Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a composite wallboard. This composite wall panel includes: the composite plate comprises a composite plate body and a frame section, wherein the frame section comprises an outer side plate, a first bottom plate and an inner side plate, and the outer side plate is provided with a concave clamping groove. The composite board comprises an outer layer panel, a core board and an inner layer panel, wherein the outer layer panel is bent along the frame section bar and is turned inwards to form a reverse hook, and the reverse hook is clamped with the concave clamping groove. The composite wallboard provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for clamping and fixing the composite board and the frame section bar, and is simple to mount and convenient to dismount.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a composite wallboard.
Background
The composite board is a high-performance building board compounded by various materials, has the advantages of stable quality, environmental protection and the like, and is a preferred material for the outer wall panel of the modern assembly type building. With the development of building materials, the composite board is more and more widely applied in production and life. When the composite board is used as a panel of an outer wall of a building, in order to prevent the composite board from bending and deforming due to self weight, frame section bars are usually arranged around the composite board for reinforcement.

Optionally, the frame profile further includes a second bottom plate and a third side plate, the third side plate is parallel to the inner side plate, and the second bottom plate and the first bottom plate are located on the same plane and are used for connecting the inner side plate and the third side plate.
Further, the second bottom plate and the composite plate are fixed through rivet pulling.
Further, the frame profile further comprises a reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is located on the inner side plate and the third side plate.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step are within the scope of protection of the present invention, based on the following examples.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a composite wall panel, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a composite panel 100 and a border profile 200. The frame profile 200 comprises an outer side plate 211, a first bottom plate 221 and an inner side plate 212, wherein the outer side plate 211 is provided with a concave slot 2111. The composite board 100 includes an outer panel 110, a core 120 and an inner panel 130, wherein the outer panel 110 is bent along the frame profile and folded inwards to form a reverse hook 1101, and is clamped with the concave slot 2111. Specifically, the outer layer panel 110, the core panel 120 and the inner layer panel 130 are sequentially connected to form the composite panel 100. The present invention is not limited to specific materials and thicknesses of the outer skin 110, the core 120 and the inner skin 130, and may be selected according to the needs, for example, the outer skin 110 and the inner skin 130 may be aluminum alloy sheets, and the core 120 may be an aluminum honeycomb core.
As another alternative, as shown in fig. 2, the frame profile 200 further includes a top plate 231, and the top plate 231 connects the outer side plate 211 and the inner side plate 212, so as to further improve the strength of the frame profile 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the top plate 231 may further include a T-shaped slot 232 for mounting a sealing strip having an inverted T-shaped engaging portion. Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, composite panel 100 further comprises insulation layer 140, wherein insulation layer 140 is connected to inner panel 130. The present invention is not limited to the connection between the insulating layer 140 and the inner panel 130, and the connection may be selected according to the requirement, for example, the insulating layer 140 is adhered to the inner panel 130.

Further, the second bottom plate 222 and the composite plate 100 are fixedly connected by riveting (not shown in the figure), and the number and arrangement of the rivets are not limited in the present invention, and can be selected as needed.
