Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner humidification, in particular to a ceiling type air conditioner with a humidifying function.
Background
The multi-split central air conditioner is a type of central air conditioner for users, commonly called as 'one with more', and refers to a primary refrigerant air conditioning system in which an outdoor unit is connected with two or more indoor units through a pipe, an outdoor side adopts an air cooling heat exchange mode, and an indoor side adopts a direct evaporation heat exchange mode, so that parameters such as temperature and humidity in a building are adjusted, and a comfortable indoor environment is created.
A fan-coil unit is called a fan coil for short. The air conditioner is one of end devices of an air conditioning system consisting of a small fan, a motor, a coil pipe (an air heat exchanger) and the like, and is also called an air conditioner indoor unit, the existing air conditioner indoor unit is internally provided with a humidifying device for improving indoor comfort and preventing indoor over-drying, and the humidifying adopts a wet film humidifying scheme. The basic principle of humidification of the wet film humidifier is as follows: the water is sent to the water spraying system by a pipeline through a water feeding pump, and the lower part of the water spraying system is provided with a humidifying material with high water absorbability, namely a wet film. Water permeates downwards along the wet film material under the action of gravity, and the water is absorbed by the wet film material to form a uniform water film; when dry air passes through the wet film material, water molecules fully absorb heat in the air to be vaporized and evaporated, so that the humidity of the air is increased, and the humid air is formed, but when the existing humidifying device is used, more bacteria are generated due to condensed water generated by the outer wall of the coil pipe, the humidifying device is inconvenient to use, and additional water supply needs to be carried out on the humidifying device;
and the wet film used in the prior art has obvious defects, wherein the paper wet film is easy to rot and breed bacteria, the wet film needs to be replaced every year, and the inorganic glass fiber wet film is fragile and inconvenient to install and carry.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a ceiling type air conditioner with a humidifying function to solve the above problems.
For realizing above-mentioned purpose, provide a suspension type air conditioner with humidification function, include blast apparatus and install at the inside adjusting device of blast apparatus, blast apparatus includes water collector, fixed plate and shell, drain pipe and warning pipe have been seted up to one side of water collector, the one end at water collector top is fixed to the fixed plate, a plurality of ventilation holes have been seted up to the outer wall of fixed plate, the first motor of one side fixedly connected with of fixed plate, the joint has the impeller pipe in the ventilation hole, the output shaft of first motor passes impeller pipe and fixedly connected with impeller, the impeller sets up at the impeller intraductally, the outer wall at the water collector is established to the shell cover, the both ends of shell are equipped with the opening, adjusting device includes at least:
the temperature adjusting mechanism comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame is fixed at the top of the water receiving tray and is positioned on one side of the fixing plate, a coil pipe is arranged in the fixing frame, and two ends of the coil pipe penetrate through the fixing frame and the shell;
the humidifying mechanism comprises a wet film, the wet film is fixed to the top of a water pan and located on one side of a temperature adjusting mechanism, a water storage shell is arranged on the wet film in a divided mode, a nozzle is communicated with the bottom of the water storage shell, the water storage shell is fixed to the top of the water pan through a connecting column, a water conveying pipe is communicated with the water storage shell, a water pump is communicated with one end of the water conveying pipe and fixed to the top of the water pan, a water suction pipe is communicated with the other end of the water pump, one end of the water suction pipe is located on the inner wall of the bottom of the water pan, a top cover is communicated with one end of the water suction pipe, a filter ring is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the top cover, a filter element is arranged in the filter ring, and the outer wall of one end of the water suction pipe is sleeved with the filter element.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the outer wall of one end of the water suction pipe is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the top cover is provided with an internal thread, one end of the water suction pipe is in threaded connection with the top cover, and the filter element is in threaded connection with the bottom of the filter ring.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, a ventilation ring is inserted in the ventilation hole, one end of the ventilation ring is communicated with a wind guide shell, the wind guide shell is of a hemispherical structure, and the outer wall of the wind guide shell is provided with a plurality of openings.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the inner wall of one side of the water receiving disc is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the outer wall of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with a connecting plate, and one end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a floating ball.

As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the top fixedly connected with two mounting panels of mount rotate between two mounting panels and are connected with the lead screw, the one end of lead screw is provided with the second motor, the outer wall threaded connection of lead screw has the slide, the slide slides in the mount, a plurality of rings of one end fixedly connected with of slide, the outer wall at the coil pipe is established to the ring cover.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, a protective cover is arranged on the periphery of one side of the fixed plate, which is located on the first motor, a filling cavity is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the protective cover, and sound insulation cotton is filled in the filling cavity.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. In this ceiling type air conditioner with humidification function, through the protection casing that sets up, the noise that produces when can reducing first motor operation to silence nature when improving the device and using.
3. In this ceiling type air conditioner with humidification function, through the baffle that sets up, can adjust the angle of wind to blow suitable position with wind.
4. In this suspension type air conditioner with humidification function, through the slide that sets up, can carry out quick string to the comdenstion water of coil pipe outer wall and strike off to prevent that the comdenstion water from causing the corruption to the coil pipe.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a ceiling type air conditioner with a humidifying function is provided, which includes a blower 100 and an adjusting device 200 installed inside the blower 100, the blower 100 includes a water pan 110, a fixing plate 120 and a housing 130, a drain pipe 111 and an overflow pipe 112 are installed at one side of the water pan 110, a water inlet pipe 113 is further communicated with one side of the water pan 110 to supply water into the water pan 110, so that a water pump 223 can rapidly work, and a use scene of the device is improved, the fixing plate 120 is fixed at one end of the top of the water pan 110, a plurality of vent holes are installed on the outer wall of the fixing plate 120, a first motor 121 is fixedly connected to one side of the fixing plate 120, an impeller pipe 122 is clamped in the vent holes, an output shaft of the first motor 121 passes through the impeller pipe 122 and is fixedly connected to an impeller 123, the impeller 123 is installed in the impeller pipe 122, the outer wall at the water collector 110 is established to shell 130 cover, and the both ends of shell 130 are equipped with the opening, and adjusting device 200 includes at least:
the temperature adjusting mechanism 210 comprises a fixed frame 211, the fixed frame 211 is fixed on the top of the water pan 110 and is positioned at one side of the fixed plate 120, a coil pipe 212 is arranged in the fixed frame 211, and two ends of the coil pipe 212 penetrate through the fixed frame 211 and the shell 130;
the humidifying mechanism 220 comprises a wet film 221, the wet film 221 is fixed on the top of the water pan 110 and is positioned on one side of the temperature adjusting mechanism 210, a water storage shell 222 is arranged on the upper portion of the wet film 221, a nozzle is communicated with the bottom of the water storage shell 222, the water storage shell 222 is fixed on the top of the water pan 110 through a connecting column, a water delivery pipe 225 is communicated with the water storage shell 222, one end of the water delivery pipe 225 is communicated with a water pump 223, the water pump 223 is fixed on the top of the water pan 110, the other end of the water pump 223 is communicated with a water suction pipe 224, one end of the water suction pipe 224 is positioned on the inner wall of the bottom of the water pan 110, one end of the water suction pipe 224 is communicated with a top cover 226, a filter ring 227 is fixedly connected below the top cover 226, a filter element 228 is arranged in the filter ring 227, the filter element 228 is sleeved on the outer wall of one end of the water suction pipe 224, bacteria and impurities in condensed water can be filtered through the arranged filter element 228, so that the cleanness degree of the condensed water is improved, so as to facilitate the utilization of the condensed water.
The wet film 221 of the embodiment preferably adopts a stainless steel wet film, the selected material is food-grade 304 stainless steel, the stability is strong, bacteria are not easy to breed even if the wet film is used for a long time, for the 304 stainless steel wet film, after the wet film is made of three materials of organic, inorganic and aluminum alloy, a newly developed wet film product is obtained, a thin 304 stainless steel plate is selected as a raw material, water-storing fine ripples are rolled through surface punching and punching, passivation and hydrophilic treatment are carried out, water flows in a bent and three-dimensional manner in the wet material, and the punching holes on the surface of the stainless steel wet film are connected and blocked by water film tension, so that the defect of poor wettability is overcome.
When the air blowing device 100 and the adjusting device 200 of the embodiment are used specifically, a power supply of the first motor 121 is connected, an output shaft of the first motor 121 drives the impeller 123 to rotate in the impeller pipe 122, the impeller 123 rotates to suck air into the impeller pipe 122 and convey the air to the coil 212 through the impeller pipe 122 and the vent holes, two ends of the coil 212 are connected with the circulating water pipe, so that hot water flows in the coil 212, when the air meets the hot water, condensed water is generated on the outer wall of the coil 212 and is dripped into the water receiving tray 110, a power supply of the water pump 223 is connected, the water pump 223 sucks the condensed water in the water receiving tray 110 into the water storage shell 222 through the water suction pipe 224 and the water delivery pipe 225, when the condensed water is sucked, the filter ring 227 and the filter element 228 filter the condensed water, the condensed water in the water storage shell 222 is dripped into the wet membrane 221 through the nozzle, the air blows the wet membrane 221 to take away the water in the wet membrane 221, the effect of humidification is accomplished.
In addition, in order to facilitate replacement of the filter element 228, an external thread is formed on the outer wall of one end of the water suction pipe 224, an internal thread is formed on the inner wall of the top cover 226, one end of the water suction pipe 224 is in threaded connection with the top cover 226, the filter element 228 is in threaded connection with the bottom of the filter ring 227, and during replacement, the top cover 226 is screwed to separate the top cover 226 from the water suction pipe 224, so that the top cover 226 is opened from the top of the filter ring 227, and then the filter element 228 is screwed out from the bottom of the filter ring 227.
Further, in order to diffuse mechanical energy of the wind so that the wind can blow to each corner of the coil 212, the ventilation ring 140 is inserted into the ventilation hole, one end of the ventilation ring 140 is communicated with the wind guide shell 141, the wind guide shell 141 is of a hemispherical structure, the outer wall of the wind guide shell 141 is provided with a plurality of openings, linear motion of the wind is converted into spherical diffusion motion through the wind guide shell 141, and then the diffusion of the wind is completed.
Further, in order to facilitate the automatic operation of the water pump 223, a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the water pan 110, a connecting plate 114 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the rotating shaft, a floating ball 115 is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting plate 114, when the condensed water in the water pan 110 rises to a specified position, the condensed water drives the floating ball 115 to float, and when the floating ball 115 floats, the water pump 223 can automatically operate.
Example 2
In order to filter dust in air, the following improvements are made on the basis of the embodiment 1:
referring to fig. 10, a sliding cavity is formed in the fixing plate 120, a supporting plate 150 is slidably connected to the sliding cavity, a plurality of through holes are formed in a side wall of the supporting plate 150, a filtering plate 151 is engaged in the through holes, and air is filtered by the filtering plate 151, thereby preventing dust from passing through the ventilation holes.
In addition, in order to replace the filter plate 151, a pull rod 152 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the support plate 150, a sliding groove 153 is formed in one side of the fixing plate 120, the sliding groove 153 is slidably connected with the pull rod 152, the pull rod 152 is pulled during replacement, the pull rod 152 drives the support plate 150, the support plate 150 can slide out of the fixing plate 120, and the filter plate 151 can be removed for cleaning or replacement.
Example 3
In order to realize the adjustment of the angle of the outlet air, the following improvements are made on the basis of the embodiment 1:
referring to fig. 11, one side of the housing 130 is connected to a baffle 131, a through groove is formed in a side wall of the baffle 131, a plurality of connecting shafts are disposed in the through groove, an air deflector 132 is rotatably connected to an outer wall of the connecting shafts, and the air deflector 132 guides air to adjust an air outlet angle.
Still further, in order to prevent that wind from blowing directly to people, the one end of baffle 131 is articulated with the lateral wall of shell 130, the top fixedly connected with telescopic link 133 of shell 130, be connected through being connected rope 134 between the expansion end of telescopic link 133 and baffle 131, be connected through reset spring 135 between the lateral wall of baffle 131 one end and the lateral wall of shell 130, telescopic link 133 stretches out and drives baffle 131 through being connected rope 134 and rotate, baffle 131 is opened, make wind blow upwards, reset spring 135 can be when closing baffle 131, the home position that resets baffle 131.
Example 4
In order to realize the quick scraping of the condensed water on the outer wall of the coil 212, the following improvements are made on the basis of the embodiment 1:
please refer to fig. 12, wherein two mounting plates are fixedly connected to the top of the fixing frame 211, a screw rod 230 is rotatably connected between the two mounting plates, a second motor 231 is disposed at one end of the screw rod 230, a sliding plate 232 is connected to the outer wall of the screw rod 230 through a thread, the sliding plate 232 slides in the fixing frame 211, a plurality of rings are fixedly connected to one end of the sliding plate 232, the rings are sleeved on the outer wall of the coil pipe 212, the sliding plate 232 is driven to move by the rotation of the screw rod 230, the sliding plate 232 moves to drive the rings to move on the outer wall of the coil pipe 212, and further, condensed water on the outer wall of the coil pipe 212 is scraped.
Example 5
In order to reduce the noise generated when the first motor 121 operates, the following modifications are made on the basis of embodiment 1:
referring to fig. 13, a protective cover 160 is disposed at one side of the fixing plate 120 and around the first motor 121, a filling cavity is disposed between an inner wall and an outer wall of the protective cover 160, and sound insulation cotton 161 is filled in the filling cavity to absorb noise generated by the first motor 121, so as to reduce noise generated when the device is used.
