本发明公开了一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,在容器中加入占轻质油重量40‑50%、颗粒20‑50目的石油沥青粉粒,充分搅拌得到石油沥青液,将石油沥青液加热升温至30‑50℃,而后再加入液态三氧化硫充分搅拌磺化后得到石油沥青磺化溶液,再加入石油沥青重量30‑40%的氢氧化钠溶液和石油沥青重量10‑20%的氢氧化钾溶液中和,再在加入石油沥青重量2‑3%的硼砂,充分搅拌后过滤、油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。本发明不仅能改善调节植物酶及植物的生理活性,促进细胞膜的通透性以及微量元素的吸收,改善土壤土质,促进肥效,激活根的生命力,且可以改善作物品质,提高果实作物的鲜美度以及成品产量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥料的制备方法,尤其是涉及一种用石油沥青制成的磺酸钠基肥料的制备方法。
背景技术
石油沥青是原油加工过程的一种产品,在常温下是黑色或黑褐色的粘稠的液体、半固体或固体,主要含有可溶于三氯乙烯的烃类及非烃类衍生物,其性质和组成随原油来源和生产方法的不同而变化。目前它的主要用途是作为基础建设材料、原料和燃料,以及防水、防潮和防腐工程材料,油气钻井液防塌剂等,广泛应用于交通运输(道路、铁路、航空等)、建筑业、农业、水利工程、工业(采掘业、制造业)、民用等各部门。但在农业上应用很少,现有技术中仅仅是把它作为农业肥料的包裹剂组份使用,还有是将石油沥青经乳化处理后作为肥料的助剂组分起固沙保水使用,而真正将石油沥青直接作为肥料使用的几乎还是空白。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中石油沥青在农业上,特别作为农作物肥料使用几乎是空白的问题,本发明提供了一种石油沥青经磺化处理后制得磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法。
本发明所述一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,按下述步骤制备而成:
1、在容器中加入轻质油,再加入占轻质油重量40-50%、颗粒20-50目的石油沥青粉粒,充分搅拌使石油沥青均匀分散于轻质油中,得到石油沥青液,
2、将石油沥青液加热升温至30-50℃,而后再在石油沥青液中加入液态三氧化硫直到石油沥青完全磺化,充分搅拌后得到石油沥青磺化溶液,
3、在石油沥青磺化溶液中加入石油沥青重量30-40%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量10-20%的氢氧化钾溶液进行中和并调节制成PH值为9~12的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
4、再在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入石油沥青重量0.5-2%的硼砂,充分搅拌后交联得到含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
5、再将含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液进行油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态石油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。
本发明所述的磺酸钠/钾基肥料易溶于水,水溶液呈黄褐色,无毒、抗硬水,具有咖啡香味。
所述轻质油包括溶剂油、汽油、煤油、柴油等。
本发明所述磺酸钠/钾基肥料按Q/SH1020 2464-2016检测方法经检测各项技术指标是:

本发明所述磺酸钠/钾基肥料属于高端高效肥料,可单独作为肥料进行撒播,每亩撒播量3-10公斤,为了方便撒播和降低施肥成本,磺酸钠/钾基肥料作为添加剂与其它有机肥料混合进行撒播,混合撒播时,磺酸钠/钾基肥料与有机肥料的重量配量控制在1∶5~10,其中磺酸钠/钾基肥料每亩添加量2-4公斤。也可以将磺酸钠/钾基肥料制成水溶肥料作为叶面肥进行喷撒,制成水溶肥料时加入量视其农作物对象和叶苗的不同生长期分别进行调整。所述农作物包括水稻、小麦、玉米、蔬菜、瓜果和树苗等。
本发明所述磺酸钠/钾基肥料:
1、用于有机肥添加剂和水溶肥料,它能改善调节植物酶及植物的生理活性,促进细胞膜的通透性以及微量元素的吸收,改善土壤土质,促进肥效,激活根系生命力,增加植物体质机能,并且可以改善作物品质及外观色泽,增强美感,提高果实作物的鲜美度以及成品产量。由于产品含有磺酸钠基/钾和缓溶物,能有效促进土壤团粒结构形成,锁住水分保肥,可有效在沙漠地带土壤中促进自然造粒,有防沙固沙作用,提高作物抗寒抗旱,抗水涝,配伍性强,抗污染能力强,适合各种土壤和水质种植各种农作物使用。
2、可作为水产养殖添加剂,在海水中使用,能改善调节水的色相,抗污染能力强,抑制青苔,稳定水色,改良底质,提高抗病毒抗菌能力,吸附能力强,有效稳定水质,能络合重金属离子,絮凝水中悬浮物,增加水体透明度,具有抑制水生动物体表,创伤愈合,防止继发性感染,并可改善和提高水产品繁殖质量。
3、可作为球团粘结剂,在化工、冶金生产中作为球团造粒粘结剂,具有很好的粘结作用,可减少粘土的使用,可降耗降能,有利于生态环保。
4、可作为陶瓷配料添加剂,能提高润韧性,提高生产成品率,并可作为釉料添加剂,提高釉料光泽度。
本发明所述磺酸钠/钾基肥料中含有一定量的钾离子,它能使农作物茎杆长得坚强,防止倒伏,促进开花结实,增强抗旱、抗寒和抗病虫害能力。
本发明所述硼砂是无色半透明的结晶或白色结晶性粉末,它不仅无臭、抗风化性、水溶液显碱性反应,而且硼砂具有杀虫抗菌、抗分散性和粘接性作用。
本发明所述磺酸钠/钾基肥料中含有硼离子,它不仅改良土壤,防止土壤结块,提高土壤的透气性,能促进碳水化合物的运转和代谢过程,改善作物器官的有机物供应,使作物正常生长,提高作物的结实率和坐果率,对作物的根系生长的伸长有重要作用,可刺激花粉萌发和花粉管伸长,提高授花粉成功率。增强作物的抗逆能力,促进作物早熟;而且由于硼砂所具有抗分散性和具有粘接性,因而具有固沙保水增肥作用,因而还能适用在沙膜地带和干旱地带农作物撒播施肥。再是少量的硼砂作为硼肥与含钾肥料混合使用有明显的联应效果,能提高钾的利用率,提高作物的产量,硼肥还能与氮肥、磷肥混合使用,能明显地提高如花生、小麦、棉花等干旱地作物的产量,硼砂用量每亩以0.5-1.5公斤为宜。
本发明所述硼砂是无色半透明的结晶或白色结晶性粉末,它不仅无臭、有风化性、水溶液显碱性反应,而且硼砂具有杀虫抗菌、抗分散性和粘接性作用。
本发明所述的磺酸钠/钾基水溶肥料2021年6月22日经省级分析测试中心检测,所述的磺酸钠/钾基水溶肥料中所含有的有害或有毒微量元素含量远远低部颁标准,不会对农作物产生任何危害,检测结果如下:

铬 2.02mg/kg ≤50 mg/kg
镉 0.07mg/kg ≤10 mg/kg
砷 0.083mg/kg ≤10 mg/kg

本发明充分利用贮量丰富、价格低廉的石油沥青作为主要原料,经磺化处理和碱液中和后,再加入一些钾溶液和硼砂,再经油液分离和溶液蒸馏,制得磺酸钠/钾基晶体产品—即磺酸钠/钾基肥料。本发明不仅能改善调节植物酶及植物的生理活性,促进细胞膜的通透性以及微量元素的吸收,改善土壤土质,促进肥效,激活根的生命力,增加植物体质机能,并且可以改善作物品质,提高果实作物的鲜美度以及成品产量。本发明具有一定的油溶物粘性胶体,同时还可有效在沙漠地带土壤中促进自然造粒,防沙固沙,提高作物抗寒保水抗旱,配伍性强,抗污染能力强,适合各种土壤和水质,适合各种农作物使用。
为了进一步提高磺酸钠/钾基肥料对农作物的营养成份,提高农作物的抗菌抗病能力,提高农作物的产量和品质,本发明在提高磺酸钠/钾基肥料制备方法中加入少量的铁粉和银粉的混合物,制成除含有硼外还含有铁、银元素的磺酸钠/钾基肥料,不仅能进一步调节的维护农作物正常的生理活动,提高作物的抗逆性和抗病性,还可促进作物细胞内C、N、S的利用,促进脂类物质和激素的积累和分解,提高农作物的叶绿素含量,提供充足的营养分,先将均为150-200目的铁粉(Fe粉)和银粉按重量比3-5∶1混合形成铁银混合物,在磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备步骤中加入硼砂后再加入,其铁银混合物加入重量为石油沥青重量的0.1-0.3%。
本发明的技术点在于:将大量廉价的石油沥青经过磺化处理后、依次加氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾双碱液中和、再添加少量硼砂,得到含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液后,再经油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。填补了把石油沥青作为主原料来制取肥料的空白,开辟了石油沥青的新用途。
具体实施方式
实施例一, 一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,按下述步骤制备而成:
1、在容器中加入轻质油,再加入轻质油重量45%、颗粒为20-50目的石油沥青粉粒,充分搅拌使石油沥青均匀分散于轻质油中,得到石油沥青液,
2、将石油沥青液加热升温至45℃,而后再在石油沥青液中加入液态三氧化硫直到石油沥青完全溶解,充分搅拌后得到石油沥青磺化溶液,
3、在石油沥青磺化溶液中加入石油沥青重量35%的百分比浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量15%的百分比浓度为15%的氢氧化钾溶液进行中和并调节制成PH值为10-11的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,-
4、再在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入石油沥青重2%的硼砂,充分搅拌后过滤得到含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
5、再将含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液进行油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。
本发明所述的磺酸钠/钾基肥料易溶于水,水溶液呈黄褐色,无毒、抗硬水,具有咖啡香味。
本实施例一所述的磺酸钠/钾基肥料经检测各项技术指标是:
1 外观 黄褐色自由流动粉末
2、 PH 10.5
3、 磺酸钠基含量% 15.3
4、 水溶物含量% 98.7
5、 油溶物含量% 11..5
6、 氧化钾含量% 5.8。
称取实施一制得的磺酸钠/钾基肥料0.5公斤,加入到装有4.95公斤水中容器中,充分搅拌制成百分比浓度为 10%的磺酸钠/钾基水溶肥料,在现有晚稻常规施肥基础上,当禾苗插入水稻田7-10天后,按每亩2公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成10%的水溶液进行喷撒,当禾苗插入水稻田30天后 ,按每亩3公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成百分比浓度8%的水溶液进行喷撒;当禾苗插入水稻田60天后 ,按每亩4公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成百分比浓度为8%的水溶液进行喷撒。最后收割稻谷称量每亩产量为865公斤,比现有常规施肥的晚稻每亩多产了112公斤,亩产提高了15%。
实施例二,一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,按下述步骤制备而成:
1、先在容器中加入轻质油,再加入轻质油重量4%、颗粒为20-50目的石油沥青粉粒,充分搅拌使石油沥青均匀分散于轻质油中,得到石油沥青液,
2、将石油沥青液加热升温至45℃,而后再在石油沥青液加入液态三氧化硫直到石油沥青完全溶解,充分搅拌后得到石油沥青磺化溶液,
3、在石油沥青磺化溶液中加入石油沥青重量30%的百分比浓度为20%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量%的百分比浓度为15%的氢氧化钾溶液进行中和并调节制成PH值为11的石油20沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
4、再在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入石油沥青重1.5%的硼砂,充分搅拌后过滤得到含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
5、再将含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液进行油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。
本发明所述的磺酸钠/钾基肥料易溶于水,水溶液呈黄褐色,无毒、抗硬水,具有咖啡香味。
本实施例二所述的磺酸钠/钾基肥料经检测各项技术指标是:
1 外观 黄褐色自由流动粉末
2、 PH 11.2
3、 磺酸钠基含量% 13.9
4、 水溶物含量% 98.3
5、 油溶物含量% 12.3
6、 氧化钾含量% 7.2。
称取实施二制得的磺酸钠/钾基肥料1公斤,按重量比磺酸钠/钾基肥料:磷肥:氮肥为1:3:5均匀混合制成复合肥,对已施分蘖肥而群体偏小的田块,在幼穗分化前期,抓住晒田后复水的关键时机,根据田块群体长势补施穗肥,在亩施尿素2-3公斤的基础上撒播上述复合肥4-5公斤,可以防止禾苗早衰,促进籽粒灌浆成熟。除此之外,其它按现有常规施施肥,最后收割称量稻谷每亩产量为837公斤,比现有常规施肥的晚稻每亩多产85公斤,亩产提高近11.3%。
实施例三,在稻苗幼穗分化前期,在亩施尿素2-3公斤的基础上,也可以单独用磺酸钠/钾基肥料,每亩磺酸钠/钾基肥料撒播量为2-3公斤,其它按现有常规施施肥,最后收割称量稻谷每亩产量为823公斤,比现有常规施肥的晚稻每亩多产76公斤,亩产提高了10.2%。
实施例四,按实施例一所述方法,在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入石油沥青重量2%的硼砂充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量0.15%的铁银混合混合物(目数为200),再过滤得到含硼、铁、银的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,再将该溶液进行油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态的含硼、铁、银石的油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到含硼、铁、银的磺酸钠/钾基肥料。称取实施四制得的磺酸钠/钾基肥料0.5公斤,加入到装有4.95公斤水中容器中,充分搅拌制成百分比浓度为 10%的磺酸钠/钾基水溶肥料,在现有晚稻常规施肥基础上,当禾苗插入水稻田7-10天后,按每亩2公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成百分比浓度10%的水溶液进行喷撒,当禾苗插入水稻田30天后 ,按每亩3公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成百分比浓度为8%的水溶液进行喷撒;当禾苗插入水稻田60天后 ,按每亩4公斤磺酸钠/钾基肥料计算配制成百分比浓度为6%的水溶液进行喷撒。最后收割稻谷称量每亩产量为891公斤,比现有常规施肥的晚稻每亩多产了95公斤,亩产提高了18%。
Claims (4)
1.一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:它按下述步骤制备而成:
A、在容器中加入轻质油,再加入占轻质油重量40-50%、颗粒20-50目的石油沥青粉粒,充分搅拌使石油沥青均匀分散于轻质油中,得到石油沥青液,
B、将石油沥青液加热升温至30-50℃,而后再在石油沥青液加入液态三氧化硫,直到石油沥青完全磺化,充分搅拌后得到石油沥青磺化溶液,
C、在石油沥青磺化溶液中加入石油沥青重量30-40%的氢氧化钠溶液,充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量10-20%的氢氧化钾溶液进行中和并调节制成PH值为9~12的石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
D、再在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入石油沥青重量0.5-2%的硼砂,充分搅拌后过滤得到含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液,
E、再将含硼石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液进行油液分离和溶液蒸馏,得到固态石油沥青磺酸钠/钾,再将其烘干和粉碎得到磺酸钠/钾基肥料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:在石油沥青磺酸钠/钾溶液中加入硼砂充分搅拌后,再加入石油沥青重量0.15%的铁银粉混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氢氧化钠溶液百分比浓度为20%,氢氧化钾溶液百分比浓度为15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磺酸钠/钾基肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述铁银粉混合物中铁粉与银粉的重量比为3-5∶1。
