving the use safety of bathroom products and has a simple and practical structure.
According to the first aspect of the invention, a lever type flushing key is provided, which comprises a shell, wherein the shell is a trapezoid shell, a first connecting part is arranged on the narrow side of the shell, an arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged on the wide side of the shell, a first round rod is arranged in the shell, two ends of the first round rod are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, a connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the first connecting rod is an I-shaped connecting rod, two ends of the first connecting rod are arc-shaped clamping grooves with notches, the width of the notch is L1, L1 is smaller than the inner diameter of the clamping grooves, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the first round rod, the second connecting rod comprises a mounting part and a second connecting part, the mounting part is provided with a second round rod, two ends of the second round rod are fixedly connected with two ends of the mounting lug, and the second round rod is hinged with one end of the clamping groove of the first connecting rod.
The lever type flushing key has the advantages that the narrow side of the shell is provided with the first connecting part, the inside of the shell is also provided with the European first round rod, the first round rod is connected with one end clamping groove of the first connecting rod, the other end clamping groove of the first connecting rod is hinged with the mounting part of the second connecting rod, the shell takes the connecting point of the first connecting part and the water tank as a hinged point, the connecting point of the first round rod and the first connecting rod as a movable fulcrum, the lever type flushing key is pressed, the wide side of the shell is provided with the arc-shaped baffle, the arc-shaped baffle can be always attached to the water tank body in the pressing process due to fan-shaped movement of the flushing key, the nail or the finger of a user can be prevented from being clamped and pressed, the use safety of the flushing key is improved, the second connecting part of the second connecting rod is connected with the control valve of the water tank, the supporting point of the flushing key is provided with the width L1 of the opening smaller than the inner diameter of the clamping groove, the first round rod and the second round rod can be conveniently buckled and hinged with the clamping groove, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and the structure is simple and practical.
According to the lever type flushing key of the first aspect of the invention, the top of the shell is provided with the panel, one end of the panel is an arc surface and is smoothly connected with the arc baffle of the shell, and the other end of the panel is an inclined surface and is smoothly connected with the narrow side of the shell. One end of the panel is an arc surface, and the other end of the panel is an inclined surface, so that the appearance of the joint of the panel and the shell is attractive, the appearance of the flushing button is attractive, and the smoothness of the flushing button and the water tank body during relative sliding is also facilitated.
According to the lever type flushing key of the first aspect of the invention, the edges of the openings of the clamping grooves are provided with round corners. The rounded corners are favorable for the buckling connection of the first round rod and the clamping groove, so that the novel clamping device can be conveniently installed and detached, and is simple and practical in structure.
According to the lever type flushing key of the first aspect of the present invention, the second round bar and the mounting part are integrally manufactured. The integrated manufacturing can simplify the manufacturing process and is beneficial to reducing the production cost.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a flush cistern employing lever type flush keys, the flush keys being flush mounted in a mounting opening in the top of the cistern, the panel being flush with the top of the cistern housing in a non-operational condition, a first connection portion being hinged to a rear cover plate of the cistern housing, a curved baffle being slidably connected to a front cover plate of the cistern, the cistern further comprising a control valve, and a second connection portion being fixedly connected to the control valve.
The lever type flushing key has the advantages that the flushing key is hinged with the rear cover plate of the water tank body through the first connecting part as a hinge point, and the second connecting rod is a lever, so that lever type pressing of the flushing key is realized.
According to the flushing water tank of the second aspect of the invention, the second connecting part is a screw rod, and the connecting end of the control valve is provided with internal threads matched with the screw rod and is connected with the second connecting part through bolts. The bolt connection is reliable, simple and practical, the screw screwing depth can be freely selected according to the installation height, and the structure is simple and practical.
According to the flushing water tank of the second aspect of the invention, the first connecting part comprises the through hole and the third round rod, the two ends of the rear cover plate of the water tank body are provided with the mounting holes, the third round rod penetrates through the through hole, and the two ends of the third round rod are inserted into the mounting holes. The flushing button is hinged on the water tank by utilizing the combination of the mounting hole and the third round rod, and the structure is simple and practical.
According to the flushing water tank of the second aspect of the invention, the water tank is provided with a plurality of flushing keys which are arranged at intervals and are sequentially connected in series through the third round rod. The water flushing keys are arranged at intervals and are sequentially connected in series through the third round rod, so that the connection design of the water flushing keys and the water tank can be simplified, and the water tank can design the number of the water flushing keys according to functional requirements.
According to the flushing water tank of the second aspect of the invention, a notch is arranged at the joint of the front cover plate of the water tank and the arc-shaped baffle plate. The notch is used for matching the pressing of the flushing key, so that the finger is prevented from being pressed by the user when the flushing key is pressed, and the safety performance of the product is improved.
According to the flushing water tank of the second aspect of the invention, the height of the notch is L2, and the L2 is equal to the vertical height when the flushing key is pressed to the maximum value. The vertical height of the L2 and the vertical height of the water flushing key when the water flushing key is pressed to the maximum value are equal, so that the edge of the panel is flush with the notch when the water flushing key works, fingers can be prevented from being pressed by the fingers when the water flushing key is pressed by a user, and the safety performance of products is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a lever type flush button, which comprises a housing 100, wherein the housing 100 is a trapezoid housing 100, a first connecting portion 110 is disposed at a narrow side of the housing 100, a wide side is an arc-shaped baffle 120, a first round bar 130 is disposed in the housing 100, two ends of the first round bar 130 are fixedly connected with an inner wall of the housing 100, a connecting rod assembly 200 comprises a first connecting rod 210 and a second connecting rod 220, the first connecting rod 210 is an i-shaped connecting rod, two ends of the first connecting rod 210 are arc-shaped clamping grooves 211 with notches, the width of the notch is L1, the L1 is smaller than the inner diameter of the clamping grooves 211, the clamping grooves 211 at one end of the first connecting rod 210 are hinged with the first round bar 130, the second connecting rod 220 comprises a mounting portion 221 and a second connecting portion 222, the mounting portion 221 is a mounting ear, two ends of the second round bar 223 are fixedly connected with two ends of the mounting ear, and the second round bar 223 is hinged with the clamping groove 211 at one end of the first connecting rod 210.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the top of the casing 100 is provided with a panel 140, one end of the panel 140 is an arc surface and is smoothly connected with the arc baffle 120 of the casing 100, and the other end of the panel 140 is an inclined surface and is smoothly connected with the narrow side of the casing 100, which is beneficial to the attractive appearance of the connection part of the panel 140 and the casing 100 and the attractive appearance of the flushing key, and is also beneficial to the smoothness of the flushing key when the flushing key slides relatively to the tank 300.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the edges of the openings of the clamping grooves 211 are provided with rounded corners, so that the clamping grooves can be conveniently installed and detached, and the clamping groove is simple and practical in structure.
Preferably, the second connecting portion 222 is a screw, the connecting end of the control valve 330 is provided with an internal thread matched with the screw and is connected with the second connecting portion 222 by a bolt, the bolt connection is reliable, simple and practical, the screw screwing depth can be freely selected according to the installation height, and the structure is simple and practical.
Preferably, the second round bar 223 and the mounting part 221 are integrally manufactured, which can simplify the manufacturing process and facilitate the reduction of the production cost.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the embodiment of the present invention provides a flush water tank, in which a flush button is embedded in an installation opening at the top of the inside of the water tank 300, the panel 140 is flush with the top of the tank 300 in a non-operating state, the first connection portion 110 is hinged to the rear cover 310 of the tank 300, the baffle plate 120 is slidably connected to the front cover 320 of the tank 300, the water tank 300 further includes a control valve 330, the second connection portion 222 is fixedly connected to the control valve 330, the flush button is hinged to the rear cover 310 of the tank 300 by the first connection portion 110, and the second connection rod 220 is a lever, so as to implement lever-type pressing of the flush button.
Preferably, the first connecting portion 110 includes a through hole 111 and a third round rod 112, mounting holes are provided at two ends of a back cover plate 310 of the tank body of the water tank 300, the third round rod 112 penetrates through the through hole 111, two ends of the third round rod 112 are inserted into the mounting holes, and the flushing button is hinged on the water tank 300 by combining the mounting holes with the third round rod 112, so that the structure is simple and practical.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the water tank 300 is provided with a plurality of flushing keys, the flushing keys are arranged at intervals and are sequentially connected in series through the third round bar 112, so that the connection design of the flushing keys and the water tank 300 can be simplified, the water tank 300 can design the number of the flushing keys according to the functional requirement, and the flushing keys are arranged only corresponding to the control valves.
Preferably, a notch is provided at the connection between the front cover plate 320 of the water tank 300 and the arc baffle 120 for matching with the pressing of the flushing button, so as to avoid the finger being pressed by the user when pressing the flushing button, and improve the safety performance of the product.
As shown in fig. 10, the height of the notch is L2, and the vertical height of the notch is equal to the vertical height of the flush button when the flush button is pressed to the maximum value, so that the flush button can be ensured to be flush with the notch at the edge of the panel 140 during operation, the finger of the user can be prevented from being pressed when pressing the flush button, and the safety performance of the product is improved.
