Abstract
The invention provides stain-removing and whitening toothpaste and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of toothpaste processing. The stain removing and whitening toothpaste comprises the following raw materials: calcium pectin microspheres, a humectant, nano silicon dioxide, an adhesive, sodium laureth sulfate, sorbic acid, xylitol, vitamin E, peppermint oil, bis (oxyphenyl) biguanidino hexane and water; the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the calcium pectin, preparing the calcium pectin microspheres, emulsifying the paste body, preparing the toothpaste and the like. The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, adopts the pectin calcium microspheres to replace the traditional rubbing agent, has good elasticity, can effectively achieve the aim of taking out tartar by rubbing, simultaneously reduces the abrasion to the gum and the teeth, and improves the use feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste processing, in particular to stain-removing and whitening toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Toothpaste is a common cleaning product in daily life and has a long history. With the continuous development of science and technology, the continuous improvement and perfection of technological equipment, various types of toothpaste are developed in succession, the quality and the grade of products are continuously improved, and the existing toothpaste variety is developed into multifunctional toothpaste with complete variety, multiple functions and hundreds of brands from single clean toothpaste, so that the requirements of consumption levels of different levels are met. The toothpaste has the functions of removing the plaque and cleaning and polishing the tooth surface to make the oral cavity fresh, so that the main cleaning component in the toothpaste is an abrasive.
The existing abrasives are mostly particles of calcium carbonate, calcium hydrophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, hydrated silicic acid and aluminum hydroxide, but the abrasives are hard in texture, and for some people with sensitive teeth, the use of the abrasives can cause sensitive addition polymerization of the teeth, the use feeling is not good, a large amount of moisture retention components are often required to be mixed for weakening the strong rubbing property of the teeth, and certain influence can still be caused after long-term use.
In order to achieve good use feeling, a large amount of plastic microspheres are used as a friction agent in toothpaste within a period of time, the plastic microspheres have friction performance and elasticity, and can effectively remove tartar when being added into the toothpaste, so that the use feeling can be greatly improved, and the toothpaste is popular.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the stain-removing whitening toothpaste and the preparation method thereof, the pectin calcium microspheres are adopted to replace the traditional rubbing agent, the elasticity is good, the aim of taking out tartar by rubbing can be effectively achieved, meanwhile, the abrasion to gingiva and teeth is reduced, and the use feeling is improved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the stain removing and whitening toothpaste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-20 parts of calcium pectin microspheres, 25-30 parts of humectant, 6-8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 0.6-0.7 part of adhesive, 1.2-1.6 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-2 parts of sorbic acid, 1-3 parts of xylitol, 0.1-0.2 part of vitamin E, 0.2-0.3 part of peppermint oil, 0.2-0.3 part of dioxyphenyl diguanidino hexane and 10-50 parts of water.
Preferably, the humectant is a mixture of glycerol, sorbitol and polyethylene glycol in a mass ratio of 10-12: 2-3: 3-4.
