Abstract
The invention relates to a finely grinding honing oilstone and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein a raw material formula of the oilstone comprises pure copper, tin, silver, an abrasive and a wetting agent, wherein the tin accounts for 22-28% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the silver accounts for 8-13% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the abrasive accounts for 2-8% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the wetting agent accounts for 0.5-3% of the total mass of the raw material formula, and the balance is pure copper. The invention adopts specific amounts of pure copper, tin and silver, and a certain amount of abrasive and wetting agent are matched, so that the prepared fine grinding honing oilstone has high efficiency and high precision when in honing processing, is used for honing fine grinding processing of an engine cylinder body, and ensures high surface integrity and reticulate pattern uniformity of the cylinder body during fine grinding.

Background
The whetstone is a strip-shaped consolidated grinding tool prepared by adopting abrasive materials, binding agents and the like, is inlaid on a honing rod or a honing head to finish the surface of a finish workpiece, can process the inner surface, the outer surface, the plane, the spherical surface and the like of a cylindrical hole, and has the characteristics of high processing precision, good surface integrity, wide processing range and the like. For workpieces of different materials or with machining precision, targeted oilstones are required to be selected for machining, and for honing of engine cylinder bodies, rough grinding is usually carried out first, and then fine grinding is carried out. The rough grinding is mainly used for removing the allowance in the early stage when the allowance of the workpiece is larger, and generally, the allowance is 5-20 wires, namely, rough grinding is firstly selected for grinding, and the allowance is controlled below 3-5 wires; finish grinding means a grinding mode adopted when the machining allowance of a workpiece is small and the precision requirement is high, the finish grinding and grinding removal allowance is small, the stress residue on the surface of the workpiece is small, the surface integrity is good, the roughness is low and the precision is high. Thus, for rough grinding and fine grinding, two different whetstones are used.
Patent CN105922148a discloses a fine grinding disc for rough polishing of the surface of an optical component, which consists of diamond and metal bond, and the specific components and weight percentages of the fine grinding disc are: 70-88% of copper powder, 10-20% of tin powder, 1-5% of silver powder and 1-5% of diamond (the granularity range W40-W5). However, the fine grinding disc is developed for rough polishing of the surface of an optical component, has low efficiency in processing the engine cylinder body, is difficult to control reticulate patterns, and is not suitable for honing processing of the engine cylinder body.
Therefore, no matter workpieces made of different materials or processing precision is required to be processed by selecting targeted grinding stones, but the finish grinding honing stone for the engine cylinder body on the market at present has low efficiency, poor precision, poor integrity of the processed surface of the workpiece, uneven reticulate patterns of the inner hole of the cylinder body, large internal stress and low reliability.

The raw material formula of the finish grinding honing oilstone comprises pure copper, tin, silver, an abrasive and a wetting agent, wherein the tin accounts for 22-28% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the silver accounts for 8-13% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the abrasive accounts for 2-8% of the total mass of the raw material formula, the wetting agent accounts for 0.5-3% of the total mass of the raw material formula, and the balance is pure copper.
The invention adopts the pre-mixing of specific metal (pure copper, tin and silver) powder, the granularity and the purity of each powder are strictly controlled, the wetting agent is added after the pre-alloy powder is mixed, the ball milling is carried out to improve the surface activity of the powder, promote the sintering crystallization, facilitate the sintering, then the grinding material is added for mixing, and then the sintering is carried out.
In some preferred and specific embodiments, the raw material formulation of the whetstone consists of the following components in weight percent: 55-65% of pure copper, 22-28% of tin, 8-13% of silver, 2-8% of abrasive and 0.5-3% of wetting agent.
Preferably, the abrasive is diamond powder with the particle size of 0.025-0.035 mm.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one or more of paraffin, PVA and ethanol.
Preferably, the pure copper is pure copper powder with the grain diameter of 0.005-0.01 mm and the purity of more than or equal to 99.9%.
Preferably, the tin is tin powder with the grain diameter of 0.005-0.01 mm and the purity of 99.99% or more.
Preferably, the silver is silver powder with the particle size of 0.01-0.015 mm and the purity of 99.9% or more.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that: the preparation method of the fine grinding honing oilstone comprises the steps of mixing pure copper, tin and silver, adding a wetting agent for ball milling, adding an abrasive for uniform mixing, and sintering at 600-700 ℃ under the pressure of 8-12 MPa to obtain the oilstone.
Further, the ball milling is carried out in a ball mill, and the ball milling time is 1-3 hours; the grinding material is added and mixed in a mixer for 1-3 h.
The sintering adopts a German import fully automatic hot press DSP510.

The preparation method of the oilstone comprises the following steps: mixing pure copper powder, tin powder and silver powder uniformly, adding a wetting agent, ball milling in a ball mill for 2 hours to improve the surface activity of the powder, adding abrasive diamond, mixing in a mixer for 2 hours, weighing, transferring and sintering to obtain whetstone, wherein a German imported fully-automatic hot press DSP510 is adopted as a sintering machine, the temperature is precisely controlled, the heating is uniform, and the sintering temperature is 660 ℃ and the pressure is 10MPa.

The fine grinding honing stone for the fine grinding processing of the engine cylinder block provided by the embodiment comprises the following components: 58% of pure copper, 26% of tin, 10% of silver, 5% of diamond and 1% of wetting agent, wherein the pure copper is 0.01mm, and the purity of the pure copper is 99.9%; the grain diameter of tin is 0.01mm, and the purity is 99.9%; the grain diameter of the silver is 0.015mm, and the purity is 99.9%; the diamond is MDA62035/45; PVA is used as the wetting agent.
