The invention also provides a grinding method of the metal shell grinding system, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, stacking metal shells between two rows of limiting cylinders of a sorting mechanism, starting a material pushing cylinder to sort and push the metal shells, and pushing the metal shells to a feeding conveyor belt from a material hole;
after the feeding conveyer belt is conveyed to the end part, the feeding and discharging manipulator clamps the metal shell and then places the metal shell on a workbench on the dividing plate;
rotating the index plate, and conveying the metal shell to the lower part of the polishing mechanism;
fourthly, starting a z-axis guide rail module of the polishing mechanism, enabling the polishing head to move downwards to enable the metal shell to be tightly attached to the workbench, and starting the air cylinder to be in contact with the driving inclined plane of the sliding block to enable the sliding block to move along the sliding guide rail to clamp the metal shell;
starting an x-axis guide rail module, a y-axis guide rail module and a z-axis guide rail module of the polishing mechanism, and starting a polishing motor to polish the surface and the periphery of the metal shell;
and step six, after the metal shell rotates to the end part of the blanking conveying belt, clamping the metal shell by the feeding and discharging manipulator, and then placing the metal shell on the blanking conveying belt for conveying.
According to the metal shell polishing system and the polishing method thereof, the metal shell is conveyed to the position below the polishing mechanism of each machine position through the dividing plate, the polishing head is driven to move to polish the metal shell through the combined movement of the x-axis guide rail module, the y-axis guide rail module and the z-axis guide rail module, the automatic mechanical polishing of the metal shell is finally completed, and the polishing efficiency is improved. The cooperation presss from both sides tight subassembly, can reduce metal casing's vibration or displacement, guarantees the effect of polishing. Through setting up letter sorting mechanism, realize metal casing's letter sorting, make its evenly distributed on the material loading conveyer belt, and go up the cooperation of material loading manipulator, realize metal casing's automatic feeding.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-2, a metal shell polishing system comprises a transportation assembly, the transportation assembly comprises an index plate 1, the index plate 1 is driven by a rotating motor 2, a plurality of clamping assemblies are arranged on the index plate 1, specifically, the index plate 1 is divided into eight parts, each part is provided with a clamping assembly, each clamping assembly comprises a workbench 3, the workbench 3 is slightly smaller than the metal shell, so that the metal shell can be arranged on the workbench 3 in an inverted manner, the metal shell is positioned, at least one group of polishing mechanisms are arranged on the outer side of the index plate 1, the polishing mechanisms correspond to the clamping assemblies and are provided with a plurality of polishing mechanisms, the polishing mechanisms can work simultaneously, the working efficiency can be greatly improved, each polishing mechanism comprises a mounting table 4, a y-axis guide rail module 5 is arranged on the mounting table 4, a sliding block of the y-axis guide rail module 5 is connected with a support frame 6, and an x-axis guide rail module 7 is arranged on the support frame 6, the slider and the mount pad 8 of x axle guide rail module 7 are connected, are equipped with z axle guide rail module 9 on the mount pad 8, and the slider and the motor mount pad 10 of z axle guide rail module 9 are connected, are equipped with grinding motor 11 on the motor mount pad 10, and grinding motor 11's output passes through the coupling joint and polishes head 12. The metal shell can vibrate along with the moving process and the subsequent polishing process of the dividing plate 1, and the vibration can cause poor polishing effect and even failure. In order to reduce the vibration effect during polishing as much as possible, the position of the metal shell needs to be fixed before the polishing step.
When the polishing machine is used specifically, the polishing head 12 is pressed down and pressed on the upper side of the metal shell 32 through the z-axis guide rail module 9 of the polishing mechanism of the first machine position, the air cylinder 15 of the clamping assembly is started, the air cylinder 15 moves upwards to push the sliding block 14 to be in contact with the driving inclined plane 1401, the sliding block 14 moves towards the inner side wall of the metal shell 32, certain pressure is applied to the metal shell 32, the metal shell 32 is clamped, the metal shell 32 is fixed, and vibration is prevented from being generated during polishing.
And a return spring 16 is arranged between the sliding block 14 and the mounting groove hole 101. By providing the return spring 16, after the cylinder 15 moves downward to release the pressure on the sliding block 14, the sliding block 14 is returned to the original position by the return spring 16, and the clamping of the metal shell 32 is released.
Preferably, a feeding conveyer belt 17 and a blanking conveyer belt 18 are arranged on the outer side of the dividing plate 1, and the metal shell 32 is conveniently transported by arranging the feeding conveyer belt 17 and the blanking conveyer belt 18.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, one end of each of the feeding conveyor belt 17 and the discharging conveyor belt 18 close to the index plate 1 is provided with a feeding and discharging manipulator, each feeding and discharging manipulator includes a fixing seat 19, a fixing slider 20 is arranged at the upper end of the fixing seat 19, the fixing slider 20 is matched with a rail 21, a vertical cylinder 22 is arranged at the end of the rail 21, a chuck seat 23 is arranged at the end of the vertical cylinder 22, a pneumatic finger 24 is arranged on the chuck seat 23, a mechanical chuck 25 is arranged at the end of the pneumatic finger 24, an electric air rod 26 is arranged on the fixing seat 19, the electric air rod 26 is obliquely arranged, the telescopic end of the electric air rod 26 is hinged to a transmission plate 27, the transmission plate 27 is of a triangular structure, the telescopic end of the electric air rod 26 is connected to the lowermost corner of the transmission plate 27, another corner of the transmission plate 27 is hinged to the fixing seat 19, the corner at the upper end of the transmission plate 27 is hinged to a transmission rod 28, and the other end of the transmission rod 28 is hinged to the rail 21.
When loading, the loading and unloading manipulator is at the initial position, namely the position of the mechanical chuck 25 right above the piece to be clamped of the loading conveyer belt 17. The vertical cylinder 22 is charged so that the pneumatic finger 24 and the mechanical chuck 25 move downward integrally, and the mechanical chuck 25 is opened. When the vertical cylinder 22 extends to a specified position, namely when the mechanical arm reaches a longitudinal preset position, the vertical cylinder 22 stops air inlet, then the pneumatic finger 24 is electrified reversely, the mechanical chuck 25 is closed, and the metal shell is clamped.
The motorized air lever 26 is actuated and the air lever head is extended forward. The transmission plate 27 rotates clockwise along the hinged position of the fixed seat 19 to drive the rail 21 to move rightwards, so that the mechanical chuck 25 and the metal shell 32 are driven to move rightwards integrally, the vertical cylinder 22 is started after the specified position is reached, the pneumatic finger 24 and the mechanical chuck 25 move downwards integrally, and after the downward movement is specified to a specified height, the pneumatic finger 24 drives the mechanical chuck 25 to open, so that the metal shell feeding process is completed.
When discharging, the mechanical chuck 25 is positioned right above the workbench 3, the vertical cylinder 22 is started to drive the mechanical chuck 25 to move downwards, the pneumatic finger 24 is started to open, the metal shell is clamped, the vertical cylinder 22 drives the metal shell to move upwards, the electric air rod 26 is started, and the air rod head retracts. The transmission plate 27 rotates anticlockwise along the hinged position of the fixed seat 19 to drive the rail 21 to move leftwards, so that the mechanical chuck 25 and the metal shell 32 are driven to move leftwards integrally, after the mechanical chuck reaches the position right above the blanking conveying belt 18, the vertical cylinder 22 is started, the pneumatic finger 24 and the mechanical chuck 25 move downwards integrally, after the pneumatic finger 24 moves downwards to a specified height, the mechanical chuck 25 is driven to open by the pneumatic finger 24, and the discharging process of the metal shell is completed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, a detection assembly is arranged on the outer side of the dividing plate 1, the detection assembly is arranged on one side close to the blanking conveying belt 18, the detection assembly comprises a detection frame 35, and a camera 36 and a light source 37 are arranged on the detection frame 35.
The camera 36 takes a picture of the metal shell 32 and transmits the picture to the visual inspection system for defect analysis, which is helpful for detecting the polished surface of the polished metal shell, and can improve the efficiency of manufacturers and save the cost.
Preferably, the end of the blanking conveyor belt 18 close to the indexing disk 1 is provided with a waste bin 38.
When the visual inspection system detects that the metal shell has defects, the signals are collected and transmitted to the background computer, the computer outputs the processing result to the feeding and discharging manipulator after processing, and the feeding and discharging manipulator conveys the metal shell to the waste bin 38 or the discharging and conveying belt 18 according to the received result.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the feeding end of the feeding conveyor belt 17 is provided with a sorting mechanism, the sorting mechanism includes a sorting table 29 which is parallel to the feeding conveyor belt 17, a material pushing cylinder 30 is arranged on the upper side of the sorting table 29, a material pushing plate 31 is arranged at the telescopic end of the material pushing cylinder 30, the thickness of the material pushing plate 31 is smaller than that of a single metal shell 32, two rows of limiting cylinders 33 which are arranged on two sides of the metal shell 32 are arranged on the sorting table 29, limiting plates 34 are arranged at two ends of the metal shell 32, and a material hole 3401 for the material pushing plate 31 to pass through is formed in each limiting plate 34.
The pushing cylinder 30 enters air, the rod head extends forwards, and the pushing cylinder 30 moves forwards. Because the thickness of the material pushing plate 31 is smaller than that of a single metal shell, the material pushing plate 31 can only push the bottommost metal shell to move forward. The metal shell enters the feeding conveyer belt 17 through the material holes 3401 on the limiting plate 34 close to the feeding conveyer belt 17 under the pushing of the material pushing plate 31; the pushing cylinder 30 is exhausted, the rod head is retracted backwards, and the metal shell is limited between the two limiting plates 34 due to the limiting of the limiting plates 34.
The distance between the two rows of limiting cylinders 33 is slightly larger than the width of the mobile phone shell, so that the metal shell can slide in the mobile phone shell and the advancing direction of the metal shell does not deviate.
A grinding method of a metal shell grinding system comprises the following steps:
firstly, the metal shell 32 is stacked between two rows of limiting cylinders 33 of the sorting mechanism, the material pushing cylinder 30 is started to sort and push the metal shell 32, and the metal shell 32 is pushed onto the feeding conveyer belt 17 from the material hole 3401.
And step two, after the feeding conveyer belt 17 is conveyed to the end part, the feeding and discharging manipulator clamps the metal shell 32 and then places the metal shell on the workbench 3 on the index plate 1.
And step three, the index plate 1 rotates to convey the metal shell 32 to the lower part of the grinding mechanism.
And step four, starting the z-axis guide rail module 9 of the polishing mechanism, enabling the polishing head 12 to move downwards to enable the metal shell 32 to be tightly attached to the workbench 3, starting the air cylinder 15 to be in contact with the driving inclined plane 1401 of the sliding block 14, enabling the sliding block 14 to move along the sliding guide rail 13, and clamping the metal shell 32.
Step five, start grinding machanism's x axle guide rail module 7, y axle guide rail module 5 and z axle guide rail module 9, start grinding motor 11 and polish to metal casing 32's surface and all around, can set up grinding machanism into the multiunit, and each grinding machanism of group is responsible for polishing metal casing's last side or four sides, improves the efficiency of polishing.
And step six, after the metal shell 32 rotates to the end part of the blanking conveying belt 18, the metal shell 32 is clamped by the feeding and blanking manipulator and then placed on the blanking conveying belt 18 for conveying.
This system carries metal casing to the below of the grinding machanism of each position through graduated disk 1, through the joint removal of x axle guide rail module 7, y axle guide rail module 5 and z axle guide rail module 9, drives the removal of 12 realization of polishing heads and polishes metal casing, realizes polishing metal casing's automatic machine, improves the efficiency of polishing.
