本发明公开了一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件、以及差速器总成,所述动力源一、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建,在本发明中,EM1电机通过EM1电机轴与PGS行星排太阳轮相连接,发动机通过发动机输入轴与PGS行星排行星架相连接,进而通过第一传动齿轮与传动组件连接,EM2电机通过第二传动齿轮与传动组件连接,传动组件与车辆车桥的变速器总成连接,可以将动力传递至汽车车轮,通过各动力源与换挡组件的各种不同组合,能够实现混动和纯电动等多种工作模式,满足更多工作实况,同时也能降低电机扭矩需求和制造成本。

本发明涉及汽车变速器技术领域,具体为一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型。
背景技术
随着现代社会环境的污染以及能源问题的加剧,国际以及中国均在大力倡导新能源汽车的开发,由于混合动力比较符合中国国情,因此,其变速器系统构型也就成为各公司研发的重点,现有的变速器系统构型不能满足多种工作实况,且对电机扭矩需求和制造成本都较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,能够满足更多工作实况,同时也能降低电机扭矩需求和制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件、以及差速器总成,所述动力源一、动力源三、换挡组件、传动组件均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建。
所述动力源一为EM1电机,所述动力源二为发动机;
所述换挡组件包括PGS行星排组件、制动器一、制动器二、离合器、以及第一传动齿轮,所述PGS行星排组件包括PGS行星排太阳轮、PGS行星排行星架、PGS行星排齿圈以及PGS行星排行星轮,PGS行星排行星轮设置在PGS行星排行星架上且同时与PGS行星排太阳轮和PGS行星排齿圈啮合,所述制动器一、制动器二、离合器、第一传动齿轮、PGS行星排太阳轮、PGS行星排行星架、以及PGS行星排齿圈的轴线重合,所述PGS行星排太阳轮同轴固定在EM1电机的EM1电机轴上,所述PGS行星排行星架同轴固定在发动机的发动机输入轴上,所述PGS行星排行星架左侧设有连接部一,用于与制动器二连接,所述PGS行星排齿圈的左侧设有连接部二,用于与制动器一连接,所述离合器固定在PGS行星排齿圈的右侧,用于与第一传动齿轮连接;

本发明采用的动力耦合装置是由PGS行星排组件2构成的行星齿轮耦合机构,车辆在实际行驶过程中,各动力源与各换挡元件(离合器、制动器)组合使用将产生五种不同的工作模式。下面将对纯电动驱动和混合动力驱动下的工作过程进行描述,各工作模式和换挡元件之间的控制关系如图2所示,其中〇表示打开状态,●表示闭合状态。
在纯电动模式时,打开离合器8、制动器二5,制动器一7,EM1电机1不工作,EM2电机16通过对传动组件13将动力传递至汽车车桥18,定义为第一挡位纯电动驱动模式EV-1。
在纯电动模式时,闭合离合器8、闭合制动器二5,打开制动器一7,EM1电机1与EM2电机16共同驱动,定义为第二挡位纯电动驱动模式EV-2。
在混合动力驱动模式下,闭合离合器8,打开制动器一7,打开制动器二5,发动机12将动力传至PGS行星排组件2中,最终与EM2电机16的动力源一起传至车辆车桥18,此模式是混合动力并联驱动模式HEV-1。
在混合动力驱动模式下,离合器8打开,制动器二5打开,制动器一7闭合,发动机12参与工作,可实现系统串联驱动,实现增程功能,此模式是混合动力并联驱动模式HEV-2。

所述换挡组件包括PGS行星排组件(2)、制动器一(7)、制动器二(5)、离合器(8)、以及第一传动齿轮(9),所述PGS行星排组件(2)包括PGS行星排太阳轮(3)、PGS行星排行星架(4)、PGS行星排齿圈(6)以及PGS行星排行星轮,PGS行星排行星轮设置在PGS行星排行星架(4)上且同时与PGS行星排太阳轮(3)和PGS行星排齿圈(6)啮合,所述制动器一(7)、制动器二(5)、离合器(8)、第一传动齿轮(9)、PGS行星排太阳轮(3)、PGS行星排行星架(4)、以及PGS行星排齿圈(6)的轴线重合,所述PGS行星排太阳轮(3)同轴固定在EM1电机(1)的EM1电机轴(19)上,所述PGS行星排行星架(4)同轴固定在发动机(12)的发动机输入轴(10)上,所述PGS行星排行星架(4)左侧设有连接部一,用于与制动器二(5)连接,所述PGS行星排齿圈(6)的左侧设有连接部二,用于与制动器一(7)连接,所述离合器(8)固定在PGS行星排齿圈(6)的右侧,用于与第一传动齿轮(9)连接;
所述动力源三为EM2电机(16)和第二传动齿轮(14),所述第二传动齿轮(14)固定在EM2电机(16)的EM2电机轴(20)上;
所述传动组件(13)包括第三传动齿轮(22)和第四传动齿轮(21),所述第三传动齿轮(22)和第四传动齿轮(21)同轴固定连接,所述第三传动齿轮(22)同时与第一传动齿轮(9)和第二传动齿轮(14)啮合,所述第四传动齿轮(21)与汽车车桥(18)上的差速器总成(17)的差速器减速齿轮(15)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,其特征在于:所述发动机(12)输出端连接有TSA扭转减震器(11),所述TSA扭转减震器(11)通过花键与发动机输入轴(10)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,其特征在于:所述制动器一(7)采用多片式湿式换挡元件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,其特征在于:所述制动器二(5)采用多片式湿式换挡元件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混合动力车辆的汽车变速器系统构型,其特征在于:所述离合器(8)采用多片式湿式换挡元件。
