Abstract
The invention discloses a tracing and positioning method for PE (polyethylene) pipe inspection, which is used for detecting a PE pipe buried underground and comprises a PE pipe detection part, a tracing part and a protection part, wherein the PE pipe detection part comprises a tracing line, the tracing line comprises a transmission line body and connecting line heads arranged at two ends of the transmission line body, the transmission line body is arranged on the outer side of the PE pipe along the length direction of the PE pipe, and the PE pipe detection part is used for connecting an external detection device and providing an electromagnetic signal for the external detection device so as to display the buried position and the trend of the PE pipe; the tracing part comprises a tracing well, a connecting joint extends to one end of the tracing well close to the ground, and the tracing part is used for providing a clear marking point for a worker; the protection part comprises a protection shell, the protection shell is arranged in the tracing well, and the connecting joint is arranged in the protection shell.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline tracing, in particular to a tracing and positioning method for routing inspection of a PE pipe.
Background
The PE pipe is generally applied to municipal water supply pipe network engineering due to light weight, smooth wall, convenient construction and low comprehensive cost, but can not be positioned by a pipe searching instrument when being maintained and overhauled at ordinary times due to the fact that the PE pipe is a non-metal pipe, and the situations that construction machinery leaks and a gas pipeline is cut off due to the fact that the exact position of the pipeline is not easy to find in the past municipal construction are often caused.
When the buried PE pipe is buried underground, in order to conveniently locate the position of the PE pipeline later, a tracing line needs to be laid along with the buried PE pipeline, wherein the tracing line is a metal wire which is made of metal wires through corrosion prevention treatment and is conductive through a weaving process, and the tracing line is a product specially designed for finding and locating underground nonmetal pipelines. The device effectively solves the problem that the nonmetal pipeline can not be explored by a metal pipeline searching instrument, and can be widely applied to searching and positioning of underground nonmetal pipe networks such as gas pipelines, water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines and the like.
However, due to the fact that a part of pipelines are buried too deeply and the interference of peripheral pipelines on the site is caused, the requirement for accurate positioning of the pipelines cannot be met only by the tracing lines, and therefore a tracing and positioning method for PE pipe inspection is needed to be provided.

In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a tracing and positioning method for PE pipe inspection, which is used for detecting a PE pipe buried underground and comprises a PE pipe detection part, a tracing part and a protection part, wherein the PE pipe detection part comprises a tracing line, the tracing line comprises a transmission line body and connecting line heads installed at two ends of the transmission line body, the transmission line body is installed at the outer side of the PE pipe along the length direction of the PE pipe, and the PE pipe detection part is used for connecting an external detection device and providing an electromagnetic signal for the external detection device so as to display the buried position and the trend of the PE pipe;
the tracing part comprises a tracing well, the connecting joint extends to one end of the tracing well close to the ground, and the tracing part is used for providing a clear marking point for workers;
the protection portion includes the protection casing, the protection casing is installed in the spike well, the connecting terminal is installed in the protection casing, the protection casing is used for reducing the corrosion rate of connecting terminal can change the position of connecting terminal is so that it is convenient for be connected with external detection device.

the tracing part comprises a tracing well 1, a connecting connector 202 extends to one end of the tracing well 1 close to the ground, and the tracing part is used for providing a clear marking point for workers;
the protection part comprises a protection housing 4, the protection housing 4 is installed in the tracer well 1, the connection lug 202 is installed in the protection housing 4, and the protection housing 4 is used for reducing the corrosion speed of the connection lug 202 and changing the position of the connection lug 202 so as to facilitate the connection with an external detection device.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of tracing wells 1 are arranged, and the total length of the tracing line 2 between two tracing wells 1 is set to be less than 600m, so that the quality and the strength of an electromagnetic signal sent by the tracing line 2 can be ensured, and a worker can search the tracing line more conveniently;

the tracing part comprises a tracing well (1), the connecting connector (202) extends to one end of the tracing well (1) close to the ground, and the tracing part is used for providing a clear marking point for workers;
the protection part comprises a protection casing (4), the protection casing (4) is installed in the tracing well (1), the connecting head (202) is installed in the protection casing (4), the protection casing (4) is used for reducing the corrosion speed of the connecting head (202) and changing the position of the connecting head (202) so as to be convenient for being connected with an external detection device.

the top of the protection shell (4) is set to be an open surface and is hinged with an operation door (5), wherein when the operation door (5) is in a closed state, the inside of the protection shell (4) is in an airtight state.
