Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to an anti-dandruff oil-control composition.
Background
Dandruff is the exfoliative corneocytes of the scalp, which are normally very rarely exfoliated and not visible, but when the corneocytes are abnormally separated, a large amount of flaky dandruff is exfoliated, i.e., a large amount of fine white or gray scales are accumulated on the surface of the scalp.
The malassezia is generally present on human skin, and normally maintains a balanced state, but when the endocrine of a human body is disordered or is stimulated by the outside, the balance is broken, lipophilic malassezia degrades triglyceride in fat into free fatty acid under the action of lipase, and the released oleic acid can permeate the stratum corneum to destroy the barrier function of the skin, so that the damaged barrier can lead the malassezia to excessively reproduce, and on the contrary, the secretion of sebum can be increased, thereby causing dandruff.
Next, excessive sebum secretion is another cause of the generation of a large amount of dandruff, sebum is secreted to protect skin and hair, and when endocrine is vigorous, seborrheic dermatitis is generated, or external stimulation is applied, the sebum is secreted in a large amount, and the secreted sebum is easily oxidized or decomposed by external factors (ultraviolet rays, malassezia, and the like), so that sebum free fatty acids and triglycerides are unbalanced, lipid is excessively oxidized, and further, itching of the head, dandruff, alopecia, and the like are caused.
In order to control the generation of dandruff, a large number of anti-dandruff shampoos are available on the market at present, and the existing anti-dandruff shampoos mainly use Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) as an effective raw material, but the ZPT is limited in dosage form, easy to discolor and poor in product stability.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the background problems, the invention aims to provide an anti-dandruff oil-control composition which is good in stability, capable of improving the micro-ecological environment of scalp, regulating sebum secretion and mildly removing dandruff; the invention also aims to provide a preparation method and application of the anti-dandruff oil control composition.
In order to achieve the above object, on one hand, the embodiment of the present invention provides a technical solution:
an antidandruff oil control composition comprising an antidandruff component selected from one or more of sulphur, colloidal sulphur, piroctone olamine, or an oil control component selected from one or more of capryloyl glycine, undecylenoyl glycine, zinc gluconate.
Further, the anti-dandruff oil control composition comprises: sulfur, piroctone olamine, caprylylglycine, and zinc gluconate.
Furthermore, the anti-dandruff oil-control composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
0.01-5% of sulfur, 0.01-1% of piroctone olamine salt, 0.01-2% of caprylyl glycine, 0.01-2% of zinc gluconate, 0.1-10% of humectant, 0.01-2% of antiallergic agent, 0.05-3% of preservative and the balance of solvent.
Further, the humectant is selected from one or more of betaine, panthenol, sodium PCA, glycolipid, phytosterol and hyaluronic acid.
Further, the antiallergic agent is selected from one or more of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin and bisabolol.
Further, the preservative is selected from one or more of dichlorobenzyl alcohol, salicylic acid, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate and sodium salicylate.
Further, the solvent is water or/and alcohol.
The anti-dandruff component of the invention can be sulfur, colloidal sulfur, piroctone olamine or a combination thereof, wherein the sulfur and the colloidal sulfur can kill bacteria and fungi, soften the epidermis, dissolve cutin and remove dead skin, and are effective components for preventing dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.
The piroctone olamine salt can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, has a remarkable bacteriostatic effect on malassezia in particular, can eliminate free radicals and regulate sebum secretion through the antioxidant performance of the piroctone olamine salt, has high safety and can reduce scalp irritation.
The oil control component can be caprylyl glycine, undecylenoyl glycine, zinc gluconate or a combination thereof, caprylyl glycine and zinc gluconate are used as multi-effect active factors and can effectively regulate the skin ecosystem, and caprylyl glycine and undecylenoyl glycine are used as biological carriers of glycine and play an important role in metabolism of skin cells, and the caprylyl glycine and the zinc gluconate can inhibit sebum secretion by inhibiting the activity of 5-alpha reductase in scalp and hair care so as to achieve the oil control effect and have the function of inhibiting bacterial reproduction and further inhibit the generation of dandruff.
According to the anti-dandruff oil-control composition disclosed by the invention, at least one of the anti-dandruff component and the oil-control component is compounded for use, so that the micro-ecological environment of the scalp can be improved, sebum secretion is regulated, and dandruff can be removed mildly, and the anti-dandruff oil-control synergistic effect of the composition can be realized through compounding of the components, so that the barrier function of the scalp can be improved.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing an anti-dandruff oil-control composition, including the following steps:
mixing the dandruff removing component, the oil control component and a solvent, heating, and stirring until the components are completely dissolved to obtain a functional component solution;
after cooling, adding the humectant and the antiallergic agent into the functional component solution, and stirring until the humectant and the antiallergic agent are completely dissolved to obtain a pre-product;
and after the secondary cooling, adding the preservative into the pre-product, and stirring until the preservative is completely dissolved to obtain the anti-dandruff oil-control composition.
Further, the temperature is increased to 70-75 ℃, the temperature is reduced to 50-53 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to 45-47 ℃ for the second time.
When the anti-dandruff oil-control composition is prepared, the raw materials can be promoted to be dissolved by heating to 70-75 ℃, if the temperature is higher than 75 ℃, the solvent can be excessively volatilized, and the raw materials can be decomposed due to too high temperature; the humectant, the antiallergic agent and the preservative are added after the temperature is reduced, so that the decomposition of part of the raw materials due to overhigh temperature can be prevented.
In a third aspect, the embodiments of the present invention further provide an application of the above-mentioned anti-dandruff oil-control composition in a scalp and hair cleansing and caring product, which includes shampoo, hair conditioner, scalp caring cream, and scalp essence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects:
the anti-dandruff oil-control composition disclosed by the invention comprises an anti-dandruff component or/and an oil-control component, so that the micro-ecological environment of the scalp can be improved, sebum secretion is regulated, the anti-dandruff oil-control synergistic effect of the composition can be realized through compounding of the components, and the barrier function of the scalp can be further favorably improved.
Detailed Description
In order to solve the problems of poor stability and the like of the existing anti-dandruff shampoo which mainly uses zinc pyrithione as an effective raw material, the invention provides the anti-dandruff oil-control composition which not only can improve the micro-ecological environment of scalp, adjust sebum secretion and mildly remove dandruff, but also can realize the anti-dandruff oil-control synergistic effect of the composition through the compounding of the components, and is more beneficial to improving the barrier function of scalp.
