The condition that the manual recording has recording errors is avoided, the numbers on the body temperature shorthand paper strips generated by printing are clear, the body temperature value can be read conveniently, and the wrong reading of the body temperature information of patients and the wrong judgment of the state of an illness due to the wrong recording and the unclear writing are prevented.

The length of the tape guide plate 12 is smaller than the distance between the printing part 402 and the thermometric part 401 so that the leading end of the tape is exposed out of the gap 14, thereby facilitating the joining of the leading end of the tape with the thermometer.
It is further optimized in the above embodiment that the display windows 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the paper tape guide plate 12, so that the interference of detection personnel on the matching of the body temperature value and the patient information due to no interval among a plurality of body temperature values on the paper tape is avoided, and the improvement of the position matching precision of the body temperature value and the patient information on the combined paper tape and the body temperature recording meter is facilitated, thereby facilitating the later-stage reference.
It is further preferable in the above embodiment that the paper exit 11 and the gap 14 are arranged opposite to each other, and a cut-off opening 23 for cutting the body temperature stenographic paper strip 24 is formed between the paper exit 11 and the tape guide plate 12 at an interval, and the width of the cut-off opening 23 is set according to the manner and the tool of cutting the tape, for example, by cutting the tape with a blade, and the width of the cut-off opening 23 is narrow, and if the tape is cut off by hand, the cut-off opening 23 is wide, and at this time, when the tape is printed again, the leading end of the tape enters the gap 14 between the tape guide plate 12 and the pad portion 403 by finger adjustment at the initial stage of printing.

The parallel limit projection 1304 is used to limit the tape guide plate 12, and prevent the tape guide plate 12 from being excessively rotated by the torsion spring 1303 and contacting the uppermost body temperature chart on the pad portion 403, thereby ensuring the formation of the gap 14, that is, ensuring that a plurality of body temperature stenographic paper strips 24 printed in sequence can be continuously moved forward in the gap 14.
In the above embodiment, it is further optimized that the two ends of the pad portion 403 are both provided with guide cylinders 19 perpendicular to the pad portion, the guide cylinders 19 are provided with insertion holes for the vertical posts 1301 to be inserted in a sliding manner, tension springs 21 with one fixed end and the other end connected to the vertical posts 1301 are installed in the insertion holes, the vertical posts 1301 drive the connecting shaft to move towards the pad portion 403 under the pulling of the tension springs 21, the two sides of the tape guide plate 12, which are located on the plurality of display windows 15, are both provided with rubber paper pressing strips 22, and the rubber paper pressing strips 22 are located at the bottom of the tape guide plate 12, which faces the pad portion 403.
The tape guide 12 is driven by the column 1301 pulled by the tension spring 21, and the rubber paper pressing strips 22 on both sides of the bottom thereof clamp the clinical thermometer on the pad 403, and the rubber paper pressing strips 22 on both sides close both sides of the gap 14, thereby further preventing the tape from being exposed from both sides due to the inclination of the pad 403 and the like.

the temperature detection unit (1) is used for detecting body temperature and generating body temperature data;
the temperature display unit (2) is in communication connection with the temperature detection unit (1), the temperature display unit (2) is used for converting the body temperature data into a body temperature value which represents the measured body temperature in a digital mode, the temperature display unit (2) comprises a display screen (201), and the display screen (201) is used for displaying the body temperature value;
the printing unit (3) is connected with the temperature display unit (2), and the printing unit (3) is used for printing the body temperature value on printing paper to manufacture a body temperature shorthand paper strip;
the multifunctional shell (4), the circuit modules of the temperature detection unit (1), the temperature display unit (2) and the printing unit (3) are all installed inside the multifunctional shell (4), wherein the screen body of the display screen (201) is installed outside the multifunctional shell (4);
the printing unit (3) comprises a data receiving module (301), a data confirmation module (302) and a printing execution module (303) which are sequentially connected in a communication manner, the data receiving module (301) receives a digital font temperature value from the temperature display unit (2), the data confirmation module (302) is used for transferring the digital font temperature value to the printing execution module (303), the data confirmation module (302) confirms whether to transfer the digital font temperature value to the printing execution module (303) for printing by a user so as to prevent body temperature error recording, the printing execution module (303) prints the body temperature stenographic paper strip with the digital font temperature value, and the printing execution module (303) outputs the body temperature stenographic paper strip recorded with the digital font temperature value;
the multifunctional shell (4) comprises a temperature measuring part (401), a printing part (402) and a backing plate part (403) which connects the temperature measuring part (401) and the printing part (402), wherein the temperature detecting unit (1) and the data receiving module (301) and the temperature detecting unit (1) and the data confirming module (302) are electrically connected through a data line (20) arranged in the backing plate part (403);
the temperature detection unit (1) is arranged in the temperature measurement part (401), and the temperature measurement part (401) is provided with a sensing opening (25) for mounting and exposing a sensing head of the temperature detection unit (1);
the temperature display unit (2), the display screen (201), the data receiving module (301), the data confirmation module (302) and the circuit module of the printing execution module (303) are all installed in the printing part (402), and the display screen (201) is embedded and installed on the outer surface of the printing part (402);
one side of the printing part (402), which faces the temperature detection unit (1), is provided with a paper outlet (11) connected with a medium output end of the printing execution module (303), and a body temperature stenographic paper strip printed by the printing execution module (303) is output by the paper outlet (11) and conveyed to a body temperature recording sheet placed on the pad part (403).

The electronic thermometer according to claim 1, wherein the temperature measuring portion (401) has a notch (5) penetrating through at least one side surface thereof, and an angle adjusting portion (6) rotatably mounted in the notch (5), a hollow shaft (7) for the data line (20) to penetrate is disposed at both ends of the angle adjusting portion (6), the temperature detecting unit (1) is rotatably mounted on the temperature measuring portion (401) through the angle adjusting portion (6) and the hollow shaft (7) to adjust a pitch angle of the temperature detecting unit (1) relative to the pad portion (403), the sensing opening (25) is opened on the angle adjusting portion (6), a rubber damping pad (8) abutting against the inside of the notch (5) is mounted at both ends of the angle adjusting portion (6), and the angle adjusting portion (6) passes through the rubber damping pad (8) and the inner wall of the notch (5) The static friction between them to maintain the pitch angle.

Electronic thermometer according to claim 4, characterized in that said movable hinge assembly (13) comprises a vertical post (1301), a hinge shaft (1302) and a torsion spring (1303), both ends of the hinge shaft (1302) are supported and mounted on the pad part (403) through the upright column (1301), and the outer side of the paper tape guide plate (12) is provided with a cylindrical hinge part (16), the hinge part (16) is provided with a shaft hole (17) which penetrates through two ends and is used for the hinge shaft (1302) to penetrate through, and the outer wall of the hinge part (16) is provided with a mounting groove (18) which penetrates to the shaft hole (17), the torsion spring (1303) is positioned in the mounting groove (18) and sleeved on the hinge shaft (1302), one end of the torsion spring (1303) is mounted on the hinge shaft (1302) and the other end is connected with the paper tape guide plate (12).
